Fantastic experience: We have received nothing less than great care for our Mom from the entire team and administrators here at Extended care! She has been given the attention that she is accustomed to, from taking care of her personal hygiene, her daily accommodations care, cleanliness of her room, receiving good meals, and she receives the best daily Physical Therapy. We must mention a few names… Jaime, Rosa F., Jovon, Betty, Veronica, Kim, both Administrators, …and the best of the best Hardy & Dani her Physical Therapists. THANK YOU for making our Mom feel at home

I particularly enjoy every minute. we have a great team we have the best social service director Prisilla. DSD always very friendly and happy Ruth our medical records very nice. We have a wonderful therapy team food is always very good thank you Laura. DON always very professional our business office impressive. Kim payroll outstanding thank you Kim. We have great CNA’s Argelia , Edith, Rosa, Alma ext . Incredible place doing incredible things by incredible people.

Fantastic experience: As employee here at Little over a year and a half as a Case Manager I have enjoyed working not only at this facility, but with the employees here as we feel like a family and our first priority is our residents

The staff is wonderful especially certain people who always go over and beyond to help people feel welcome, and the residents feel at home. The DON, DSD and administrator, and administrator in training all are positive, hardworking, and extremely dedicated. I highly recommend seeking employment here or considering placement for a family member or friend here.

Fantastic experience: This place was recommended by my grandmother's doctor after she was discharged from the hospital due to surgery. Let me tell you we have no regrets in following her doctor's recommendation. Every time we visited the place was always clean, smelled good and the staff was so nice and professional, any question we had they were available to answer. My grandma had a great experience, they treated her with care and she felt motivated to recover. I would strongly recommend Extended Care to anyone looking for a facility.

She helped my Mom with getting in her Bed when she need help . She’s was not a CNA or a Nurse. She was very kind and considerate. And thank you to all the Staff at Extended Care! Fantastic experience: I feel the staff is compassionate and caring about the residents. The cnas take there time to give them the best care they can deliver.Theres always plenty of staff. The best I've ever seen. Most places the staff have to many residents and never worry about the residents! This is deffinetly not the case @Extended care. I've never heard them complain. The interaction between the staff and residents is so amazing they are so loving ,compassionate and caring. The way they treat the residents with the most respect. you would think that all the residents are all family members of the staff. The residents always seem so happy as you walk down the halls. Everyone greets u with a smile and Management is always on the floor and assisting in providing care and they jump right in to answer the calls and help with whatever the resident needs. I deffinitly give it 5 stars and would bring my family member back anytime.

Fantastic experience: The safety & security issue with Extended Care Hospital of Riverside has been resolved with the administrator of this facility (hopefully). The administrator has assured me that measures will be taken to improve this situation and address my concern about my experience. I want to thank Mr. Groves personally for his immediate response to my concerns over this issue. They have a very friendly staff and are taking good care of my wife. The staff is the greatest asset of this facility.

Fantastic experience: I have a close friend who was admitted to Extended Care of Riverside six weeks ago, after suffering a cardiac arrest. First thing is the place is always clean and doesn't smell of urine (like most of these facilities do). The staff is always friendly and professional, always there to help out when a patient needs it. My friend has made great progress since being at Extended Care of Riverside. I would recommend this place.
