Positive experience: Once you get the routine it's extremely workable. Great emphasis on therapy. Cheerful encouraging staff, therapist, all the way down to those constantly clean and do the creature comforts.

Fantastic experience: First day I took my mother ther 8/21/15 I observed the staff there are very positive and welcoming.its real you can feel the love and friendliness.very clean.loved it.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a quiet private room with plush carpeting, Home Beautiful decor you won't find it here. What you will find are lots and lots of caring people with the main goal of getting you out of there and back to life. It's a small facility with a whole lot of workers! All the day long, worker bees everywhere!!! They have a small dining room that is used for bingo, arts & crafts, movies w/popcorn, and dining for those who prefer not to eat in their rooms. There is also a delightful patio to visit with your guest, other patients, have your meals or just relax. Physical Therapy is just off that patio and is THE HAPPENING PLACE. It's always full of patients and Therapist, or they're exercising in the hallways. From the Administrator to the ladies in the laundry room, just nice, caring, accommodating people. I was able to bring our dogs, a Great Pyrenees and a Newfoundland/Lab mix, for visits in the room and on the bed. With the response they received from most everyone, it was easy to see they too were good therapy. My husband was there for a little over a month. Not everyday was easy, there was a snag here and there but overall, the people at Villa Healthcare Center were very consistent and workable. At first glance I thought parking was going to be an issue because they have such limited space, however, visiting twice a day for a month I never had a problem. Nursing homes are scary......not just for the patient but for their loved ones as well. Don't be afraid of this one, you'll be glad you decided THIS IS THE PLACE.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been there a couple different times and they’re always very good to you it’s clean and Sandra Occupational Therapist is the best out of all of them.

Fantastic experience: My mother was transferred to Villa Health Care from Riverside Community Hospital. I have visited every day and all of the staff is very attentive and caring. They do have 3 people to a room but I can overlook that knowing my mother is getting great 24 hour care.

Fantastic experience: I was there for a month and half. Had great physical therapy by staff. Daisy and Sierra was great and did over the top therapy for me. Wound care people were great (Donna and Dede).had so.e really good nurses there. I was very happy there for my stay. Would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: August 24, 2022 what can I say I am so grateful my dad is here for staff is wonderful my dad had a stroke and he was in Riverside community Hospital it was horrible horrible horrible care thank God the Villa had a bed open for him the physical therapy Thomas Bryant the nurses Roxanne Anita moment you walk in the front door you are great it was such love and respect I hope my dad gets to continue to stay here and learn how to walk again and talk thank you for everything that you’ve done for my family it’s only been a couple days but we have faith we are so grateful to all of you to all the nurses to everybody thank you thank you for saving my dad’s life Robert Melnyk and his daughter Christine Williams God bless everyone of you for helping us out and it’s crucial time

Fantastic experience: Villa healthcare has been and still is an excellent skilled nursing facility that has continually grown to meet the needs of the ever changing landscape of healthcare services. They service the needs of the community and provide excellent care through nursing services and rehabilitation services along with great customer service. Villa Healthcare has been in instrumental in helping service the needs for those that need continuity of care after discharge to prevent rehospitalizion and to strengthen patients prior level of functioning before hospitalization. Bella Terra Healthcare has been appreciative of being referred some of their patients either for home health or hospice.

Fantastic experience: Clean beautiful facility with friendly staff and amazing nurses!

Fantastic experience: We had my mother staying at this rehab for close to a month. The physical therapy staff works very hard as well as the nursing, LVN and CNA services. Most of them try their best to do the right job. The social worker and case manager were very helpful. The business office assisted us with some issues. We recommend this place strongly. The entertainment department does a good job to make the residents happy and entertained. Every single person dealing with us was very professional and nice.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this facility!! The staff are absolutely wonderful..they go way beyond the call of duty!! The facility is always clean and smelling fresh.. I would like to give a big thanks to Janae!! She has been my rock !!! My best friend is in good hands!!!!

Fantastic experience: Villa has a great reputation for the outstanding care that the nurses and rehab therapist provide to each patient. It is a clean facility with friendly staff and the Director of Nursing has been here over 20 years and really has a high standard. I strongly recommend Villa to anyone looking for short term rehab!

Fantastic experience: VERY caring nurse's! An nurse's aids. They made sure you had your pain pills n other pills on time. An if you needed something they were right there. An the therapists were so helpful getting you strong so you could come home. An the food was REALLY GOOD! So if you need help getting back on your feet after getting out of the hospital this is the place. They even found me a ride home. An I lived 90 miles away.

Fantastic experience: Everybody at this facility is so kind and loving. From the nursing DON Marieta to the Therapists in Rehab, to the housekeepers that would help clean the rooms. The environment is positive and refreshing for those who are getting rehabilitative care. I highly recommend this facility to anybody! Very clean and organized care.

Fantastic experience: Villa Health Care Center is a phenomenal skilled nursing facility! Definitely breaks the "norm" of nursing homes from what I have seen throughout Riverside, probably because of the exceptional care and customer service. Walking into the facility you will find it very clean and fresh smelling. Patients seem very happy. A great place for recovery! Highly recommended to anyone who needs the proper care in Riverside and a quick recovery.
