Fantastic experience: The staff is both professional and yet personal... they take the time to LISTEN to what aches and pains that you have. Then they devise a simple to duplicate stretch/activity plan to help alleviate and manage your pain. I have suffered from back pain the majority of my life and within just a few short weeks, I have been able to reduce the pain on my own using their strategic approach! Additionally, I have learned more about my body and how to interpret the signals its sending! The best part is that I have begun reducing the need for Opioids and other pain/inflammation meds like Aleve, Motrin and Advil. Matt has customized a plan for me that I can work on at home and he challenges me just enough to get me to do a little more than I thought I could. Great staff and great experience!

Fantastic experience: Therapist was extremely professional and thorough. She gave me confidence and the tools to make my back spasms better almost immediately.

Fantastic experience: You are greeted at the door when you come in, then promptly given a room where your PT sits down and asks you what your concerns are, what's causing you trouble, and what you would like to get out of your treatments. After that your personal program is designed and demonstrated so that you completely understand what needs to be done to improve. All the help you need to feel better again.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be much easier to get scheduled and started on the road to recovery. The two trainers I've dealt with have been great and I got real results very quickly. After just 1 week I had a huge improvement. Appointments are easy to schedule without a huge time commitment (at least in my case). Just make sure to do your homework.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been wonderful at the West St Paul OSI clinic. My physical therapist, Matt, has worked wtih me weekly adding new exercises I can do at home to improve my shoulder. The instructions with picture hand outs help me at home to remember how to do them correctly. The instructions are clear and Matt has practiced them with me at my appt. They even fit me in when I showed up on a day I did not have an appt!! I highly recommend this clinic. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful!!

Fantastic experience: I have been so pleased with OSI West st Paul. They always greet you by name. Never say "go there". You're always accompanied by staff. My therapist is Kim. I really enjoy; her shes so good. Also gentle. Even when she's killing you which sometimes just has to happen. Its like having lunch with a friend on therapy days. I get to be a part of my therapy. I make suggestions which she always considers, never poo poos me because "she's the therapist and she knows best." I've been with Kim for two issues. When we're finished I almost, I said ALMOST, can't wait for the next pain so I can go back. As you can see, I'm very impressed with Kim and her work. Id recommend her to anyone, and do. Wish she could work on my pet. Good job, Kim!

Fantastic experience: Never really believed in PT for my back pain for some reason, but OSI was able to narrow down exactly what was painful, and stretches that are easy to do and noticeably having an impact. All staff are very nice and helpful, great place, would recommend to friends and family, A+ in my book!

Fantastic experience: I found everyone at OSI to be very friendly, welcoming, and extremely committed to their patients. I was treated by Emily, who was very understanding and a good listener and very clear in her explanations and instructions. She used every minute of our appointments to understand my challenges and come up with creative and effective approaches to make things better. She’s great, as is the entire OSI team.

My first experience was so helpful in getting my pain reduced and my life back to functionality again, that when I experienced another need for PT, going to Steve Peterson at OSI was my first thought. He is so knowledgeable, treats the immediate symptoms and offers me the skills to maintain the improvement. The staff are helpful and welcoming and the whole experience is very positive.

My therapist gave me a thorough assessment, good exercises tailored to my needs, and practical advice on how to best perform daily activities to minimize pain and strengthen muscles where needed. He answered all my questions patiently, and reviewed information. I'm very pleased with my treatment and progress!
