NovaCare Rehabilitation - West St. Paul

Fantastic experience: The physical therapist (Carly) has developed a good course of action for my situation and has been very attentive to my needs. She's always on time for my appointments and continues to make changes as things evolve. Nova Care also has a nice sized parking lot - free of charge.

Fantastic experience: Carly Schams is very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. She is working with a student, Ethan and he also is knowledgeable and approachable. Both are patient and kind.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of physical therapy, again. When I approached one and asked some questions at the counter. I did not like the "vibes" I got there and continued my search. I came across NovaCare in W St Paul. They were much friendlier, caring and knowledgeable.... Jenifer was my therapist the first time and has been a part of my physical therapy each time I have been there. She is what makes the W. St. Paul NovaCare so special! But everyone there follows her lead! I haven't went to another clinic since. Except once, when NovaCare wasn't able to do therapy for me during a certain time frame. I have had over 6 surgeries needing therapy before and after surgery. The W. St. Paul NovaCare has become my home for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: This is my second week with NovaCare Rehabilitation for physical therapy to strengthen my legs and improve balance. Their diagnosis of my problems and exercise treatment are exactly what I needed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Jennifer Steiner is very thorough, knowledgeable, and hands-on. She is an active listener and welcomes questions and feedback. Jennifer constantly strives to educate her patients about the "why" of any action or exercise she wants her patients to perform. The clinic support staff is very friendly and efficient, and the clinic is clean and well-equipped.

Fantastic experience: On going PT for basically the whole month of April 2019 and from the first moment of walking in everyone has been so helpful and so nice. I really really like Becky. I am so happy I picked NovaCare as my physical therapy choice.

Fantastic experience: NovaCare has an outstanding program for work hardening and conditioning! I have been off work and unable to exercise for months and started the program last week. it's hard work but I know it will pay off and I will go back to work soon but not before I am ready in every way.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my time at NovaCare Rehab. All staff were friendly and helpful. My sessions always started on time, and my therapist treated me like a UNIQUE individual . She adjusted my care plan to MY needs, instead of just handing me sheets of "one size fits all/cookie cutter exercises" that other physical therapists have done. My therapist got her notes faxed to my doctor in a timely fashion so they could proceed with their report to my insurance company. I've had physical therapy at least a dozen times in my life, and I can honestly say that NovaCare is among the best!
