You can see us with or without a prescription from your doctor! If you see us first, we can provide you with a complimentary injury screening or refer you to a great physician, if necessary. We'll also do everything in our power to accommodate your busy schedule.
Our therapists work one-on-one with each patient to create the best possible recovery plan with individualized, professional care. We are just as committed to your health and recovery as you are, and we will do everything in our power to help you feel better. With years of experience, our therapists know how important health, quality of life, and careers are to patients. We educate our patients on how to safely and quickly return to their regular activities after an injury, surgery, or illness. In addition to treatment in our outpatient clinic, patients are educated on home exercises to accelerate recovery and prevent problems from reoccurring. We also support our primary care healthcare providers by providing easy access to our services and rapid communication. Our highly-trained providers and staff work together as a team to provide excellent, coordinated, cost-effective physical therapy care.
The clinic treats various injuries and pain syndromes, with a high percentage of these being caused by weakness and/or tightness in other areas of the musculoskeletal system. Negative experience: Nice enough people, but too much of treatment was student delivered with minimal initial disclosure about this aspect of being seen here. Student supervision was on the loose side. I appreciate they train students, but they should communicate more clearly about this and provide closer supervision.
Fantastic experience: My therapist, Katelyn, is professional, knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff strives for excellence. They help each other as they are helping their clients. This is by far the best physical and occupational therapy rehab I have attended. I appreciate what success I have had under their care.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my therapy at Ivy Rehab following knee replacement surgery. I could not have been more satisfied with the care I received during the five months I rehabbed there. Everyone on the staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I want to especially reach out to my personal therapist Katelyn for all she did for me, understanding my unique needs and addressing them. Although Kate was my primary therapist I do want to reach out to the entire staff, who made my time there pleasurable. Therapists Olivia, Kelsey and Brian were always helpful to anyone who entered the facility as well as assistant therapist Victoria who always had her own special ability to be at the right place at the right time. Ashley at the front desk was always extremely welcoming whenever anyone walked through the front door and ALWAYS with a smile n her face! I would like to thank each and every one of them for making what can be a difficult time into one that I looked forward to each week.

Fantastic experience: This is Kenneth’s wife Marilyn. Ivy Rehab in Shelton is definitely a center for excellence. It starts with the staff; kind, professional, compassionate and FUN! Kelsey (my PT) is extremely thorough and takes the time to listen. She customizes my sessions based on my pain level and physical needs. All other staff members are fully supportive and eager to make my experience the best possible. The equipment at Ivy rehab is state of the art and always clean. I also utilize the online app to do my exercises at home. This app uses videos to show exercises and times each exercise. I have been to many rehab facilities due to my ongoing joint issues. Fantastic experience: I completed my physical therapy here over the summer and could not recommend it higher to people needing to complete physical therapy. Fantastic experience: A knee replacement is challenging - but the staff at Shelton Ivy Rehab got me successfully through my PT rehab! Fantastic experience: So happy I came to Ivy Rehab. I’m only 29 and have been having pain in my hip for 10+ years. I’ve seen a few orthopedic doctors and physical therapists throughout the years - all of which have been pretty much completely useless. Orthopedics just telling me they don’t see anything in my X-rays and to “stop doing what hurts it” or physical therapists treating me like I was 92 instead of 29 which didn’t help improve my hip at all. My experience here has been completely different. The physical therapists here are all knowledgeable and communicative, and it’s so nice to have people who actually care and want to help. I primarily work with Brian but have worked with Andrew as well - both are awesome therapists - and even the ones I have not specifically worked with have been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I actually enjoy going to PT! The exercises have been helping, but since I still didn’t have an answer for what the actual problem was, they recommended I get another opinion from one of the doctors within the HSS network. They specifically recommended Dr Buza, a hip specialist in Westchester, and I FINALLY have an answer. Which I wouldn’t have if it weren’t for Ivy Rehab! I’m very thankful for the PTs at this facility and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Best rehab facility ever!!! Thanks to Mia for keeping my schedule straight and making changes when needed; to Andrew for giving me the most amazing stretches (spine and knees over toes to get out of a chair which I use daily) and last but not least to Christian for being caring, tough when he had to be and motivating me to forge ahead even when I didn't feel like it. Kudos to all: patients and staff were like one family. My question is: when are you going to open a facility in Jupiter, FL? I'm waiting!!!

Fantastic experience: So far I only had two sessions with Christian and couldn’t be more happier with his service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. So happy this is my physical therapy place!!
Fantastic experience: Far and away one of the best if not the best physical therapy facility in the area. Christian Roy is dedicated, empathetic , professional and devoted to his patients. Andrew is excellent as well. Caylee adds an extra dimension as a talented team member. This is my first choice for PT in the area by far!

Fantastic experience: Greeted by a cheerful caring staff. Impressed with knowledge and skill of my therapist, Callie. Facility is open with state of the art equipment. Staff is accommodating in terms of scheduling. Felt very well cared for. My treatment has eased my symptoms.
Fantastic experience: I am a D2 athlete and I came to Ivy Rehab because I had ACL revision surgery at HSS and the care I have received is amazing. I have been working with Andrew and each visit I am seeing progress and I am getting better each day. The rest of the staff is amazing as well, they all have greeted me each day with kindness and making the environment great to come to and get work done. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who is looking to get better and see results!

Fantastic experience: Best rehab facility I've been to. It's a cheerful and "family like" staff and the facility has state of the art equipment. My primary therapist is Christian who is extremely knowledgeable and well skilled with effective communication skills. Fantastic experience: Christian and Karen are a great team! I was referred to Ivy Rehab by a friend of mine who is a Doctor. He definitively sent me to the right place! I am welcomed to each appointment by Karen who always has a warm smile and asks how I've been. From the initial consult with Christian, straight through to our 6th session, I have always felt I have been in safe and capable hands. He takes the time to answer my questions and has never pushed me to limits I could not handle. I have been to a few different PT facilities before and can definitely say that Christian at Ivy Rehab is the best Physical Therapist I have ever been treated by. He knows his stuff!
Fantastic experience: Christian Roy is an exceptional Physical Therapist. He will work you hard but he certainly got me the results I hoped for. This is not a PT that throws a photocopied sheet at you on the way in and tells you to go in the corner and do the exercises on it. He is very hands on and makes you feel like you are getting the type of personalized service a professional athlete would. He's tough, but if you are motivated to use PT to recover fully and quickly (in my case from a knee replacement) then he is the guy for you.
