Fairview MS Achievement Center

Positive experience: Both my PC & I feel the schedulers get frazzled with multitasking, Working with my PT has been great as I am more mobile and able to enjoy being outside of the house almost daily

Fantastic experience: This day program is the best. To be with other people with MS and have a outstanding group of medical support is just fantastic. We have morning aerobics, cognitive stimulation, creative arts, lunch, free time, support group. The staff are a group of professionals in their field and have the biggest hearts. They always got us.

Fantastic experience: Both the occupational and physical therapists here are excellent! Everyone is kind, patient and skilled. You WILL make gains and figure out ways to adapt if you go here. I've learned so much and am so thankful.

Positive experience: The Achievement Center was suggested to me by my neurologist as an option (I have MS) and when I had a chance I had PT for ankle surgery (not MS related). I have had treatment for vertigo (not MS) because I liked it so much. Now I have 2 new doctors orders and I've asked that all of my physical therapy and occupational therapy treatment be done at the Achievement Center. Not only are they great medical professionals but they "get it" when it comes to my multiple sclerosis and help me understand all of this other wacky MS plays into the other health concerns I have. They've taught me and supported me more about my MS than anyone has since my diagnosis. They are precious. I will try to get all of my treatments I can there for the supportive, friendly, knowledgeable staff.
