Fantastic experience: I've had a few appointments at the St. Paul location, and everyone I've interacted with has always been very nice! When I sent Dr. Mittman a message about some pain I was having, she gave me a call back the same day. I would definitely recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: I have gone here for a mouth appliance. Everyone is so wonderful here. Very helpful, explains everything wonderfully. My oral device is the best one I’ve had. I would tell anyone with sleep apnea, if you cannot wear a CPAP. This is a place to go. Absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I was seen at MHNPC and had a great experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I seen Dr. Sarah Shueb for my sleep apnea. She was professional and had good bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions, after examining me, she explained my diagnosis and the potential harm in the future if not addressed. She recommend treatment options to help manage my symptoms and let me decide which direction I wanted to go. I'm happy I went with her treatment plan. I have restful sleep and energy in the morning, but most importantly I am no longer waking to breathe in the middle of the night and my snoring is gone! I'm doing the recommended exercises for my jaw pain and that has been empowering, as I am able to take charge in my pain control without the use of medications. MN Head and Neck Pain is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My initial visit for TMJ pain/dysfunction was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. Issues with my jaw have gone on for years, with two other specialists providing no help. Here, I was checked in and taken back to an exam room immediately. My medical history and current health problems were Thoroughly explored/recorded by a dental assistant—Carol was an absolute delight! Then I was seen by Dr. Shueb, who took the time to go over every concern and question I had while asking me a number of questions in return—again, extremely thorough! She then detailed the possible causes for my TMJ issues and by the end of the appointment, I felt pretty confident that they can resolve the years-long problem I’ve had with my jaw. Even though I had a ton of thoughts/concerns/questions, I was never rushed whatsoever. I never write reviews, but I felt obligated here. I don’t understand the bad reviews. They were meticulous and actually cared about my problem. I highly, highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: A lot of reviews on here reflect a recent billing error... So I'll just say, I think Dr. Schiffman is a very kind man. He's taken my tmj issues seriously, offered me multiple therapies to help me out, and has treated me with kindness on both of my visits. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

Positive experience: Don’t let the reviews scare you away. Most stem from a computer problem that sent out a false billing notice. We got one as well. However we have been going here and have been treated very well. Medications were helpful for a couple of years but recently the intense pain has crept back in. We saw a different doctor this time and again have hope that we can overcome the pain and lead a normal life.

Fantastic experience: I've been treated by Dr. Secor and Bonnie, the physical therapist. Both are excellent practitioners. They are professional and pleasant. The front desk staff have always been professional and courteous to me, both in person and on the phone.

Positive experience: Medical treatment was fine. Reception was disrespectful and unprofessional. Luckily, this practice has multiple locations.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing a couple of the doctors the Minnesota Head & Neck Pain Clinic and am very impressed. They look at the whole patient, not just one portion of your care. They want you to actually feel better and I don't feel like a number there, I feel like a human being. I highly recommend them if you have head, neck, jaw pain or migraines.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Eric Schiffman at the St. Paul location. Dr. Schiffman is not only one of the best dentists I've ever had, he is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I can tell he truly cares about solving my problem. He is smart, conscientious, and knowledgeable (no surprise, as he teaches at the University of Minnesota). He diagnosed my issue when no other dentist could. The bite splint Dr. Schiffman provided me seems top quality, and he has been very attentive about ensuring proper fit and comfort. I would recommend Dr. Schiffman to anyone with pain issues related to their mouth, jaw, or TMJ.
