Allina Health Bandana Square Clinic

Fantastic experience: This is the urgent care at my regular clinic. I only use it occasionally, but have always gotten great treatment here. Easy access for me, and never any really long waits. There was one time when their CT scan tech had gone home for the night and I had to go downtown, but else they seem to have pretty full lab and test facilities.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years. I always find the staff to be great and Dr's are also great. I always receive excellent care. They are able to get me in quickly and I never wait to be seen for more than a few minutes. My ONLY complaint is that you sit on hold forever when you call in to make an appointment or to talk to someone.

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent care from my primary physician, Dr. Richardson. She doesn't miss anything and seems genuinely interested in my health. She is only behind a little, generally, and that happens to all doctors as Allina runs a "tight ship" and people's problems always take more time than they allow in the schedule. I've been very happy with my care there for the past 15 years.

Fantastic experience: For urgent care it really helps to go online and make an appointment. If you don't, the wait can take more than two hours. The drs have been great but the np that I saw really didn't have a clue. They sent me into the main clinic and the service and the provider were pleasant and thorough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lochungvu at Bandana Square is one of best GPs I've ever encountered. She always knows my very complex medical history. She listens. She is collaborative in decision making which is very important to me. She doesn't order unnecessary tests or referrals and works with me to address the things that I feel are important. She is very knowledgeable and factors in all of my other doctors' input. I'd refer her hands down to anyone. She's in a rare one in the medical field!

Fantastic experience: I see a dermatologist here and a MOHs surgeon. Both are excellent.

Fantastic experience: At Allina, check in always goes quickly and they are very thorough. The nurse working with Greta Corey was kind and thorough as well. I have seen Greta Corey often and I always feel like she is completely familiar with my file and she listens to what I have to say. I appreciate her kindness and care.

Fantastic experience: It's very easy to schedule appointments online. Test results and follow-ups are also available to check online. Very easy to send a medical message. Staff is helpful for check-in and scheduling. My PCP is simply the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Calarco and her team at the Bandana Square Eye Clinic yesterday were very professional, efficient, caring, and open to any questions. Great experience both there and also when ordering new glasses with optician Crys Brown at the optical store. Crys was also extremely professional, caring and effective at advising me on all aspects of the lense and frame options. She also clearly enjoys helping people and has a fun approach too. Thanks! Fantastic experience: Dr. Xiong is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Nurses and front desk are also helpful and kind. Emily in lab is nice and gets blood test fast without any pain. I’ve been coming here since early 2021. Overall is awesome.

Fantastic experience: If you are coming here for hearing aids, you will find a compassionate team who is kind and knowledgeable and will give you all the information you need. Losing your hearing is scary and vulnerable, and having someone explain things in a positive, clear way is a great help.

Fantastic experience: Amazing ENT doctor at this location. Dr Robert Yang is the nicest doctor I ever met and explained everything in detail and I wasn't left guessing on "what next" when I left. I only wish all doctors were like him. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yang. Fixed my ears and explained my throat issue. His nurse Barbara was so kind and nice . Would recommend this clinic and doctor.

Fantastic experience: Seriously, the best help I have ever gotten in an urgent care/ hospital. Everyone was so kind from checking in, to my nurse (Travis) and the doctor (Rebecca). Definitely made my experience great, and worthwhile. (I really hope I got everyone’s name right) Plus I also see my Chiropractor at Allina, Dr. Taylor. He is also amazing. Such a great spot. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Jessica Dusold is amazing. She was so kind and listened to all of my concerns while helping me to talk through them and understand the next steps of figuring out what was going on. She took extra care to make sure I didn’t feel overly stressed while also being honest about what steps I needed to take in my personal care. The level of care, kindness, and honesty was well balanced and 2nd to none. I will be returning to see her for all of my appointments going forward.

Fantastic experience: I love this clinic. the doctors are super helpful they address your concerns without being condescending. Like I love DR. Lochunvu!!! She's gonna be my doctor until I'm a 100 or she retires lol. I do want to make a special mention Dr Adam in dermatology saw me today , he was super nice and professional even after I blurted "your so young!" Due to some symptoms I was experiencing and google, I thought this was it, I'm done for what's gonna happen to my kids? he was very light hearted about it and he told me not to worry went through what I was taking and explained what he thought was going on, it really did put me at ease. I hope he wasn't offended by my mention of his young age but it was like I saw my kids as doctors ( in the greatest way)when I saw and was cared by Dr Adam and his staff. as a mom in an uncertain world, being scared that I could have been really sick and being cared for and having my concerns addressed by the staff at Alina really put me at ease

Fantastic experience: This is the nicest medical clinic I've ever been in. Such a great building. My experience with Allina has been very good. Their app works great. The providers have been attentive and friendly. My girlfriend and I both see our primary care provider here. Parking can be full at times. But hey, free coffee.

Fantastic experience: Great service and compassionate staff! I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I've been coming here for the past year and comparing my experience from other clincs (in state and other states throughout the country) this place reins above them all! I love how the doctors here listen to your concerns and actually try to help you. Rather than just throw medication at you without being mindful of how medication will affect you (side effects and what not be damned).

Fantastic experience: Went to the Allina Urgent Care and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the Nurses, Lab, X Ray Tech, and Doctor. This Urgent Care was the definition of BED SIDE MANOR. The most pleasant experience I have had with a Doctor's visit. No wait time at all and they expedited my information to the main hospital to get surgery a few hours later. Very GRATEFUL to this Urgent Care. THANK YOU.
