Before I began seeing Brian for Physical Therapy I was having upper and lower back pain as well as neck pain that caused headaches.  These challenges made me feel terrible. The lack of exercise paired with my injury usually creates a difficult cycle to get out of and that’s where Brian comes in.  After the first issue I had with my back, Brian had me back to running within 3-4 weeks. I just saw Brian again a month ago with back/SI pain and after just one visit I was able to go back to yoga at my regular 5-6 times per week cadence.  I have seen Brian many times throughout the past 5 five years. Each time I go in to see him I feel immediate relief right after my appointment. Brian has a way of looking at body pain/issues from a whole-body perspective. He doesn’t just provide you with a quick-fix to help immediate pain, he identifies the root causes for the pain/imbalances. Then he gives you prescriptive exercises to strengthen your areas of weakness to ensure that you stay healthy even when you aren’t seeing him. If you are looking to feel better fast, definitely consider treatment at .

SI joint issues have bothered me for 20+ years, sciatica, tight muscles in hip and pelvic area.  I was also having difficultly exercising (running) without low back pain.  These limitations made me feel frustrated and at times hopeless that there was no solution to such a chronic issue.  After seeing Brian I had so much less pain! I gained muscle strength and increased my mobility.  I am now able to do activities that would have caused pain or injury with confidence and strength in my body.  I can now run for longer periods of time with no pain and have even been able to go jumping at trampoline parks with my kids without having to stop due to back pain!  Stop thinking about making an appointment with Brian and just do it.  You will not be disappointed and you will find relief.

Prior to seeing Brian I was exhausted, both physically and mentally.  I had two meniscus surgeries on my left knee. I’m basically bone on bone with arthritis rearing its ugly head. I had great difficulty in walking, standing for a long time and getting up from a seated position.  Brian worked on mobility and married his therapy with the physical training I continued to do.  Prior to me coming to Brian I was not able to walk enough to play 9 holes of golf or effectively cross train. Since working with Brian, I have been able to walk 18 holes of golf easily and continue with my cross training. This past summer during a golf trip to Scotland, I walked no less than 8 miles a day and played 36 holes twice walking. Additionally, with the use of a knee brace I can easily play Pickle ball for 2 to 3 hours without additional pain.  Brian is one of the major reasons I have not had a knee replacement. He listens, asks probing questions and is genuinely concerned not only about my knee health but my overall health. I am truly honored to be in his care and respect him as a practitioner and as a person. I have recommended Brian to numerous friends and all have been extremely satisfied with Brian and his care.

You are not alone. The truth is many mothers and babies experience challenges with breastfeeding. Tongue ties, torticollis, and other birth traumas can affect your baby’s ability to breastfeed. Lack of success can be overwhelming and discouraging, and ultimately lead to abandoning your efforts to breastfeed.

Babies oral structure and function is important, not just for breastfeeding in infancy! Tongue and lip ties, torticollis, and other birth traumas can lead to lifelong issues such as: mouth breathing, sleep apnea, eating and speech difficulties, poor oral and dental health, neck pain, and headaches.

Many factors influence successful breastfeeding. Our treatment aims to identify and resolve restrictions throughout the infant’s body, improve postural alignment, and enhance mobility and coordination of their system to allow for optimal breastfeeding.

Our team at KINĒCIO is pleased to offer a unique Breastfeeding Program that is safe, gentle, and highly effective. We provide a natural way to identify and resolve the underlying movement and coordination constraints that limit breastfeeding success. As part of your team, we will collaborate with your Lactation Consultant, OBGYN, Doula, Midwife, and other healthcare professionals to optimize you and your baby’s success.

Testimonial: “I was referred to KINĒCIO by lactation consultant when we were having a lot of issues with latch. After just one appointment I noticed a huge difference. The therapy held amazingly, and I was given easy and effective things to do at home to help as well. Dr. Weber was not only great at what he does and super gentle with my daughter but also fun to be around which is always a bonus!!” – Kayla

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian Weber is a phenomenal provider who has extensive education, training, experience, intelligence, curiosity, strong listening ability, and superior detective skills! He specializes in complex situations that other providers have not been able to figure out. I had one of those extremely rare and complicated presentations, which was leading to a lot of misdiagnosis and improper treatment before I got to Brian. I had been a competitive runner for years, but could barely run at all, as things had gone so far off track. Some of the care I received prior to being referred to Kinecio was actually making things worse, so I was very wary when I first came to them (despite being referred by someone who I respect and trust). It quickly became clear that Brian is very skilled at explaining his thinking and what he is doing in easy to understand terms. He puts patients at ease with his kind, understanding, caring, down-to-earth, and humorous approach. From the first phone call throughout many appointments over these past few years, it is always clear how much they care about their patients at Kinecio and truly want to help us get better! Brian successfully treated out every issue that had been plaguing me on my right side. Thanks to this, I was able to run most of the time leading up to an arthroscopic hip surgery last year, and then was also fortunate enough to make a very strong recovery afterwards. I had a significant enough labral tear that surgery was required and based on the poor mechanical issues resulting from compensating around the problem, many other concerns were going wrong with my right leg. Brian worked on these problems from head to foot and relieved everything that was getting in my way. I have been able to run almost continuously under his care, except for at the time of surgery, and then during the immediate aftermath of post-surgery recovery. I believe a major part of the reason I was able to return to racing and competing so quickly, is due to Brian keeping me safely running, which allowed me to maintain a strong level of fitness throughout the journey to figuring out what was going on underneath the symptoms. I was starting to believe my running days were over prior to working with Brian, but now in my mid-50's, I have been able to make a full return to my sport! I will be forever grateful for all of his help!!

Fantastic experience: Recently (May 2023) after a fall landing on my knee and elbow-to shoulder jarring, I returned to Kinecio physical therapy and was attended by Alexa Miesbauer. Alexa like Brian Weber is highly trained to help relieve injuries. After a doctor visit and x-ray to make sure I did not break or fracture anything ( I have osteoperosis), Alexa worked on my knee, shoulder and neck areas to realign those areas that were injured. Alexa like Brian takes an overview look of the body to see where to work on the body to the best advantage to the patient. She is skilled and trained and a delight to work with. She provides exercises to continue the healing process at home. I recommend anyone with new or long time issues to check out Kinecio Physical Therapy as one of the best places to get your body in pain free or in mobility shape. The office staff is professional and very helpful too. Christine Igielski Dr Shahla Mirbagri at Kinecio turned a very painful back and associated issues into a very positive outcome and I give her high marks for her professionalism and understanding of my situation. Since November 2020, she has helped me to functional and strengthened mobility as well as lessening my pain level greatly. I am now back to my usual routines and even been able to get out to snowshoe! Kinecio’s physical Therapy uses a whole body approach and I found it to be valuable since I had multiple medical issues going on when I started. I recommend Dr. Mirbagri and Kinecio very highly.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenally knowledgeable and effective physical therapists! Brian and Abe have treated our whole family for various injuries, pains, muscle tightness, etc. and we will never go anywhere else again. I can not recommend them enough for acute treatment and ongoing preventative care. They treat each symptom to get to the root of the issue and have been a saving grace for my 13 year old who does three sports and suffers from extremely tight muscles and Sever's Disease, my 15 year son who has broken two bones, my husband with a knee injury and back pain and myself with an ongoing 30 year old back injury. Their staff is beyond kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’d seen a chiropractor for 3 weeks and had made no progress. His treatments weren’t working, and although I stated at each visit that I was getting no relief, he never changed his approach. After being unable to sit at all or even stand comfortably for weeks, I went into Kinecio and was treated by Alexa. She was amazing. After the first treatment I knew she was on to something as I experienced so much relief from the back pain which had been excruciating. She skillfully worked the troubled areas and gave me exercises to do at home. She changed things up with each appointment and her comments helped me to understand what was going on with my body. I am pain free after a few appointments! Thanks Kinecio and Alexa!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian Weber performs magic with his hands. He has become quite skilled in his study of physical therapy. Over 10 years ago I had L3, L4, and L5 of my spine fused with a titanium cage put around for support. I have been in sever pain have gotten by with a limp and self medication. I couldn't move very much let alone ride a bicycle with my girls or play golf. I have been seeing Dr. Brian for almost a year now. He has so much knowledge in the blessing that is physical therapy. He takes one look at how you walk, stand, and/or sit and knows exactly what is ailing you. Each time I cannot move he finds the nerve immediately and with skillful motion he is able to relieve the pain. He also is very engaged with his patients and has an amazing and upbeat bedside manor. Before I had no restful center while sitting or standing, he helped me get to a painless restful center. Dr. Brian has been an influential part to me losing 60 pounds and becoming mobile enough to be walking up to 10,000 steps each day and able to swing a club on the driving range once again with minimal pain.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Kinecio Physical Therapy because of lower back issues, that I couldn't work out on my own. After just a few visits with both Brian and Abe, my back pain was essentially gone. They're both deeply knowledgable and intuitive physical therapists, who practice Functional Manual Therapy. Each time I leave their offices I'm amazed at how effective their treatments are, and how much better I feel.

Fantastic experience: I had serious Carpal Tunnel Syndrome of left wrist due to a fall. Ortho docs wanted surgery. Brian Webber worked on my wrist multiple times and had me soak with Epsom salts daily, stretch my neck, and use a wrist wrap at night. Those conservative methods and one steroid shot (from my Allina clinic) completely healed my nerve over 4-6 months. Brian listens well to clients, teaches well, and has a real gift of healing. The office is thoroughly professional and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I am super happy with the treatment that I have received, very effective. The atmosphere is really friendly and calming. Shahla and Brian are very skilled in their trade and they helped me get back to a pain free life.

Fantastic experience: Kinecio is a small PT office with experienced, educated and talented staff.

Fantastic experience: After seeing multiple providers for my neck/TMJ pain, I finally found relief after receiving treatment from Shahla! She took the time to listen to my history and make a treatment plan that was individualize to my needs. During my time with her, she explained what she was doing in full detail and what I should expect after our session was done! I am so impressed with her careful attention to detail, ability to educate me on my condition, and created an easy treatment plan. I finally can sleep through the night without neck/jaw spasms and no longer have headaches all day! I would recommend Shahla to anyone who is seeking to get their life back!

Fantastic experience: Brian Weber has magic hands! He has tremendous training, talent and skill, and on top of that, he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. I have worked with Brian on several chronic issues over the past three years, all of which he has addressed expertly with compassion and professionalism. I am now free of chronic SI joint pain that I have dealt with for 20 years since I've been seeing Brian! My husband and my son have also seen Brian about various athletic injuries with great results. Rachel is compassionate and supportive and eases the process of arranging care. Kinecio earns my family's highest recommendation!

Julie Jansa 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: Low back pain was impacting nearly everything I enjoyed and came to a tipping point last year. After trying all conservative methods to ease the pain and weakness I was experiencing; surgery became the final option. A few weeks post-surgery, I went back to Kinecio to start rehab. Throughout the physical (and sometimes the emotional) recovery process, Brian has been amazing. He listens compassionately and observes body mechanics with a deep base of knowledge/experience. I appreciate his whole system approach and dedication to finding the root cause. He's helped me get back to the physical activities I love with confidence. I highly recommend Dr Weber and his team to my clients and friends suffering from acute or chronic pain.

Fantastic experience: Before seeing Brian, I was having back and rib pain that was limiting my ability to exercise. It was frustrating because exercise was my number 1 way to relieve stress. Brian listened to my history, assessed my mobility, joints and soft tissue, and got right to work at our first session. His manual skills are outstanding, and his understanding of anatomy, combined with a holistic approach were just the thing I needed. After 4 sessions, my pain has dramatically improved. I am returning to the activities I love to do. I will definitely return if/when I need more therapy. Thanks Brian!

Fantastic experience: Kinecio is the only place I will go for physical therapy. Brian is uniquely skilled and knowledgable and is able to get me back to my normal activities in a short period of time. He never rushes a visit and his sole focus is patient care. Rachael is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Kinecio to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have seen a number of therapists since the age of 13, I am currently 32. Brian Weber has a unique approach that has made me a loyal patient because of his unique approach to care. He is attentive, listens, and every time I have entered his office I have felt better than when I have gone in. Brian's active approach and care is incredibly unique, and whether you are suffering from back, knee, ankle, wrist, elbow, or shoulder pain (I have had him treat them all), he will give you amazing care. If you have been seeing a therapist and have not gotten the results you're hoping for, I strongly recommend seeing Brian, he is not like your typical PT, he is truly something special in his field.

Fantastic experience: Brian and his staff are amazing. He absolutely cares about me as an individual and understands what works for you might not work for me. He takes the time to truly understand what the problem is and how to fix it for me.

K.C. Swanlund 6 years ago

Fantastic experience: Brian has worked with me for more than 5 years on a variety of issues. His talents continue to amaze me. One thing that I love is that he is constantly updating his knowledge with cutting edge education. I will share one very specific situation that Brian recently solved!! 4 years ago I had a foot injury. I was told that I would need surgery if I ever wanted to make any progress. I opted for no surgery and walking felt as if I was walking on a tennis ball at all times. About 4 years after the accident it occurred to me to ask Brian to look at the foot. Each session with him shifted the discomfort in my foot. Each time I left the office I was amazed that I could walk more comfortably. Within 6 to 8 sessions I had movement in my foot that I had never even thought I would have again. I can walk without pain! A Gifted Young Man
