Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good words to say about this clinic and wanted to make sure I took a minute to share, in hopes to offset some of these negative reviews. I spent the good part of 6 months last year doctoring with Dr. Brombach and his staff, and through the entire process felt at ALL times that I was in the best, most capable and qualified hands. As patients we feel anxieties and fear when we are dealing with the unknown and doctoring can be such a scary place. From the helpful appointment staff, the friendly faces at check in, the wonderful nurses, even right down to the business office, and of course Dr. Brombach who was so thorough and complete and so kind (who also had the BEST analogies to help me understand how my body was working)....from start to finish, I could not have been happier with the quality of care I received. I have several equally satisfied friends who also see Dr. Brombach, which is how I was referred, and at any given opportunity I eagerly pass along his clinic information to potential new patients. My health is good for now, but it sure gives me peace of mind knowing that if life decides to throw me a curveball (and it will), that I have amazing, top quality healthcare just a phone call away. Big high fives to Dr. Brombach and HealthEast Midway!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Bottem is someone I'd be quite happy to see going forward. She's a great listener, considers my input, and gives good advice. The clinic is new, and I can tell that they're a bit understaffed. But the quality of the care I received was first rate.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Teten for 20 years. He has always been prompt, competent, thorough, easy to talk to, and has taken time to listen. His nurse Janice is also excellent..very friendly, competent and puts me at ease as soon as she greets me. I always feel my health is in good hands with these two.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Dr. Horchner a few years ago by my rheumatologist, and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Horchner listens to me, and takes her time with her patients. While this does mean waiting a bit longer than normal, I honestly just bring a book while I wait because Dr. Horchner is worth it. I have since moved to Shakopee, but I still go out of my way to see her. Good doctors like her are hard to find. Very pleased to have her as my PCP.

Fantastic experience: I accompanied my mother who is becoming elderly to her visit with Dr. Brian Hansen. The rooming nurse was friendly, professional, and very capable. Dr. Hansen took a LOT of time with us, and listened beautifully to our concerns and developed a plan with my mother that we both think will meet her needs nicely. He was kind, understanding, patient, and completely non-rushed. He ordered lab tests that were helpful, and analyzed the problem and came up with a good solution. What more could we ask for?

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at HealthEast Midway for about 30 years. My original primary care doctor recommended the clinic's current Medical Director to me 25 years ago and I wouldn't change him for anyone else. He has been fantastic, responsive, a great listener and he always lays out a clear plan for dealing with my various ailments and it invariably works. The rest of the staff has always been courteous, efficient and thoroughly professional as well as down-to-earth and comforting. I'd recommend this clinic to any one...and have many times.
