Fantastic experience: When I say amazing team here at Select trust my word. I’m always in constant pain sometimes it really effects my session a lot. I’ve never can across a team that be concerned about you and your progress on getting better.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best most beneficial physical therapy I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to 8 PT centers since I was first injured at work in 2012 and had never felt or noticed any significant improvement. Most felt like a complete waste of time. For the first time in 8 years Select Physical Therapy staff (Moe and Melissa are who I’ve had the pleasure of working with but they all seem great and knowledgeable) have managed to relieve pain and discomfort that I never thought would ever go away. I had forgotten what not having a headache felt like until now. I feel better, sleep better, and hurt less since my very first PT session and I couldn’t be more grateful. Absolutely life changing. Thanks Select Physical Therapy staff!

Fantastic experience: The office/support staff is friendly and helpful. My therapist, Tristan Seok is outstanding. He guides me through my exercises and offers lots of verbal support. He took the time to thoroughly explain my injury during my first visit and made me believe that we were going to be able to improve my painful back. I have complete confidence in Tristan. Although I don’t love exercising, I look forward to seeing Tristan, because after just 3 sessions, I already feel some improvement.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to go. Highly recommended. Mo was awesome and very in tuned with my recovery. He tried every thing he could to limit my pain including recommending specific shoes or inserts for improvement. The team was very connected and when one was unavailable the others knew what to do in my care. Very satisfied!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. I was seen after fracturing a bone in my foot and a sprained ligament. Even though I worked with different therapists each visit, they were all on the same page and kept me progressing each week. The therapists focused not only on the mobility of my foot, but also rebuilding the strength in my leg and ankle, which is imperative for the work I do. They gave each patient a temperature check each visit, and sent them to wash their hands before using the equipment, and all equipment was sanitizer after being used. I would definitely recommend Select Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Very clean facility, great friendly people, very knowledgeable, by far the best experience in physical therapy. They have help me in my recovery with my injury to get back to 100% were in times I thought I would never recover. I recommend this place to anyone. Fantastic experience: Mo and his team are great! Mo periodically checked in with me during my sessions and made sure I was on the right track. Allison and Emma (two students from the University of the Pacific) worked with me the most. They were very attentive and encouraged me to give feedback during the session. This encouragement made it really easy for me to advocate for myself and get the care I needed. I never felt self conscious or shy. This place really makes you feel like you're part of a team and everyone's goal is to make you feel better. 10/10 recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Select Physical Therapy for the past 6 months and I have to say that I’ve had the best experience so far. Every chance I get I recommend this place. Everyone on staff is so friendly and helpful and will push you to do your best even if you don’t want to, or think you can’t do it. This is definitely a place to try out.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about PT. I had a car accident and had trouble sitting or standing. I was even limping due to hip and lower back injury. I’ve had 10 visits and I’m already able to move better, take short walks and a little gardening. Everyone is extremely nice, and caring. Wonderful environment and staff that are dedicated to each patient feeling better.

They are willing to work with you in regards to scheduling as well as during your therapy. I enjoy going to Select in Lincoln center because I know that I will get the best care needed along with a staff that pushes you to where they think you can handle it. They listen to you and always have a great sense of humor even if you attend late in the evenings. I would and do recommend this facility and staff to anyone needing Therapy.
