Positive experience: They don’t update Family on your loved ones changes and health. They don’t call and ask you any preferences, Anna is severe protein, deficient, with a weakened immune system. She depends greatly on protein to maintain her wounds for them to have some semblance of healing. They must’ve read that part of her chart because they ordered her two extra ounces of protein with dinner. Now I ask you if she doesn’t even finish her regular dinner what good is that going to do? I had to ask them to give her protein shakes at least twice a day. they don’t Thoroughly read your chart. This can be shown by when I finally went in there and demanded that Anna come home and be released… They sent a 18 French Foley catheter instead of the 18 French dual Foley catheter I told them specifically what she needed. They sent a latex kit that. she’s allergic to . They were supposed to send home all of her medicines. Ironic that the Norco never made it home! Good evening while visiting sister, JEAN specifically asked the nurse to give Anna a shower, and wash her hair as Anna has been in the hospital for weeks and it needs to be done. She was assured it would be, it wasn’t! Anna called me complaining that she hasn’t had a shower in a month , this is after being a care facility for two weeks, so I made a phone call and asked what was going on. I was told that she had a shower on the 30th, she did not. The nurse also stated that her shower days were Mondays and Thursdays , when I said nothing, he realized that today was Monday and it was after 8 PM. So I asked will this happen before midnight? She did finally get a shower that night. Keep in mind the only reason that she went to the aftercare facility was because our Hoyer lift was broken, and I had no means to get an out of bed back into bed to the shower and to her wheelchair. I thought if she was in that facility that they would get her up every day, put her in her chair, use the Hoyer lift to take Her to a shower The reason I have abruptly brought her home is because I called to speak to her one night. She said she had signed paperwork they were told for well that she has, a power of attorney durable medical power of attorney and that she does not sign paperwork like that they had her sign in anyway and I asked her what it entailed she wasn’t able to tell me which is why she doesn’t sign paperwork! So when I called her back after trying to reach staff myself , not being successful. I asked Anna to push her button to get a nurse in there so I could ask a few questions. She pushed the button, I asked her if she pushed the button she said yes. Time went by we’re chatting away on the phone And I’m wondering where are these people? I asked Anna have they came and checked in at all she said no asked her to push the button again she did. It was 22 minutes and 37 seconds before they answered her call button. Anna has 50 chronic ongoing medical conditions Most Critical, others serious. Anna will never return to this facility for any reason.

Fantastic experience: Oh, I personally stayed at Clearwater last year and it was amazing! Friendly staff with super caring nurses and CNA‘s. Everyone was so happy to be there. Totally would recommend to everyone!A big shoutout to Leah and Charles for the overwhelming love and support!!!

Fantastic experience: My mother in law was in this facility for a couple months. The nurses were always attentive to my mother in law. She enjoyed being there and getting the support she needed during her healing process. I’m so glad she was taken care of correctly.

Fantastic experience: My dad went here a few months ago and the staff was attentive and nurturing. The CNA's and nurses were very caring and did a great job of helping my dad recover. They are very family oriented and have a great, positive working environment within the clean, newly renovated facility. Barbara and Aaron were very helpful and professional. Annie and Grace were a few of the CNA's aiding my dad and made sure he was comfortable during his stay. My dad says the food was good and they gave him menus every week for him to choose what meals he wanted for that day.

Fantastic experience: My husband was recently admitted to Clearwater after suffering a stroke. He stayed for a month and during his stay he had wonderful care from his nurses and CNA’s. Thank you Mai Lao for your patience and care. Aaron and Barbara for easing the confusion with your patience and knowledge. Charles for the positivity and fist pumps. Lea & Leila for your encouragement, Butterfly for your bright smile that made him smile. The OT and PT staff Lisa, Gabby, Krystal, Faith, Kate and Tasha for all your hard work to get him back on his feet and strength. Also the rest of the staff to help him return home. We couldn’t of done it without all of you. Much appreciation from the both of us.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to a review to put some positivity over the negative ones. My uncle was here in February and we had a good experience. No facility is perfect, but Clearwater is updated, clean and the staff is welcoming. It started with the Admissions team being knowledgeable about the rehab stay process and who our contacts were. The building also seems to have a good amount of nurses and CNA’s seen throughout the halls. The few issues we had were addressed by our case manager and the nurses during our visits. I’m a nurse in another facility and I was pleased with our overall experience here.

Fantastic experience: Our mother stayed in this facility for about 3 weeks to recuperate from the hospital and she is home now. Clearwater did a great job caring and assisting to her needs. I do not always give reviews for certain services, but this time was an exception. The nurses and CNA’s showed great care and compassion to their patients. The therapy staff did a great working with our mother too. The administration staff up to the front desk personnel were always professional and courteous. The food provided by the kitchen staff was always available and on time for serving the patients. The facility is clean, updated and organized. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones. They made my mother’s stay comfortable and reassuring. Thank you Clearwater and keep doing what you do best!

Fantastic experience: I am a proud employee that works for Clearwater Health care. All the staff are very welcoming, and friendly and make you feel like you are a part of a big family. This facility is always kept very clean throughout the building. And the staff are always talking with the patients and seeing how they are doing. I love to help the patients and try to make their day with the little things and words of encouragement when they need it!

Fantastic experience: My mom has been a resident of Clearwater healthcare for over 7 years. It's a very clean and caring facility. My mom has had numerous CNAs through the years. But there is one that truly goes above and beyond. His name is James Boozer. He is a big plus for this facility. Thank you James for all you do.

Positive experience: My grandpa stayed here for a bit because of some issues but they’re resolved now but I just wanted to say the staff was not rude at all they were very friendly and nice and how they treated my grandpa was so great. I noticed too that they were clean it’s always good to have a clean environment especially with the elderly.!

Positive experience: My dad was just transferred to Clearwater SNF in Stockton and I can't get through to check in with him. I have called several times and keep being put on hold. I understand staffing may be an issue, but at least let me know if there is a better time to call. Also, don't they have phones in their rooms? The nurse finally called me and I felt better about the situation. Hopefully I can get through to talk with my LO tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: I wish all facilities could be this efficient. The receptionist was informative and very pleasant. She made an uncertain situation easy. The facility was clean and the receptionist was efficiently handling several different people in a pleasant manner. Several times seniors are made to feel like they are a taking up time but this was not the case here. Thank you

Fantastic experience: i came here for rehab and I am doing so well because of the excellent care I am receiving. Everyone here has a loving and caring attitude, They made me want to work and get better, I highly recommend Clearwater Healthcare Center to everyone who needs Rehab, I haven't met one person here who hasn't made me feel special.

Positive experience: My brother was just recently discharged from this facility after recovering from brain surgery, they sent him home Without his glasses. My brother is legally blind, so this is a major mess up on their part. They changed his bedding and cleaned his room and his glasses disappeared, a month and a half ago. They never replaced his glasses, shameful. They know he is alone in Stockton, our mom and I are in Tx. So they know he has no one to advocate for him. Shameful to treat anyone like this, terrible to treat a man with special needs this way. Up date 3 weeks after this review they sent my brother his glasses. I'm so thankful, I would have given them 5 stars, but they didn't apologize for the inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: Very family oriented place to work. I have been an employee here for 10 years and have made this my second home. I have worked at several facilities over the past 20 years and I must say I would highly recommend Clearwater Healthcare.

Fantastic experience: My husband’s experience at Clearwater was close to the best possible. Caring, patient, compassionate, well trained and selected, hard working and effective staff, except for a rare staff who was more about getting the job done quickly. The glitches that came up were few & far between. I had an injury outside in the parking lot and the staff were right there to help.

Fantastic experience: I have been employed by Clearwater healthcare center, established on September 1, 2017. The atmosphere of the facility is very welcoming. Friendly, devoted, and caring compassionate employees, help bring out the diversity of this building. The amazing staff are always filled with their compassion to help patients and families transition with ease of mind from our facility. In addition, the staff are very professional and responsive to care rendered. We provide a wide-range of staff to help with our patients demographics, and help them transition towards their next level of care. Our staff and interdisciplinary team who meet on a daily basis; respond to, coordinate, and effectively communicate the patients and families needs satisfactorily. Majority of our patients that discharge from our facility, respond back by leaving us cards and letters of appreciation towards our staff. Our Nurses and staff, have great longevity of retaining in our facility because of their love of their profession. Our facility also has a medical physician on site daily, and a nurse practitioner in his absence to help facilitate continuity of care of our patients. We recently passed our change of ownership survey with no deficiencies, and take great pride of the work our staff continues to work diligently for our patients. We stand by our facility standards of growing and developing our people. Our staff and management are very proud of the continued hard work produced towards our staff; in a diverse, yet friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We are also proud to announce the renovation currently in place; welcoming families and friends within the community, and to see the family we have established here at Clearwater Healthcare Center.
