Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to have been referred to PTSMC from a physicians assistant helping me with my spine. Andrew and Harrison are great! I have patellofemoral pain syndrome in both knees and a lower back problem. I have suffered for a year and a half, gone to three orthopedic docs, gotten a steroid shot, tried another local physical therapy place and no relief. I have been working with Andrew and Harrison since the first week of February and I am finally feeling a lot of relief! I highly recommend them. The entire staff is wonderful and the facility is clean and state of the art.

Fantastic experience: I very rarely post reviews but I wanted to highlight PTSMC Fairfield, as it far exceeded my expectations. I was referred to Rebecca after I sustained a lower back injury with sciatic nerve pain. From the initial consultation through two months of rehab, Rebecca & her team provided me a targeted and personalized treatment plan, taking into account my desire to maintain a base level of training during the period. Rebecca is outstanding, with decades of experience; when she was not available, I worked with her colleagues, who were uniformly excellent. The office is very well run, friendly and caring. High praise!

Fantastic experience: I am been completely satisfied with the Exceptional Customer Care, Outstanding knowledge and performance of my son’s physical therapist, Lucas and his Team at PTSMC Fairfield. He has helped considerably with his treatment program after fractured tibia. From the beginning explained thoroughly the treatment plan and has been diligent in helping my son through his recovery treatment as much as possible. Lucas and his Team at PTSMC Fairfield are the "Best of The Best" physical therapists I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His abilities, attitude, kindness, and expertise are unprecedented. The entire staff have been gracious. They were kind enough to accommodate my needs, booked an appointment same day I called, rather than make me wait a month to start my son’s therapy as the other therapist I was referred to expected. I am fortunate to have Lucas educate my son and relieve the pain when others intended he waits A true professional. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I should have written this review a long time ago. I have been treated here for 8 months by Jennifer. After trying many PT places, I can honestly say that you won't find any place better than this one. All the PT are very kind, empathic, and knowledgeable. Jennifer is the sweetest person, she gives a 100% of her energy in helping patient improve. I am C vax injured, my symptoms vary in intensity from day to day and she would always adapt the treatment, the exercises in order to make me feel better. I have shed some tears at this place because I was suffering so much and felt so desperate sometimes, but Jennifer always gave me the courage to come back to the next session with the hope that I would get better. And after each session I felt a little better. She is the best PT i have ever had! I've had a few other team members for a few sessions, they are all awesome! I really want to emphasize that this place is extremally clean and well maintained. Everybody wears mask which made me feel safe the whole time.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience they where very rude the manager was even worst. I requested a famale therapist before I even started the program I they told me yes that It was ok but them they started pushing a male even Therapy They where very very rude even the manager. They have a Karen like attitude toward me every time I go there so I stop going there I started somewhere else and the manager proceeded to call the new place they are a bunch of racist I will never go to another one it was a disgrace.

Fantastic experience: PTSMC is the best place for physical therapy and recovery in Fairfield. The staff is very personable and friendly. I have never had any bad experiences or witnessed something negative happen. I Highly recommend going here for PT.

Fantastic experience: I have been to other Rehabilitation facilities after surgeries and walked out feeling the same as when I walked in. When I leave Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine I walk out feeling so much better. They get my replacement knee moving and feeling great. About an hour later at home I feel muscle soreness but only because they have me finally moving muscles toward recovery.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had lots of shoulder issues, both frozen twice and two replacements. Therefore I’ve been to three different therapists. Those at Physical Therapy and Sports are excellent. Experienced, caring, knowledgeable, and have all the equipment and technology needed to help anyone to recover.

Fantastic experience: I've had my share of athletic injuries over time. Because of that I've experienced a variety of therapists of varying degrees of capability. Being new to Fairfield an Orthopedic Physician here recommended Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. They are really good. The exercises, working the injured area, the total care of Andrew, and the entire staff, have been outstanding. From the first visit I felt 'at home' there.
