Creekside Care Center

Fantastic experience: Great facility! The facility it self is really clean and very up to date. I was worried when when we were told we had to go to a skilled nursing facility we were worried about getting stuck into a convalescent home that smelled and was run down, that was NOT the case here AT ALL! The staff and management was very attentive to our family’s needs. And thankful for everyone that helped us. It’s in a great location parking is never an issue. Would highly recommend!

Positive experience: I stayed here for 2 months after experiencing a serious number of falls and setbacks from my COPD. During my stay I was very well cared for and properly medicated for my pain. The food there was well above average. I was offered permanent residency, however I didn't agree with the monetary terms. If we could have seen eye to eye on this, I probably would have stayed there the remainder of my life.

Fantastic experience: I spent 2 months here in therapy for a broken hip. Hated to leave because every aspect was wonderful 2
