PT Plus Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: The experience here is so different than the PT I got at a hospital-based practice. Katey really listens and spends the time I need- I don’t feel like she’s just rushing me through to move on to her next patient. My back feels so much better!

Fantastic experience: I have, to my considerable consternation--not to mention trouble---been to multiple PT facilities in Fairfield County due to injuries and surgeries over 25 years. I have been to five or six, including the facility at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in Stamford. PT+ is hands down the best. They know their stuff and they deliver it professionally, with expertise, and with care. I couldn't recommend them too highly, and I'm grateful for the work they have done with, and for, me.

After arriving in pain with a limp, they’ve brought me to back into my running routine through excellent care at their office and easy instruction for my homework focused on flexibility and building strength. Fantastic experience: Very happy with the treatment I've been receiving from PT Plus. Jill has been helping me recover from major surgery fixing my broken leg and has put a great rehabilitation program in place. It strikes the right balance between challenging therapy but not over doing it. Very happy with the results now that I'm starting to walk again. Would highly recommend Jill and PT Plus.

She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and easy to work with. I am glad I am working with her and I would refer her to anyone who needed PT.

Fantastic experience: The professionals at PT Plus are very knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate, but what sets this practice apart is that my therapists spend the entire hour working with me, rather than after 10-15 minutes, passing me off to assistants or machines. With this one-on-one intensive therapy, I have already made rewarding progress in just four sessions at PT Plus, and I am confident that working together we are going to achieve my range of motion goals.

Fantastic experience: Dedicated and friendly staff in a very clean environment. Their insight into my back issues have allowed me to recover quicker in 1 week vs 3 weeks going to a chiropractor! Dr. Kellie is compassionate, listens to your concerns, and makes practical suggestions to help you live comfortably and improve every day!

Fantastic experience: PT Plus is a place where everyone works to make you feel comfortable and to focus on you’re being well. The thoughtfulness and care given to analyzing what in the body is not working right— and the patient guidance offered towards correcting those problems (with exercise or stretches ) is smart and friendly and top quality. I highly recommend PT Plus! (They even send you off each week with diagrams of each exercise that you have tried, diagrams that are vivid ad distinct and-imminently do-abe!)

Fantastic experience: I came into therapy at PT after 12+ months of knee pain after heavy, varied exercise I have done for most of my adult life. Tried some silly self therapy programs to no avail. I was skeptical anything would help my knee and thought I was doomed for a sedentary life or surgery. To my surprise after a month or two my left leg is stronger than my right. I am back to running skiing hockey lifting etc with no pain, and I have worked with Kellie on warmups and exercises to keep me pain free. Highly recommend-it’s not worth living through pain and discomfort

Katey and her team are highly trained docs who understand their patients needs after injuries and work diligently to help them return to full activity. They also work on keeping patients conditioned to the level of their maximum mobility . PTPlus physical therapy in its highly convenient location is a true gift to Fairfield County residents.

Fantastic experience: Katey and the team at PT Plus Physical Therapy give thoughtful, insightful and smart assessments to their clients and then provide best in class therapy to them. I should know, I have had multiple sessions for a knee 2 years ago and now back muscle strain.

Fantastic experience: Not a smart business model IMHO because they are so good at their job, that clients don't come back! Joking aside, amazing, no symptoms anymore after literally three visits. I received the ATLAS treatment from one of the few certified professionals in the world, Dr. Erica. Really amazing treatment that you will not forget, it did wonders. Super professional, awesome staff and everyone always made me feel at home. Especially "Shorty" (Dr. Kellie's. puppy). Sad to go, but I'm sure I will hurt myself on purpose just to hang out with these awesome ladies again soon.

Fantastic experience: I second the feedback of the other reviewers. Clean establishment and super friendly and helpful staff. I have been doing PT with Dr. Jill for several weeks and have seen a great improvement in my rotator cuff pain. I also enjoy my time spent here; who wouldn't want to exercise surrounded by the scent of a minty diffuser with soft music playing?

Fantastic experience: Dr. Katey and Dr. Kellie really care!! This place is very clean and such a positive experience. They really get to the root of the problem. As a Nurse Practitioner I would not hesitate to send people here. If you have pain and need better body mechanics most insurances will pay for this. Use it. Enjoy.
