Fantastic experience: The absolute best place to go for therapy. I have went for my neck and having surgery ACDF. It was hard for me to have good ROM but after the therapy my neck was back to normal. This was in 2017. I am currently working on my ankle at PT Link. The staff are wonderful and make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had a full left knee replacement and before hand, I was told of hard the recovery was going to be. But going to PT Link Therapy, the recovery is going faster than expected, in fact, I had a fuller range of motion using my knee only after 4 weeks versus other knee replacement patients who I know. Having multiple locations made it easier to find a place that's convenient for me to make it there in time from work. & when it comes to PT- convenience is key to successfully finishing treatment. Fantastic experience: Mike Coulter made my son Riyens visits very comfortable and even pointed out that he needed to work on his posture. My son plays hockey and sometimes gets sore so we looked to Mike to stretch him out and help him with his posture. My sons very shy but Mike and the rest of the staff made it easy for him by starting conversations and asking him stuff. Highly recommend for any physical therapy needs. They also do needling which helps with blood circulation and even do acupuncture which I looked into elsewhere and it was 5x's as much there than if I just go to PT LINK!!! Well worth it!

Fantastic experience: Long story short, I’ve been doing physical therapy on and off for years and while it was a “temporary feel good” the pain was still there…. Until I was lucky enough to work with Mike! He is an INCREDIBLE PT who works his asszzz off (using different techniques) making sure I get relief before I leave… He is hilarious and patient! Chris worked closely to help heal her broken tibia & fibula at her ankle. We are grateful for his persistence, gentle manner, & positive attitude.

Fantastic experience: They’re weird, but a good weird. Physical therapy can be stressful-some random stranger is putting their hands all over you and manipulating your body into painful positions, not to mention the exercises or things like dry needling. But PT Link has really good therapists who work at a pace that works for you. Plus they have a ton of locations, so they’re always close by

Fantastic experience: PT Lake not only offers great physical rehabilitation, but they also offer kind staffwho are super cool to work with. The Dry Needling has changed my life. I have been diagnosed with Degenerative spine disorder , to wich for the past 3 yrs has caused severe numbness in both of my legs. So together with the regimen of strength building and dry needling I have regained the feeling in both legs to where I can feel a fly land on my legs... Your staff is incredible. I LOVE THEM !!!!! Fantastic experience: When I first started pt I had back pain and severe knee pain. Matt and Phil have taken care of me and I have little pain in my back now and they been strengthening up my knee. There attitudes when you walk in help me get through my day. They are all around an amazing team and I look forward to every appointment.

Fantastic experience: I saw their TV commercial highlighting the multi therapy approach to correcting problem areas that cause pain. It made sense to me to get to the root of those problems. I simply just didn't want to "live" with pain and take medications. To my delight the therapy is working! The staff is wonderful & truly care! I am already spreading the word!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing therapy for a back injury since 2009, before and after surgery...Recently I found PT Link and hands down it is the best therapy I have ever had. With my history with therapy and therapy facilities and the 10 years of it the one thing that stood out with PT Link is they “Listen” to you the patient for your own ideas on what “Helps” you with your daily struggles...The routine therapy they have is pretty standard through out the industry and is a good foundation but the thing that sets PT Link apart is they will also customize that treatment to more suit you on an individual basis! It’s a very “refreshing” approach and it WORKS! Not everyone is the same and the needs that I needed were met basically because they listened to “me” the patient on what was helping “me”! Communication at its finest! I highly recommend PT Link and firmly believe that Mike and company(John and the rest) are highly skilled at what they do there...I would give them 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could...PT LINK YOU ROCK!

Fantastic experience: I suffered from a severe case of tendinitis in both of my hands and wrist. I could not turn a steering wheel, open a bottle of water, nor could I write. After 3 weeks of therapy I was able to do normal daily functions again without crying. PT Link has an amazing staff from the time you walk in the door. The therapist know what they are doing and are enthused to see you recover. I am currently on my 5th week and without the massaging, stretching, and strengthening techniques I received I really don’t know how I would’ve recovered.

Fantastic experience: I see Mike and Jess at franklin park, these people are absolutely amazing! I am on at least my 5th pt, and these people by far go above and beyond all the others ive seen put together. It even shows in thier patients. Ive been thru 100s of drs appts, and have never seen such an overall beautiful atmosphere. Ive been telling them for weeks that they are saving me from a head to toe, ten year plague that has been draining the absolute life out of me. Has come in between my family and friends, and these people are doing it, they are curing me! Please anyone out there suffering in pain, and drs cant figure it out, please for your health try dry needling. It is truly saving my life, and even if its just your hand or leg, please people just give this a shot. Give mike and jess a chance, they truly love what they do and it shows. Everyone has been great in franklin park, but mike and jess are the 2 main people curing me right now and god bless both of you because you truly are saving a life right now and im thanking god for bringing you into my life more and more everyday as this pain is finally leaving my body! THANK YOU!!! Update: there are 3 people at this location, while i typically see 2 people, i have to include John in this review as well. He has a great sense of humor but most of all the care i see him give his patients around me. Last week an elderly lady was in a fair amount of pain, and the way John cradled her back up, picked up her scarf and coat, wrapped her up, and helped her out of the office, i had to compliment him. The genuine care in this facility is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with the therapists here. They did an awesome job of finding innovative ways to help me reach my goals. I was able to complete 65 miles at The World's Toughest Mudder in Atlanta this year and I couldn't have done it without the work they did. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is a joy to work with. Bree always is flexible with scheduling around my availability to be there. Mike, John, Eileen and Jessica have done a 180 for my physical well being. Besides that they are all so personable, caring and understanding that coming for therapy is looked forward to with pleasure bc I know my pain is going to get relief and sleeping at night has become reality. I really recommend anyone with body issues to come to PT Link. I know that they make my life ever so much better. Dr. James Brue was really right in recommending them for therapy.

Fantastic experience: I love the welcoming environment that the whole team helps provide. There is always some fun conversation or music playing. However the important piece is the team listens to me and has worked to understand the pain I am experiencing and how they can help me through it. The alternative therapy options along with exercise/stretching are amazing steps in my progression away from pain.

They will have you actually enjoying PT. I did not start PT until 6 months after my surgery, and thought hope of much improvement was lost, and I was so wrong. Fantastic experience: I just had a total hip and hadn’t really walked for a year. When I came to PT I had horrible muscle spasms in my butt and thigh and I was in tears and could hardly do anything.Elaine rolled a ball on my muscles while I cried but it broke up the muscle spasms. The next time I came in I could actually do some exercises and lift my heel off the table. I really believe I would not be walking again if it wasn’t for Mike and all the great people at PT Link!!!!! I wish I could still go every week!!

Fantastic experience: Beyond thankful I came across PT Link when I was looking for a place to have therapy after my injury. Absolutely love everyone that works there! Even through the pain and torture(yes, it was necessary in order to get better) I was still able to laugh and smile during every visit. They made the long process of getting better so much easier. I would recommend PT Link to anyone that needs physical therapy! There aren’t many places you get the type of treatment you need along with the friendliness and yes, the laughter, like PT Link offers! Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. I can't speak highly enough about the treatment I received at PT Link. I had major reconstruction on my elbow. They took the time to explain the exercises and how they would help my recovery. The team at PT Link will get you the best results. Period. They push you to get better and give you encouragement along the way. The atmosphere is light and welcoming, mixed with people working to get their best results possible. Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful to Mike and the entire PT Link team for the excellent, quick care they provided my son. He is a senior Running Back and needed some help for a swollen and painful knee. Mike did dry needling and other therapies and the next day he ran 3 touchdowns! Compassionate, professional care- just what my son needed to get back on his feet!

Fantastic experience: After roughly 10 weeks of almost daily headaches, 2 doctor visits, 2 chiropractor visits, it was the staff at PT Link who finally fixed it.
