Fantastic experience: I have now been at PT Link for a little over 3 weeks. My recovery is slated to be lengthy - over 3 months. In this short period so far I have regained some strength and more sensation in the parts of my body that are affected by my injury. That is very much due to the excellent staff, their knowledge and ability to vary the exercises depending on the day and my ability to cope. There is a sense of cheerfulness and comradely - being there feels more like you are with a personal trainer at the gym than at PT. My spirits are always up when I leave - no matter what state I am in when I arrive. Bad pain is at ease, and "good pain" - the one that makes you know you are getting somewhere - is just enough to remind you that you are on the mend. I could not recommend a better facility and knowledgeable staff. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff - I have been in water therapy there and the two therapist are knowledgeable and explain why we do the exercises we do - how they will help. They are encouraging, respect you and reflect that they care. I would definitely recommend them for the water therapy. I have not done land therapy yet so can not speak to that part of the program.

Fantastic experience: PT Link on Bancroft is awesome. They have every type of modalities of treatment needed. They listen and give suggestions for treatment. With the damaged ligaments I have improved. They are encouraging and friendly. I look forward to my day of treatment..whether it's in the pool or on "land".

Fantastic experience: After having 3 separate surgeries on a broken arm at the elbow, I rehabbed with PTLink St. James. My original injury was in June and I was in a brace for months, losing a lot of range of motion in my elbow and shoulder. I went to St. James because it was close, but I am glad I did. I completed my therapy in May with nearly full range of motion. I believe with continuing my exercises at home, the little bit remaining to get full range of motion will come back. My Dr. was very pleased! He thought my progress was better than he anticipated! They also helped with my strength and the hypersensitivity I was having due to nerve repositioning. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at PT Link. I broke my tibia and fibula at the ankle. They helped me get my range of motion and flexibility back. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire staff is very patient oriented. They definitely make you feel welcome and give you much needed encouraging words. I received both land and water therapy. I would highly recommend PT Link for therapy !!
