Fantastic experience: It is really nice place , staff is understandings and easy going I think is a home warming environment place.

Positive experience: I gave 3 starts because I never had a problem with them. We all know the rules, and sometimes they have a stop on us, but patience and silence go a long way.. They should clean the bathroom, though. There's no paper toilet, toilet and sink is dirty and there was drips of blood on the floor next to the toilet which could mean 2 things...I would clean the bathroom myself for free...

Fantastic experience: Been to Willimantic, Hartford, New Haven and now the Bridgeport clinic and the help I receive on Mill Hill has been my favorite. All the places have treated me quite well just Bridgeport is my favorite.

Positive experience: I have been Bridgeport and Stanford Connecticut for Methadone programs I'm and I Found that the programs the counselors help me get it off since I've been on since 1970 They were very helpful in Detox Now I lived in Oregon And my body so old I got a pain management no more street drugs

Negative experience: I AM A CLIENT AND HAVE BEEN FOR 5 YEARS, I ONLY GO 2 DAYS A WEEK BUT THE MORNING CHECK IN STAFF ARE THE LAZIEST MOST UNKIND AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, I SOMETIMES GO IN THE AFTERNOON BUT THE MORNING IS HORRIBLE!!!!!THERES NO REASON TO BE THAT ROTTEN AND UNKIND!!!IF YOU DONT LIKE THE JOB GET A DIFFERENT ONE!!!!

Positive experience: They have so many issues. 90% of the time all of the computers are down or two of them are down. Lines out the door after they've been open for almost an hour because nurses haven't showed up. They leave you outside the building instead of letting everybody inside when nurses are late. Which should not be allowed because of confidentiality. The guy who is the "security guard" or whatever he is, acts way too.controlling, he makes no sense what he does. Makes everybody stand outside in the freezing cold when they're supposed to open at 5:30 and a nurse doesn't show up till 6:15. Then he only lets five people in at a time for like the first two or three times then decides to let everybody in at once after 15 minutes. So what was the purpose of him making everybody stand outside in the cold for no reason, just to let all 20 people in anyways? I have to say my counselor is absolutely amazing though. He goes above and beyond and that's why I'm giving them a three instead of a one or two. His name is davonte. If you have issues with your clinician, because I do hear there are some awful clinicians there, ask about davonte. Because he's truly amazing.

Fantastic experience: They helped my brother get his life on track. I was his sponsor so I know a lot about the place. Like anything else, if you want it to work for you, if you want it to save your life, it will. If you're not ready, it will be a waste of time.

Negative experience: if i could give 0 stars i would. very unorganized and idk where their urine tests go but the lab they use is sketchy as hell and many people complain including myself. I've had nothing but a terrible experience there.

Positive experience: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Saturday. 6:00am-10:00am Sunday. Closed
