Fantastic experience: When I tell you this place was kind, courteous and very efficient. I was in and out within a half hour staff was so pleasant.

Positive experience: Doctor was Nice and thorough but the wait time was just long. I did not like that a lady with kids had just arrived and had been seen immediately while I was waiting for a half hour to be seen. Her children was seen right away. They did not waste a minute. While I was suffering with my eye infection. Waiting patiently to be seen. Overall the doctor was great the staff in the back was also great just didn’t like the beginning process.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely one of the better urgent cares in the state. The waiting room was clean and organized and and the staff members were all polite and professional!

Jausa The receptionist took me in but Jausa got the ball moving for me They were so professional so kind understood that my situation was no more important than anybody else in there I understood that I was in pain and needed stitches to the team down at 161 Boston Ave. I recommend highly they talk to you. They understand the situation and any type of procedure done. Felt great took the time with me. I do want to wish the whole team over there a great holiday season thank you Jausa.

Negative experience: everytime i come here. it oftenthe sitting area is extremely hot no air condition, receptionist not friendly at all , no smiles, wait was moderate but only came cause was close by prefer fairfield main street sucks

Fantastic experience: the manager and assistant was great and very patient working with me. they went above and beyond as it was my first time doing a drug test. i was able to get in contact with drug testing company and they walked the manager through on how to pull it up a different way. thank you all again for your patience as i was overwhelmed with ripping and running to get this done

Negative experience: Still waiting for results from over a week ago. Tell me why this walk in clinic is by appointment only. They turned down my child at 7pm today, said they’re done for the day.

Fantastic experience: Shemesha was a delight- and her Covid swabbing was a tickle (rather than some of the more unpleasant experiences I’ve had being tested). Everything was clean and orderly, the staff was friendly, considerate (careful to minimize pain), and competent.

Fantastic experience: Greta experience! Not a long wait time at all and I was in and out in about 30 mins. Shemesha was great I would definitely recommend her again also Gabe PA.

Fantastic experience: I’ve moved away far and other urgent cares are not as nice as Bridgeport afc on Boston Ave. Everytime I come here I get treated with respect and care. I appreciate Shemesha, MA for making sure she answers all my questions all the way and not just the short answer.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday (8/16/24) I went to the Boston Ave location and I was well welcomed. The whole team was very friendly. All the staff were attentive, respectful, and very kind. The provider, I think her name is Dr. Kathy (not sure) is an excellent professional who kept me informed about each procedure she was performing, making me feel very comfortable during the exam. She was very kind, delicate, and also respectful.

Fantastic experience: Today i came in with excruciating pain and as soon as a came in the front desk Jhomalie welcomed me with a smile.Paper work was filled the administrator saw me going to sit and brought me right in to the back and let the staff know i was in. Nurse Lorna step asap in to the room and started to ask me questions of the reason of my visit but before that she had introduced herself so i felt very comfortable. The Dr came in and was so informative and the knowledge she had with what eas going on with me i was impressed. Took her time to explain to me and referrals were given as well. I am very pleased with my visit today ☺️.

Fantastic experience: I always come to this office for medical care because the doctors and nurses are kind and make you feel like they care. Our MA Shemesha was especially great with my daughter who was afraid to get checked out. She explained everything to her in a gentle manner and had so much patience with her. She made her laugh and kept us comfortable the entire time. We left feeling heard and taken care of by the doctor as well which I really appreciate. The receptionists up front are also very sweet and patient with everyone. I have to say this is one of the best AFC urgent care offices especially for how busy it can get there. They get things done and make sure you aren’t just treated like a number.

Fantastic experience: Went in with my daughter who had an open wound and unfortunately needed stitches…she was terrified (first time needing stitches) but the PA Corey and MA Shemesha were GREAT with helping her stay calm and pain free through out the procedure. He did an incredible job at salvaging her skin and getting it stitched up. I was truly impressed and grateful for his work!! Thanks again! :)

She has such a bubbly personality and did nothing but make me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything. Fantastic experience: The staff here is absolutely wonderful! They were here with no provider and was still able to make my visit go smoothly. I began to get frustrated waiting for the provider to contact me via video call and was beginning to walk out until Lorna convinced me to stay. Madeline and Angelie also helped me get the answers I needed from the provider because I was having difficulties connecting with him and I'm very thankful for the whole team.

Fantastic experience: The experience was great didn’t have to wait that long everyone was nice lamont and Madeline took care of me I’m glad they did because the one in Shelton urgent care just asked me a question and send me to the one over here in Bridgeport with out even checking me but I’m glad I came here .

Negative experience: My aunt came from Haiti and needed a QuantiFERON (TB) test. I took her there, got the test done, and left my contact info. They said they would call me in two weeks, but after three weeks, I heard nothing. Drove 45 minutes with my aunt only to find out the test was lost. Despite my aunt's fear of needles, she agreed to take it again. After waiting another three weeks to almost a month with no word from the office, I drove 45 minutes again with my aunt. The receptionist said they were trying to contact me with the result, but I never received a call or voicemail. Finally, they told me the test was lost again and offered to do it for a third time free of charge. How can it be free when we already paid $102 for a test they lost twice due to their incompetence? We asked for a refund, but the manager never called as promised. After waiting a week, I called and was told the manager was not in the office. Frustrated, I contacted their call center to demand my refund. Why should I have to wait when I paid with my debit card? After waiting almost a month for the refund, I decided to report the issue to my bank. I would never set foot in that clinic again. I just saw the 4.3 stars must be the employees writing these reviews . Good luck to anyone who risks going there.

Fantastic experience: Lorna was an excellent nurse. I didn’t even feel the tetanus shot until she said she was done. The Doctor that saw me was also very professional and kind. Wait time was a bit long back that was expected.

Fantastic experience: I love this walk in. Staff is well groomed and professional. I either take the bus or an Uber in and if I get there early, sometimes I am allowed to sit and wait on the inside. Shemesha specifically is amazing. She was my son’s MA during his visit twice and each tine She was calm and patient with him as he has special needs. Doctors are prompt and skilled!!

Positive experience: I had an 11 o'clock appointment and it took an hour and 15 minutes for my name to be called .it kinda defeated the purpose of an appointment. But the women that took care of me were awesome they know how to draw blood unlike DOCS URGENT CARE .

Negative experience: I went to the urgent care Sunday 3/10 very ill felt like I was going to pass out. The girl at the front desk on the right hand side with a pony tail and glasses was very rude and would not see me because of an expired id. I forgot my up to date id at home which I am not sure why she couldn’t use it, it’s still from motor vehicle.I got very upset when she started shooshing me and said some unpleasant words to her. I went home got my ID and went to Main St they were very pleasant never even asked for my id and took me right in when I told her what happened she looked at me in shock. I asked her if they don’t usually see people with expired ids she said the girl could have easily noticed it was me by looking at my id. I will tell everyone about the bad experience I had on Boston Ave and will never go back I am in customer service and would never treat a patient that way. I believe the staff in Boston Ave was just trying to get out of there and go home since they only had about an hour left. I must say the staff and service in Main Street is so much better and plan to write a separate review and give them 4 stars. Wow no reply from afc how rude!!! I’m a customer like everyone else, I will take my complaint higher to BBB!

Stick with Hartford Health Carei went to the Trumbull location on two occasions I was redirected to Bridgeport or Fairfield due to their telehealth. Why open if there's no doctor on site? I'm Glad I stuck with Hartford Health Care Urgent Center right up the street. Avoid this place like the plague. I wish I could give -5 stars.

Positive experience: My daughter and I went here to be seen. Although the wait was a bit long due to other patience waiting , we were called in by Shemesha . Everything was going great until I was told my 4 month old couldn’t be seen for unknown reasons that they wouldn’t prove to me. I spoke to the center administrator Emmy. she went above and beyond to find out what’s happen and shorty after the doctor came in the room and he checked on myself and my daughter . If it wasn’t for the Center Administrator they would have not checked my daughter . Thank you Emmy for all you did to make sure my daughter was checked on and now I’m able to have a peace of mind . Because you Emmy my daughter was seen . Your amazing !!!!
