Saint Francis Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation-Tulsa: Reviews
Positive experience: I take my son to see Dr. Rock and Nurse Amber and we absolutely love them! They have been amazing at watching my son closely as he has struggled to gain weight. The only thing that could be better about this office is the ladies that work up front could make sure they are fully doing their jobs. Today was the 5th time that we waited for over 30mins to be called back, just to find out that there were NO patients in front of us.
Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter here with a 104 fever. Very helpful staff got her in and seen quickly. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and personable. GREAT experience and I WILL return.
Fantastic experience: My experience at Warren Clinic was excellent. I love my Doctor. Dr. Scott Koch is a very nice, intelligent, and sociable man. He was very helpful n answered questions i asked. He is a good dr.
Positive experience: I Went there with an ear infection. The staff was fast an efficient, the doctor was polite. The problem. I was given a prescription for ciprodex without a generic alternative. It cost 100$ and I am poor. I suspect that ciprodex gives kickbacks to the doctor, and I also suspect that is the reason that it was prescribed, not because it is an optimal antibiotic. This is a clear conflict of interest. very disappointing.
Positive experience: I've had a lot of back pain due to an imbalance in my hips and practically no activity during Covid. My doctor recommended I come here. I was treated by Kelly. She was a good therapist and was able to improve my hip muscles. I'm not at 100%, but I do have noticeable improvement. They don't bring you in and have you do the exercises; but they teach you what to do there, and you do them all at your home. Then, you are tested on your next visit. In this way, they check you to see how well you're doing or if you're not doing them at all. And so adjust treatments. It wasn't the best, but not the worst. I recommend this place if you really need the help. The front fest was friendly and worked with me to schedule me in. I appreciate all the help. Some have had negative experiences, but remember, they are not your friends, and PT is just to get a person out of emergency physical trauma or help the person to go forward after surgery / injury. I still have some pain and will get help from a chiro and massage therapist. But, this place did what I expected them to do. And I thank them for the help!
Fantastic experience: Dr. Cole is absolutely amazing!! Not only did he finally get my diagnosis after years of suffering but he has also taken my pain into account and has prescribed me medication that works wonders. He is super friendly, easy to talk to and truly cares about his patients. I was with him for years when he was still working in Muskogee. I recently went back to him in his new Tulsa location and so glad I did!!
Fantastic experience: My son does Physical & Speech Therapy here and they have been great with all his needs....we have 0 complaints. Very friendly and professional. Any time I have called to make or reschedule and appointment they have always been very nice & understanding.
Fantastic experience: This is an awesome place for your loved one! My mom, Betty is currently there and they have taken excellent care of her! She has made a lot of progress physically and should be released tomorrow. The doctors, nurses and techs are caring knowledgeable people! You cannot see their Superman capes but trust me they have them. Thanks for treating my little 97 year old Momma like the precious person that she is!
Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my treatment here. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would go back anytime I needed such therapy.
Positive experience: My doctor is great but that "survey" that comes on my iPad shortly after my visit is faulty. When I scroll down to enter my birth date there is no way to "submit" it. So, it's a waste of time ! This has happened with two doctors now....and I've tried to answer the survey twice with both of them. Please, fix it or quit asking.
