Fantastic experience: Great care by Dr Brad Boone and staff. I had rotator cuff repair. My rehab has been great. Love the rehab center too.

Fantastic experience: Andrea is a great physical therapist. She has been an encouragement and absolutely influential in my recovery thus far. The facility is very well equipped and a complete rehabilitation facility.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brad Boone did surgery on my left elbow, and I am super satisfied with the results and how he and the staff all treated me. My husband is currently doing treatment with him and is also very happy with the results

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I've had several orthopedic surgeries BUT fortunately they were done at this facility. They're great! Private rooms if it's an overnight stay. Nurses were very attentive. They even `accommodated my husband with a small bed to stay in the room with me!!! If you've ever had to sleep at a hospital with a loved one, you know how uncomfortable those couch things can be, but this, per my husband, was actually comfortable. The food was good too. Lastly, my ortho doc, Dr Nonweiler, has been the very best doctor for me since about 2006. Hate to see him retire.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival and check in the waiting room was big and roomy and receptionist was welcoming and polite. My stay in the waiting room was relatively short (less than 30 minutes). I was taken back to a room and the PA asked me several questions to get a complete idea of my medical history since my last visit about 5 years ago. I was given a pair of cloth shorts(not those paper ones where one size will hold 3 adults) to change into and within about 7 minutes I was taken back for xrays on both knees. I was returned to my exam room where Dr. Nunweiler came in a short 5-7 minutes later and went over the results of my xrays. We discussed options and we decided to try injecting both knees. I had an injection in the right knee 5 years ago which worked wonders for well over a year. The injections were not painful because of the freeze spray I felt pressure but not really any pain. The doctor agreed we can try this non surgical option but if it does not work an explaratory surgery may be necessary as there doesnt appear to be an issue in the xrays. The clinic is clean and roomy. The staff and doctor are personable and professional. This is the place I would recommend to my friends and family for knee or arm issues. Dr. Nunweiler has a good bedside manner and gives all available information and options as he sees them and is willing to give advice or answere questions when asked.

Positive experience: Doctors are great, PA's are great, Nurses are great. What isn't great is the appointment scheduling. If you see a Dr. and need an anything (mri/injection) that isn't given in their office, you have to WAIT for someone to call you, hope they don't forget (happens) and schedule another appointment for another time. That means another trip to where ever or the same place on a different day. Why can't all services be scheduled/given at the same time. IE: see dr. need an mri, walk down hall get an mri, back to dr. who reads it and then if an injection is needed that is not able to be given in the office, walk down the hall and get the injection. One trip for all. Not 3, not 2, but 1. Everyone says "medicare won't pay for 2 appoints to same facility/location/practice on same day." When I call medicare and ask, they say yes they will, just bill under dr's name. Why can't AOO do this?

Fantastic experience: Ronda at Advanced Ortho PT is INCREDIBLE, although short 2 min drive for my, I would recommend if under 100 miles. Knowledgeable, understanding, BEST IN CLASS! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kunapuli is the VERY BEST orthopedic doctor. He has corrected other doctors surgeries. MULTIPLE. He is also a very compassionate doctor. He cares for his patients. His PA Justin is ALSO TOP NOTCH.

Fantastic experience: It is hard to put into words what I feel obout Advanced Orthopedics, there are so many wonderful factors it is hard to put your finger on just one, from the doctor, to the nurses, during and after my surgery, even after I went home the care went on. I pray for all of the Advanced orthopedics employees and the doctors, that God would truly return the blessing I received. Thank you Advanced orthopedics.

Positive experience: I received very competent care and everyone was very nice to me. A major irritant, though, was that I sat in the examining room waiting to see Dr. Emerson for over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. During that time, no one ever came by to tell me that the doctor had been detained or was running behind. It was complete radio silence for over an hour until I finally stuck my head out into the hall and asked in an irritated tone what was going on. Then, they just said I was next and "it shouldn't be long now." At no point did the doctor or anyone else apologize to me for the wait, offer an explanation or otherwise even acknowledge the long wait. As a fellow professional, I understand that emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances arise and that sometimes we are detained or are otherwise late to appointments for reasons beyond our control. But to not communicate with your client and not offer an apology when you are unable to respect their time and your commitment to them is unprofessional and, frankly, unacceptable. It negatively colored an otherwise great experience. If this happened to me again, I would find another orthopedics group. I would have loved to have offered private feedback, but this was the only avenue I was offered. I hope this helps to improve client service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hawkins and Robin are wonderful. He is an amazing surgeon and one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever had. Robin always seems to know what’s going on, and she is really easy to communicate with. The new office is beautiful and the staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr. Bryan J. Hawkins and to physical therapist Rob Ellison! The x-ray showed no damage of hip joint, so I was referred to physical therapy. Turned out pain was from an overworked and “mad” gluteus medius muscle that had gotten to the point where I was unstable on my feet. Physical therapy involved pulsing and side-stepping movements using exercise band. Following two physical therapy sessions, pain relief was dramatic. Stability back to normal.

Fantastic experience: If you need physical therapy this is the practice to come to. Kristen Mitchell is the best therapist I have ever worked with. She carefully listens, cares about your progress and designs treatment plans accordingly. Each session begins with a hands on massage of the affected area. The practice itself is easy to access with ample parking and friendly and helpful support staff. These therapists will help you recover. Don't delay!
