Fantastic experience: After a 14' fall onto concrete I was hospitalized and now on PT and cognition training. Liz Cameron, with Select Therapy out of Tulsa ha really been a big confidence booster with her different exercises for my memory and recall and has me on a few training programs to get me back to the wise guy I always used to before. She has a super personality and laughs at my goofy humor so keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to reclaiming that brain power back. Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: I am so very pleased with the care I’m receiving at Select Physical Therapy. Keith Khoo is my primary physical therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable about Parkinson’s disease. He did a thorough evaluation of my condition and made a treatment plan to meet my needs. I am completing exercises which are specific to my needs for increased balance and range of motion. Keith always makes sure that I know how to correctly do the exercises and why. He is very thorough and compassionate. I’m more than satisfied with my care. I’m very happy that my neurologist referred me to Select Physical Therapy and I feel privileged to have Keith Khoo working with me.

Fantastic experience: My husband got hurt at work an had to have knee surgery an we were sent here for his physical therapy. Lauren was his physical therapist an I’m glad she was! She knew exactly how hard to push him to his best potential, while being gentle an understanding when it was too much. She’s a keeper for sure. She made my husbands therapy much more enjoyable than it probably would have been. And also all the girls up front are sweet as can be. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent services from Lauren Lewis PT she is very knowledgeable Physical Therapist. I've been in constant pain for a year or more, working with her has relieved that pain. Lauren has taught me techniques to keep this issue in control. Personally I didn't think it could be done, it's a true blessing to not be in pain constantly. I recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone needing help.

Fantastic experience: I am a 94 year old WWII Veteran with a problem with my balance. My Doctor sent me to "Select Physical Therapy and was assigned to a Mr Keith Khoo PT. Did I luck out... he is one of the best in his field. No rush just asked questions an sets up a program to fit my problem. He never is in a hurry and always asks if I understand his instructions and then moves on. He also keeps up to date by attending advanced courses. The whole office follows the CDC Covid 19 guide lines and everyone wears a mask and equipment cleaning. I may not ever be able to run a 5 K but he is making my everyday like much better.

He is specially trained in Vestibular movements and exhibits a quiet patience when dealing with difficult cases like me. Fantastic experience: I am finding myself using this facility for the second time in two years (Shoulder in 2017 and now my knee). Now, as then, I am finding that the staff is friendly, caring, competent, and professional. They have used treatments on me that I didn't even know existed and I'm finding them quite effective. They are doing excellent work for me in rehabilitation and effective pain management without using any drugs. Cannot say enough nice things about them.

He has 30 years experience and does vestibular, vision, and physical therapy, and is also certified in taping. Since going to him, my balance, walking, strength, attention, and flexibility, along with my inner ear problems have significantly improved. I would recommend him and the staff at Select on 51st Street, very highly. They are a a 5 out of 5 in my book. So thankful I found him.

Fantastic experience: Based on recommendation from Home Health therapist we selected Select Phyical Therapy on 51st. We were not disappointed with the friendly and efficient staff. After just a few sessions already seeing progress post full knee replacement. Definitely recommend Select Physical Therapy on 51st.

My husband and I are both being treated by Todd Petty, PT and find him to be very through, knowledgeable, and skillful. My husband had a back injury resulting in two and a half years of unemployment during which time he tried a variety of treatment modalities without relief of pain and insomnia before we were referred to Todd for PT. His decrease in pain and increase in sleep since he has begun seeing Todd has been nothing short of phenomenal. I fell twice in 10 weeks, suffering an elbow fracture and possibly a torn rotator cuff. Todd has been a great help to me too in quickly reducing pain and restoring function. We would heartily recommend Select Physical Therapy on 51st Street in Tulsa to anyone needing Physical Therapy.
