Fantastic experience: They were a beacon of hope for our family during one of the darkest times. My daughter had been battling substance abuse, and after trying several other treatment centers, we found them. The staff was attentive, and kind, and most importantly, they never gave up on her. She’s now been sober for over a year, and I credit the dedication of everyone here for helping her find her way back. It’s a place of healing and recovery, and I’m forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: When I first arrived, I was scared and unsure about the future, but the team immediately put me at ease. They provided me with the tools and resources I needed to overcome my addiction and rebuild my life. I also appreciated the holistic approach they took, incorporating physical health and wellness into the recovery process. I met some incredible people who have become lifelong friends. They saved my life, and I will be forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Having someone in the family eaten up by addiction is hard to carry. I’m really grateful that they took the time to address the root causes of my brother’s addiction and provide practical strategies for managing it. I owe his sobriety to them and would recommend it to anyone seeking help.

Fantastic experience: They have truly changed my life. I was struggling with addiction for years, and after several unsuccessful attempts at recovery, I found this place. The group therapy sessions were especially helpful, as I was able to connect with others who were going through similar experiences. I am now six months sober and feeling stronger every day. I highly recommend this program to anyone in need of help.

Negative experience: Worst place I have ever been too, full of thieves and con artists, not just thr patients either, people getting high in bathrooms and staff doing nothing about it, gambling in front of staff, intimidation if you don't follow "how they do things in here" terribke food, no comfort meds , people aneaking into private room and snooping through my clothing and personal belongings, they refused to give my phone back claiming they had no access to the safe that holds private property but somehow people have access to their cell phones and grt to keep them on their person while i was forced to hand my phone and extra luggage over which I did not revieve after leaving the program on my terms, they with hold meds, they play favorites, staff and residential are intentionally making a place I went to for help a nightmare for people lile me. I would rather be in prison than around people jeopardizing another person's future whole masquerading like you want to be drug free and sober, not a recommended treatment choice.

Negative experience: They harass people who aren’t even residents of CT. One of the workers there threatened me once she mysteriously got a hold of my personal cell number. I’ve never even heard of this place until she started calling and texting me harassing me. From the looks of it this place seems severely unprofessional and like they absolutely don’t care for anyones well being.

Negative experience: Severly understaffed. Half the staff dont even know how to set u up for sober house upon discharge. Staff more concerned about who got a cell phone and whats for lunch than running a productive group. Actually they dont care if u sleep all day. No one on one sessions. 60 guys here majority from county jails all over the state. If your looking for help and drug treatment then this is not the place for you. This place is a joke. More like a level 2 correctional facility than anything else.
