Fantastic experience: I loved my visit to Recover! Drake listened to my concerns about my back pain and helped relieve some of the pain/stiffness so I could go back to work. He was attentive and efficient with treatment and gave me some helpful exercises to do at home as well.

Fantastic experience: MODERND DAY MIRACLE WORKERS! I was just over one month out from surgery on both elbows before deciding to give Dr. Metcalf a try. He simply said to me, "if you give me 4 weeks, I think I can prevent surgery". After 2 weeks (3 sessions a week) I called my surgeons scheduling office and cancelled the surgery. I now go to Recover every two weeks for "maintanence", and it's by far one of the best things I've done for myself. Dr. Metcalf not only prevented the surgery, but has used techniques and given me excercises to totally eleviate the pain I had been suffering from for over 2 years. At 45 years old, I'm too young to live in pain. Recover has played a major role in me being more active and in better shape than I've ever been.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, lots of recovery options and knowledgable staff. I came to restore mobility to my ankle after it healed from a sprain. Now that I've been there for a month, I've regained my mobility and then some! They noticed some other issues that have kept me from running longer distances without pain. Now we're working to restore a weak hip and a weak arch in one of my feet. I came hoping to get back to where I was as a runner last year. Now, I expect to not only get back but to be healthier and stronger than before!

Fantastic experience: I have loved the benefits of red light therapy here! The price point is better than anything else I have found. All of the services they offer are top notch. If you need healing and haven’t found it, recover has the most up to date, research backed functional approaches to wellness out there.

Dr. Ryan used multiple modalities for our chiropractic adjustment and almost restored me after our first visit after i had been to 8 other chiropractors at a different company with no improvement. Fantastic experience: Loved the treatment I received at Recover!! Was training for multi-day hike in Alps and needed quick recovery from long mileage sessions. Baylor at the front desk was so helpful and made sure the compression was just right and got me back out on the trails. Can’t wait to get in there again :-)

Never had an issue. Each session improves my chiropractic pain and health. Ryan listens to my concerns, notices differences and adjust my treatments to fit my needs. For my mom, it's been wonderful to see her improving day to day after surgery with the exercises and confidence Drake helps her with. Easy online booking after initial evaluation. Parking a lot crazy but overall doable. Many other services are provided to enhance your recovery.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend going to Recover for any physical therapy needs. They also offer a ton of other services as well. I chose Recover to complete post surgery ACL recovery. Dr. Darrian O’Keefe was my PT and I can't say enough good things about the time, care, and knowledge I was provided through my entire Recovery. She custom tailored each session to accommodate where I was at that time as far as progress. I listened and followed her advice and kept up with all appointments. I am now fully running and back to sports exactly on track with what was estimated at the very first session. 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: Recover is the best PT clinic in the Tulsa area! As someone with multiple chronic injuries and health issues, I always feel seen and heard! The staff is the most welcoming from the receptionists to the physical therapists. Marcus, Drake, Darrian and Rachel all work as a team to help you “Recover”. It doesn’t matter who you see they are all phenomenal! I work most closely with Rachel and Darrian. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they have provided me! I love their out of box thinking when the textbook way isn’t working. They never stop trying to help their patients reach their goals! Recover has all of the best treatment options from cryo and red light therapy to dry needling and sports massages. If you’re in need of physical therapy head to Recover, you won’t be disappointed!

Marcus was able to diagnose, treat and give us some proactive steps to take to protect our athlete's future performance and enjoyment of the game. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. Very unique place that is reliable and consistent. Offers way more than most conventional chiropractic and physical therapy places. The cryotherapy and hot/tub cold tub is my favorite. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my family with!

Fantastic experience: Recover’s Dr. Rachel has not only rehabbed my ankle after a reconstructive surgery after my accident but also taken an enthusiastic responsibility to condition and strengthen my entire body piece by piece to return back to my beloved equestrian activities. Fantastic experience: I had my 1st appointment at Recover, and this business is excellent from the time I walked in, including my treatment and rescheduling next appointment. The facility is very nice and location is great! Parking is easy and I even had nice shade to park under, just steps from front door. I saw Ryan, who is a Chiropractor, however, I have been to 4 other Chiropractor’s before, Ryan is a whole new level! He is so thorough and concerned to give me the best care, and outcome in treating my symptoms. 10 ⭐️‘s I certainly will recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I purchased their Valentine's Package this year and just now got around to using it. Went in for a float and a massage by Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn is amazing. I've had a lot of massages over the last 10 years and I will have to say this was the best one yet. Kaitlyn really listened to me and what I was seeking in a massage and she went above and beyond focusing on the areas I needed worked on. I really enjoyed the float as well. I've done other floats but not one in a floating pod. That was a unique experience but really enjoyed it. I was so impressed by the massage especially, that I took advantage of their Christmas Package as well. I was very impressed with all the options of services they provide. Looking forward to trying out a few of them that was included in my packages. Everyone I came into contact while there was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The sports massage from Tori gave me more range of motion after one session! She’s thorough and very knowledgeable. I also tried the float tank for the first time and really enjoyed it. Can’t wait to try it again! I was pretty impressed with all the services they offer and their knowledge in their treatments that I feel like I have to try them all. Staff is super friendly as well!
