Looking for a top-rated Tulsa Chiropractor? Tulsa Spine & Rehab has award-winning pain management and rehab specialists.

Getting pain relief can mean multiple appointments with multiple specialists (not just Tulsa chiropractors). Why take time going office to office to office? We give you a better way: one team of specialists in one place, working together, streamlining care, providing lasting pain relief.

That’s a question that I’ve been asked quite frequently over the years. I always tell people that it’s important to use your available resources, and in this day and age, that means getting online and using the web.

As you do your research, look for an office that uses phrases like self-empowerment, self-management strategies and activity modification. Your goal should be to reduce office visits by reducing re-occurrence of your injury. Patient education is important. If you learn how to help yourself, you won’t be relying on repeated visits to the chiropractor just to get through your week!

It’s important to know what your problem is. The experience you don’t want is to go to a chiropractor, or physical therapist or a physician and leave and you’re still unsure what the problem is. You need someone who will make it a priority to sit down and come to a good understanding and a good report of what the issue is and how we’re going to fix it. How long is it going to take?

It’s important to have a really solid diagnosis. And if the professional is unsure, it’s appropriate to make that referral at that time to someone else that might be more prepared to treat that condition.

Any good treatment plan must have goals, timelines and specific metrics to achieve. What you don’t want is to wake up 6 months from now in a therapeutic “black hole” with no end in sight.

Our approach is typically about 4 to 6 visits…not with everything, but that’s the most common. All conditions are going to be a little bit different. We want to see changes within a week or two. I’m not saying that the situation is going to be resolved, but we want changes. For example, sitting or standing without pain or pain levels decreasing steadily…measurable things. We’ll set up a plan for a few weeks and re-evaluate on a week-to-week basis

Be wary of an office that offers a treatment plan of 3 visits a week for 10 weeks. How do they know that it will take 30 visits to fix your problem? They don’t.

Look for an office that recommends effective and efficient treatment plans and re-evaluate you as you go, to make a better determination of what you need.

Do your homework. Get online. Check for reviews. You want a clear diagnosis, an effective efficient treatment plan. Not every patient will find relief in 4 to 6 visits, but be wary of those long, extended treatment plans.

Remember a time before pain ruled you life? There will be a time without it again. We help people like you get moving again. Our integrated team of pain relief specialists and chiropractors in Tulsa work to help you enjoy lasting relief and get your life back again, pain-free.

This isn’t like any other Tulsa chiropractor office. No open-ended treatments. We have a better idea. From your first visit, we’re looking forward to seeing you go. Because we’d rather you have a full life than us have a full waiting room.

If you have been in an accident or have suffered an injury from sports (or just everyday life), you may need help with pain and recovery. At Tulsa Spine and Rehab, we have the resources and experience to get you back on your feet. We are a Tulsa chiropractic clinic and rehab facility that offers a variety of services so that you don’t have to make multiple appointments at different places. Our team can tackle all of your pain needs.

During a chiropractic adjustment, you receive manual adjustments that relieve pain and improve your range of motion. Besides physical treatment, a Tulsa chiropractor will suggest ways to alleviate pain, including teaching you how to maintain the best posture or showing you exercises to prevent muscle strain.

After an accident or injury, rehabilitative physical therapy may be necessary. Chiropractic care complements this type of rehabilitation. Our trained experts help you stretch your tissues and ligaments. When combined with chiropractic treatments, you regain flexibility, strength, and function in your body. When you can heal your body naturally, you can avoid surgery and can manage other vascular conditions.

Clinical massage is an excellent treatment for osteoarthritis and other types of muscle tension. If you are not happy with medicating yourself through your pain, massage my offer natural relief. Also, it is known to ease anxiety and depression. Our Tulsa rehab staff provides clinical massage that targets your personal issues. We help improve your range of motion, eliminate toxins your body, and stop some of your pain.

At Tulsa Spine and Rehab, we offer the latest and most advanced methods and techniques to relieve your pain and fatigue. We provide cryotherapy, which is known to reduce pain from arthritis. The type of therapy involves very low temperatures and has been used to treat athletic injuries for years. It numbs irritated nerves so that chronic pain and pinched nerves stop hampering your daily life.

Yoga is an exercise that relaxes your mind and body. It helps to relieve chronic pain as well. You can practice different postures and poses that improve your flexibility and that lower your inflammation. At the same time, you can practice special breathing techniques that take away distractions. The mind-body connection can be used to effectively treat various types of pains and aches.

Tulsa Spine and Rehab is not your typical Tulsa chiropractor. Our team offers a variety of treatments in one office. Let us help you defeat your pain into the long-term. We take an integrated approach to pain management, and we develop individualized plans for each of our clients. Visit our office so that you experience the difference.

Chiropractors use manual manipulation of the musculoskeletal areas of the body, including the spine, for proper alignment and functioning of the body’s systems. Most frequently, adjustments occur in the spine and involve the surrounding muscles and the related areas of the nervous system.

In addition to providing traditional chiropractic care, look for Tulsa chiropractors who use an integrated approach while working with multiple disciplines to provide lasting relief for your continued overall wellness.

While chiropractic care typically involves the relief of pain from a debilitating condition or injury, this treatment can also provide you with the following benefits:

Chiropractors are mostly known for treating conditions that result in pain. Pain management often involves the use of chiropractic treatment since ligaments that connect to joints can become tight or damaged from overuse or injuries, shifting the bones slightly out of their proper position.

Perhaps that most common reason that you might seek chiropractic care is due to back pain. Back pain may be a result of arthritis, pulled or strained muscles or injuries to the spine.

When the backbone is curved sideways in the case of scoliosis, chiropractic adjustment may help to readjust the ligaments so that the vertebrae in the spine can align in the proper position.

Pain that radiates from the lower back or buttocks and through the hips or legs is often the result of compression of the sciatic nerve. While sciatica may resolve itself over the course of several months, recovery may be shortened through chiropractic manipulation of the spine that may reduce pressure on the affected nerve.

Slips and falls as well as motor vehicle and sports accidents may result in injury to the spine, neck or other joints. Any damage or injury to the musculoskeletal system may be helped through the use of chiropractic treatment methods.

If you’ve ever experienced a migraine, you know how debilitating this type of headache can be. Research is finding that chiropractic treatment can be very effective in the treatment and prevention of migraines without the use of medications that could have serious side effects.

When you think about the word crack, it typically means to fully or partially break something open, such as when you’re cracking an egg. However, when it comes to chiropractic care, your provider isn’t actually breaking anything.

Cracking is simply a term that is commonly used when you manipulate ligaments surrounding joints. The reason this term is used is due to the sound that often occurs with such joint adjustment.

The crackling or popping sounds may occur for a couple of reasons. Joints contain fluid and several elemental gases. These gases collect into bubbles. When your joints are manipulated, the small but concise movement releases these trapped gases, resulting in a popping or crackling sound.

In other cases, noises may be heard as a result of tight ligaments or tendons releasing or due to arthritis. The reason the crackling appears to be so loud during a neck adjustment is simply because your ears are located very closely to this area.

Whether referred for chiropractic treatment by your primary care physician or as a choice you’ve made on your own, there are times when it just makes sense to visit a chiropractor’s office.

As long as your pain issue isn’t caused by advanced degeneration of the joints, you could benefit from chiropractic care to help resolve long-term or chronic pain issues, especially when previous treatments only mask symptoms and don’t alleviate the root cause of the pain. Additionally, if pain is caused by slipped, ruptured or herniated discs, you should determine if chiropractic care could do more harm than good.

Many times, muscle or joint pain can be caused by improper alignment of the musculoskeletal system. A chiropractic care provider can help to determine what treatments will best return alignment, proper blood flow and better nervous system functioning.

As long as no bones are broken, many chiropractors have extensive experience in helping patients to regain their mobility and function following an accident.

The musculoskeletal system can dramatically affect the functioning of your nervous system. If there’s pressure on nerves, this can result in shooting pains or a pins-and-needles sensation. With proper adjustment, pressure on nerves can be released to provide relief from your condition.

If you experience migraines or tension headaches on a regular basis, it might be because your body is out of alignment. Chiropractic treatments can release the buildup of pressure to reduce tension and prevent recurrent headaches.

Weakness in your limbs that results in unsteadiness or inability to effectively complete your daily tasks could mean that there is pressure on nerves or vessels that could decrease blood flow to the appropriate areas. Chiropractic manipulation can help to realign the appropriate body parts to allow better nerve function and appropriate blood flow.

Fantastic experience: The recovery process from any physical ailment doesn’t happen right away but the first step in your process is knowing that someone or something is going to be able to help you. Initially and ideally, you are going to have a sense that whatever or whoever that is actually “cares” about you and your predicament. You will either feel it or you won’t. Well, I’m the mother writing this review and I could tell right away that we were exactly where we needed to be this time. I would recommend this clinic and its team to anyone requiring assistance in healing. Absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable people here. That’s the best combination you’ll ever find because you know they are committed to helping you overcome whatever ails you. Impressive!!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first massage in quite awile and I was ready. I had requested a "sports" massage based upon my needs. I had a short interview with Ryan to confirm my needs and expectations. I would say that it was a moderately deep/intense massage, which is just what I needed. My goal is to work in a couple of sessions per week to get 2023 out of my system.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tulsa Spine and Rehab for the first time, and I can’t express enough how positive my experience was. My daughter has been a patient there for some time, recovering from sports related pain and injuries, and the results have been impressive. The level of care and attention she receives is outstanding. My husband has been a longstanding patient at the clinic. He used to struggle with recurring back issues, often resorting to steroid shots for relief. Since becoming a patient at Tulsa Spine and Rehab, he has seen a remarkable improvement in his pain and overall well-being. The staff is not only knowledgeable and skilled but I could tell they also genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. Everyone I talked to was nothing but kind and compassionate and that includes their patients. I had conversations with other patients while waiting for my daughter to finish her exercises and they assured me that she was in good hands. It’s heartening to see them not just alleviate pain but also empower patients to maintain their mobility and health through exercise and other therapies. The positive impact on my family has been remarkable, and we’re grateful for the expertise and compassion. If you’re looking for a place that goes beyond traditional treatments and prioritizes long-term well-being, I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Within 2 hours of my first visit my pain was GONE. I went from not hardly being able to roll over in bed and coming to tears when I'm getting into and out of vehicles, and after 1 single hour visit I can now bend over, reach, and sit without hesitation and I slept like a rock last night (first night without pain) I will definitely be continuing my visits and recommendations!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Tulsa Spine and Rehab for well over 10 years now and have recommended them to countless friends and coworkers. The staff are all top notch. Dr. Riley is my Chiropractor and has been so attentive to my neck and back issues. He doesn’t hesitate to refer me to get the necessary care I need whether it’s PT or massage therapy, all of which are also offered at Tulsa Spine and Rehab. Dr. Ryan Smith is the PT I have seen a number of times throughout the years at Tulsa Spine and Rehab. He is very good at what he does and has helped me so much. I have also see Trevor for PT, and he is also excellent. Derek is the massage therapist I see there and he’s the best, but you have to book ahead of time because a lot of others feel the same way. Sommer is the office manager and has been with them since I first started there back in 2012. She’s absolutely the kindest and most personable to work with. She has been very instrumental in helping me get what I need. The other gals in the office are as friendly as can be too! Maegann is another PT there, although I haven’t seen her for PT, she always speaks to me when I am there as if I was her patient too. She’s so kind. The staff there are all great! If you are in need of a one stop shop for your Chiropractic care, PT, Massage, or other services they offer, please do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best chiropractic experience in Tulsa, or probably anywhere! The staff are so nice and do everything they can to accommodate you. Dr. Riley is the best and actually cares about having your body heal to its maximum capacity. They even make the facility smell really nice! And the massage therapists here never disappoint!

Fantastic experience: I am 70 years old and experiencing compression in my lower back which had been causing pain for the past several years. My MD wanting to avoid surgery, sent me to Tulsa Spine and Rehab. After about 4 weeks of treatment, there was significant improvement in my condition such that I could resume things that I was avoiding. I am continuing treatment every other week and so far that’s all I need.

Kendra Lombardi 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Excellent all around. Even the front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and dealing with horrible sciatic nerve pain. Pain is almost completely gone after and alignment with Dr. George. Also they have the best no-nonsense massages available. Derek was wonderful. Highly recommend! They do not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to TS&R for relief or just preventive maintenance visits for years. Their entire staff and associates are top notch. They are always professional and friendly. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I’ve used many other Chiropractors but TS&R has by far been the best. Others have established an extensive treatment schedule, what appeared to be only for racking up visits and payments, but that’s not the case with Dr Reilly’s team - they work to get you healthy ASAP.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Riley, Dr. Smith and the entire staff at Tulsa Spine and Rehab are top notch professionals as well as incredibly personable people. It is always a pleasant and valuable experience overall! The number of services offered is vast, and I personally love the massage therapy offered with my visits. The entire facility is impressive. I always recommended TSR to anyone I know who is in need of chiropractic services.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Riley and his staff are amazing. The adjustments are outstanding and always make me feel better. His technique is firm but not painful. I've used several chiropractors over the years, and he is by far the best! His staff is always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office for your chiropractic needs.

Catherine Gervasio 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Wonderful people! Dr Riley, all the therapists, PTs and office personnel are here with the single goal of improving your health and life and making you feel better. I am treated as an individual in charge of her own care, not a never ending treadmill of standardized treatment schedules. They have improved my life immeasurably.

Fantastic experience: I came in on a referral in excruciating pain. I cried through the first four visits because of the pain. Dr. Riley, Erin, Liz, Blaine, Hannah and front office staff were kind, caring, and tender. With their knowledge and assistance I recovered quickly and am feeling better than I have felt in years. Tulsa Spine & Rehab is a first class facility. I highly recommend Dr. Riley and staff.

Rebecca Ryker 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sean Riley and his entire staff are just great people to work with! Erin, Blaine, Hannah, and those whose names I do not know, are attentive, patient and professional. The rehab to stabilize my spinal joints and strengthen my core muscles began in April 2022. Now, I feel 100% stronger, and I am grateful for the life-changing treatment I am receiving from Dr. Riley! Thank You!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for about a year and this place never ceases to impress me. It’s not your normal chiropractic clinic, it’s so much more than that. When you walk into the building you are greeted by friendly staff and smiling faces. Not only are the staff great, but Dr. Riley does everything in his power to make sure you have the best curated treatment plan. Besides the adjustment, he uses many amenities to promote long term healing like the laser therapy. I am always well taken care of at this clinic, and I can’t say enough good things. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who cares, this is your place!

Dr. Riley is knowledgeable and experienced in treating pain and has really helped me with an SI issue. The staff is amazing…Hannah and Summer can help with any questions.
