Sentara Therapy Center - Healthy Way

Fantastic experience: I want to express my sincere appreciation for the care and rehab that was given to my wife Debbie. We learned a lot and will continue the care we were shown. Her physical therapists Mabel,Clayton,Chloe and Karoline were highly trained, experienced and caring. I would highly recommend sentara health care program and their therapists.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Brianna, Sydney and Brittany were towards helping with my recovery from wrist surgery and breast cancer. The front desk staff is also very professional and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Staff was always friendly and warm at the front desk. Taryn was an absolutely amazing PT for my pelvic floor - I am completely confident that my pelvic floor is in great shape after working with her. I have recommended her to many other mamas postpartum and will definitely be seeing her after my next baby!

I've worked with Carly and Mabel and they are such a pleasure to receive care from. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with Nancy Krolikowski, Hand Therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She uses many techniques and exercises, which helped me to improve tremendously. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I was in a minor car accident at the end of September, resulting in some injuries that made it hard for me to go about my daily tasks. However, when I was referred to Sentara Therapy Center, I was able to get rehabilitation from DPT Carly Siko and her team! I had such a great experience, everyone was kind, and Carly was wonderful as she worked hard to get me back to where I needed to be physically. Thank you guys! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went through a PT program here for knee pain and feelings of instability. I worked with several different people before working mainly with Carly. Everyone has a slightly different style of teaching but were all very nice. Carly is matter of fact, will tell you hard truths, comes up with really creative exercises to target hard to reach muscle groups, and wants the best outcome possible for you. The facility was always clean, hospitable, and easy to work with for questions and scheduling.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful group of therapists! Clayton Harrington and Caroline Lapacki did such a great job with me. I'm a below the knee amputee and Clay and Caroline taught me so many things about learning to walk again and to take care of my residual leg. These 2 worked me hard and I'm glad for that as it speeded my recovery. I most definitely would give these 2 highest marks for a job well done.. Terry Breen .

Fantastic experience: The therapists with whom I have worked at the Healthy Way location (Brianna, Carly, Christina, Claire, and Joshua) are very cordial, calming, and display a high level of expertise. They’re always asking questions about my pain level, how I am progressing, and giving me the support that I need for my home exercise regiment. This is a great facility, and should be a model for all other therapy centers!

Fantastic experience: After having a total reverse shoulder replacement in December at the age of 72, I was referred to Sentara Physical Therapy at Healthy Way. The staff at the front desk are wonderful at greeting patients and make checking in a great experience! There are many therapists who are welcoming and sincere regarding attaining full recovery for each patient. I worked with Caroline, Josh, Rex, Austin, and Ryan. (Sorry if I missed anyone!) I am happy to say that after 3 months of 3x weekly sessions I have attained 90% range of motion! The rest is up to me and I've been given all the tools to reach 100% in the near future on my own! There's no better care anywhere! Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the facility was awesome and amazingly helpful with the treatment of repairing my right ankle so I could get back enjoying my regular activities . I loved the enthusiasm and the knowledge of the physical therapy staff. I can now start running and enjoy what I love to do to keep physically fit.

Positive experience: 30 minute sessions are too short.
