Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with Riley and the plan he worked out for my PT. I had a jaw joint replacement and he helped me start to regain mobility of my mouth and face. (I have facial nerve paralysis that affects me from my lip to my eyebrow and he has been great at figuring out what I need to do.) The whole office is friendly and welcoming and I am pleased that I was referred to them for help.

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience at PIVOT. I am so very happy my doctor recommended this group. All the staff are well trained, great at explaining, and demonstrating. What I was most impressed with is their willingness to seek advise from each other.

Fantastic experience: So I just got off the phone with them. They wanted me in the pool to build up my energy again for land. BUT I have both of the kids and do not have a babysitter. The sweet receptionist said bring the little ones and she's gonna go get a coloring book and crayons for her on her lunch break. That is absolutely the sweetest.

This is the second Pivot PT I have been to and I would highly recommend any of their offices. Nothing but the best!

I recommend privot physical therapy to anyone that's in need.

Fantastic experience: It's all about the tech and mine is Paul. Great bedside manor. Knowledgeable and takes time to explain what he's doing. As for the facility it's modern, clean, and every body seems happy. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Had to deal with a very difficult post-surgery recovery from knee replacement. I’m so glad I chose to receive my physical therapy needs at Pivot Therapy at First Colonial Rd. I was impressed with the pleasant work area, the equipment and more importantly how staff treated patients with friendliness and respect. It was clearly evident the staff enjoyed working together as team. I was so fortunate to have Ms Elena Byzewski who patiently worked and guided me through a program that eventually allowed me to bend my knee and avoid the dreaded manipulation under anesthesia. Ms Byzewski is a professional who deeply cares for her patients. Her knowledge of anatomy and focus on successful outcomes is exemplary. She approached my challenges head-on with a strategy following the appropriate exercises and stretches while providing encouragement during my “off” days. I can honestly say I could not have done it without her! She directly helped get my quality of life back. She is a credit to Pivot and the physical therapy profession. Thank you!!

I have had pain in my neck for years and it's now getting much better after working with the Pivot Physical Therapy team. I would never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Pivot Physical Therapy boast of a clean, peaceful atmosphere. We have found Alana, the therapist to be professional, polite, patient and par excellent! The overall staff treats us (my husband and myself) with dignity and respect. We highly recommend PIVOT PHYSICAL THERAPY!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best physical therapy place in the world. I have been going here for 2.5 years. My health situation is very complicated, but Dr.Paual Reed wasn't scared to take it on. Dr.Paul is so caring, encouraging and has a heart to see us get better. He's not just there for a paycheck, he cares about your health and you as a person. The whole staff is amazing here, but it does start at the head! The office manger Latica is so caring and make sure the office runs sooth. Kyle is my second go to person if Dr.Paul isn't there. I know my post is long, but they have changed my life since I been going here. If you know ny health situation you would understand.
