Fantastic experience: I really cannot say enough good things about The Therapy Network or Lauren Stacy. She and the team truly go above and beyond to provide care and relief. I’ve been having ankle issues for years and she was the only person who made seeking treatment easy. She truly cares and that’s rare in medicine today. I’d recommend her and this office to anyone! I even continue to pay out of pocket to see her.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming off and on to the Therapy Network for over 16 years due to various injuries (back shoulder etc). Every time my outcome exceeds expectations these guys especially Rob are the absolute best (I have been sent by doctors to other physical therapy services but Always return to Therapy Network) I most strongly suggest them to all my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: I have been going back and forth to therapy for yrs due to a back injury. At the Therapy Network I have been seeing Rob . He has shown me some stretches that has really helped me , that no one else has ever shown me. He's awsome and he is really helping me. Then Eugene the massage therapist, he's been awsome, he really helps by working on the tight sore muscles.. this place is great. Highly recommend The Therapy Network.

Fantastic experience: Extremely knowledgeable, capable, effective, reasonably demanding, exacting, and very personable professional staff. Two foot surgeries and a broken ankle and all recovery and physical therapy strengthening done to the great satisfaction of my surgeon and myself. My third experience also conditioned me for very successful knee replacements. Im now engaged in a strength and balance program to treat some neuropathy in my feet with considerable progress and improvement already. I highly recommend The Therapy Network for very positive and effective solutions.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to TTN First Colonial since 2015 and I just can't keep away! I also can say that I actually look forward to getting a workout to keep me safe and to continue living a very productive life. Dr Walko and the entire team/staff know what they do is more than 'a job' - especially Carl. He sets goals for me that he knows I can - and should - do, focusing on balance and strength. I'll keep my 2× weekly schedule unless I can find a gyroscope implant!

Fantastic experience: I needed some last second help due to an unexpected injury while I was traveling. The therapy network fit me in, was extremely professional, but more importantly their therapists were top notch. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: In a better late than never scenario, I was reminded today about how fantastic the staff is at The Therapy Network. I walked into the office today, with no warning, to get copies of my records and Theresa immediately leapt into action. I had them in my hand is less than ten minutes. But the main reason I'm reviewing is to say that three years after physical therapy, I have almost no issues and if something does pop up, I just remember my therapy and, voila! Problem solved. Rob Beba's team was wonderful and I cannot say enough about them and all the staff I encountered.

Fantastic experience: Never needing to have P.T. before I did not know what to expect from The Therapy Network. From the friendly greeting upon arrival to the first evaluation by my skilled therapist, Lauren Stacy, and her assistant, Megan, I knew I came to the perfect place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with pain in my hips and back from 2019 bike accident that smashed my Librium, pelvis and sacrum. The therapies I used including Chiropractic and strengthening were good but they never relieved the pain. The Therapy Network program that I’m doing now thanks to the skills and knowledge of the staff has pinpointed the areas of weakness that are the causal cause. I highly recommend them !

Fantastic experience: My experience with TTN was 10/10 from start to finish. I went due to pain and rehabilitation from a broken leg/ankle, and my PT, Amy, was attentive to any issues I had throughout treatment. She quickly identified the source of any issue, explained it to me, and took steps to remedy it. PT requires responsibility and accountability on the patient's end, but that was easy for me because of the wonderful attention I got in the office from Amy and all the rockstar assistants. I highly recommend TTN for any physical therapy you might need!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with low back and hip pain for over 15 years. I’ve gone to orthopedic doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, sports injury therapists and no one has properly treated my injury until now. Lauren at The Therapy Network is a gifted therapist and was the first one to propose a treatment plan that has brought true healing. Her use of dry needling has been a game changer. I feel so blessed to have found her and the entire staff at The Therapy Network. They are amazing and extremely good at what they do. Fantastic experience: Excellent staff very professional and you can tell they really care about thier patients. I'm a massage therapy graduate in 2012 so I know my body fairly well. I was recently rear ended at a stoplight in a 2 door car and hit at 40 by a big truck and suffered a concussion and injuries to my neck and shoulders. They're highly knowledgeable about treating me and are really great people. Dr walko is awesome as well it's been a long time since I've come across people in the medical profession that genuinely care and I enjoy my appointments at this establishment

Fantastic experience: I first met Lauren at a group run during the Christmas season. I had been experiencing significant pain in my right foot. Lauren took time during the post run party to look at my foot, she started diagnosing what was happening and why....which at the time my podiatrist couldn’t do! I no longer see that podiatrist. I’ve been seeing Lauren and her staff at The Therapy Network for about 3 to 4 weeks...1 to 2 visits a week. Lauren has prescribed a plan to rehabilitate my right foot and get me running again, something I haven’t been able to do since December 2019. A little about my foot, 20-25 years ago I broke my right ankle, I have a plate and 7 screws holding my ankle together. Everything seemed to be good until I started running, this accentuated my foot problem. A side effect of my surgery was my subtalar joint, I lost almost all my range of motion, to compensate for this I started walking, running etc on the outside of my foot or supination for you runners out there! Now I’m learning how to walk so that the inside of my foot takes most of load so I don’t cause more significant injury to the outside of my foot. I can’t say enough good things about The Therapy Network, if you’re in need physical therapy go see Lauren and her staff!

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with Rob Beba’s expert care on my neck following surgery, that when he suggested Dr. Lauren Stacy at TTN, I was eager to meet her. Lauren is personable, extremely knowledgeable, especially about the knees and ankles, and has a caring bedside manner. I have recommended other TTN facilities for other health issues, and they were very helpful. However, I travel from Chesapeake near North Carolina to Hilltop near the Virginia Beach oceanfront to see this team because I find them uniquely professional and experts in their fields. Thanks, Rob, Lauren and your entire team for everything! May your practice continue to be a great help to me and others.

Fantastic experience: Back spasms 6 months after surgery. Dry needling seems to have done the trick! Rob and the rest of the crew are very informative and attentive. One more visit and I think I'm done!
