Pivot PT- Virginia Beach (Haygood Area)

Fantastic experience: At PIVOT, when I do my physical therapy, I don't feel like I am being rushed/ pushed beyond my expectations. Excellence is the key in a timely manner to accomplish my physical therapy goals. Communication & meeting of the mind with your assigned therapist is critical. I highly recommend Pivot with 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: your PT techs carefully watch you to determine if you're doing the exercises correctly. They are careful to watch for any kind of injury and prevent it. Without exception they are welcoming, cheerful and easy to work with

Fantastic experience: I had a blast today with Matt and I apologize for not remembering the nice other lady's name, but I did lots of neat things, pulley, bicycle thingy for your shoulders & this stair thing you use with your fingers, & dowl use for rolling behind back, wash wall, shrugs, squeeze shoulder blades together and relax..lol it was fun..lol the best was ice on my shoulders. Kudos to the staff!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly and I’ve received great care here! At first, I wasn’t so sure after my first appointment how the rest of the appointments would go. I had a good initial analysis of my spine (mild scoliosis), but only did 3 stretches. I was advised to trust the process and that each one would progress, so I just hoped for the best moving forward! After over a month of treatment, I am shocked at my progress! My rib pains have subsided and each appointment adds upon the previous - now they’re roughly one hour appointments with many stretches and strength exercises. I’ve gotten a lot stronger with only 2 appointments a week! To anyone who goes here after first appointment: trust the process. Don’t judge after the first few appointments! They’re great here. Love the receptionists too.

Fantastic experience: This location has been everything! From the first time I came in to now post surgery. Daniele, Matt, and other staff that has helped me were very friendly and very helpful in answering my questions or concerns. Jennifer at the front desk has been great getting me scheduled. Definitely recommending this location to anyone I know. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic experience: My doctor had recommended this place because I was looking for a therapist that I had 5 years ago which they had tore down the building and put a supermarket in place of therapy office. I was told by a patient at my doctor's office about this place that Jennifer that used to be the receptionist at the old therapy office was at this place oh I've said okay and I went by there after I left the doctor's office from the first time I walked in it was the receptionist was very helpful and sitting up my appointment and we went from there and they started working with me the following day and they did a very good job and I think y'all for getting me back to where I needed to be.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been coming here for different problems and they know what to do for each one. They even extend it by giving us " at home " exercises to do. Have explained some of the problems more than the Dr.. Very relaxed and friendly. Nice and clean. If we like coming here, then you will too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic group of people! Very personalized service and care with super positive attitudes. I have been to other Physical Therapy businesses in the area and they treat you like just another number. Not at Pivot on Pembroke Blvd. They really care about your success and well being and I cannot recommend them enough. From the front office, to the physical therapists and their assistants, everyone there is top notch. Would give them 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate this opportunity to tell you about my experience at Pivot Physical Therapy located at 4624 Pembroke Boulevard in Virginia Beach. I have been going to Physical Therapy at Pivot since May 24 after having shoulder surgery on May 22. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for all the staff at Pivot. I will begin by telling you that I highly recommend Pivot to anyone needing Physical Therapy for the following reasons: All the staff are friendly, professional and dedicated to helping you recover and feel better. You get immediate attention from the time you walk in until the time you leave. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my session to start. This is the place you want to be when you are going through a recovery after surgery or an injury. Jennifer who works at the Front desk will greet you and work with you for all your appointments and insurance concerns. Jenny is my therapist and I truly appreciate her and her skills and I feel better every time I go there. Pivot Physical Therapy was formerly Haygood Physical Therapy where I went to for my two knee replacements so I can tell you it is the same Staff and they all have an average of over 20 years experience. Don, Jenny,Angie, Jennifer and Tanya are amazing and always willing to help. Tanya greets everyone with a smile and always ask if you are ok. There is other staff there too that I observe during my sessions taking care of other patients and all working and ensuring that everyone is being treated.
