Fantastic experience: This is the "go to" place for those injuries that won't heal! With the help of physical therapy, I gained my strength, balance, and flexibility back. Corey Jackson encouraged and pushed me to go the extra mile to recover from an ankle surgery. Always cheerful, the place is clean and nice, trainers and staff are organized and kept appointments on time.

Fantastic experience: Rob was great to work with, and he communicated with my doctor to help facilitate appointment changes or recommendations. After several weeks of PT my pain is reduced and I was able to reduce my appointment frequency and then no longer need to come. The front desk staff were very helpful when scheduling appointments.

They booked me out for all 8 sessions, the only ones that had to be canceled were due to the bad weather. Very professional. I highly recommend this PT center.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of positive experience with Shannon Woods Therapy. Ended up having almost a year with them and came back to sports and the things I love being stronger than ever. The people here kept me positive while trying to get through the injuries I had. After that year I decided to come back with the same injury just different knee, and I was cleared ahead of schedule. Still in contact with my physical therapist and the support from them all is ever lasting. Returning to sports after my second injury happening within weeks and they are still supportive and wishing me the best. This is definitely a great place for your therapy!

Fantastic experience: My spouse was referred here some years ago for shoulder pain, and ever since it has been our go-to for physical therapy. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly, and Marcia is knowledgeable, competent, AND she's a pleasure to talk to while you're warming up on an arm bike or elliptical. (Marcia was also the person to suggest we push for imaging on my spouse's shoulder when two rounds of PT failed to resolve his pain, and the person to guide him through recovery after imaging led to surgery. Even now, two years later, he still marvels that life can be pain-free!) While we've always worked with Marcia (for shoulders, knees and a neck at various times), I've had some opportunities to witness their other physical therapists at work, and I would have no reservations about working with anyone there. The facility is clean, and — despite my personal tendency to be a stickler about COVID safety — I've never doubted their precautions.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed shoulder therapy (both shoulders) with Marcia. The results were outstanding, with strong gains in range of motion and strength in both shoulders.

Fantastic experience: I took my Physical Therapy at this facility following my Knee replacement surgery. I was in pain and very frighten. The entire staff was extremely nice, professional and helpful. They put my fears to rest and made me feel so very comfortable. Even in their professionalism, they made me feel like family. I had a very serious surgery, and my rehabilitation could have gone really bad if it were not for my Physical Therapist, Diane Erb. She kept telling me it was me who was putting in the work, but without the right professional motivation and without the right professional Trainer, no matter how hard I worked, it would not have done any good. Diane knows what to do and she does it very well. She picked up on the fact that I was scared, but motivated. So, she helped me put away my fears and concentrated on my motivation. Yes, I was motivated, but motivation is no good without the right person helping. I have completed my Therapy and I must admit I am a bit scared on my own. Diane has taught me well and as long as I follow her directions, I will be fine and I know this, but I still miss being instructed. There is one thing that keeps me motivated and going. I know if I need to go back for more training or instructions, they will be there for me and welcome me with Family Professionalism. I value a Professional Staff but being a Professional without Compassion is NOT the type of place I would patronize. A huge THANK YOU to the Shannon Woods Staff and a very THANKFUL AND GREATFUL THANK YOU to Diane Erb. You are very very GOOD at what you do.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Polly Holcomb for any prenatal care or pelvic floor therapy. A friend suggested I make an appointment with Polly when I mentioned having some pelvic pain around 20 weeks pregnant. I am SO thankful I did. After just 1 appointment I felt noticeably better and continued with a handful of more sessions to continue improving. I even had a session where she helped me with laboring tips and advice. As a first time mom, this was extremely helpful and reduced my anxiety going into the last few weeks of pregnancy. I am now 5 weeks postpartum and plan to schedule a follow up appointment with Dr. Polly.

Fantastic experience: I recommend the physical therapy here without reservation. I received some of the best medical treatment here that I have ever had. My therapist, Kelsey Jacobs, was the perfect mix of keeping me motivated while also being sensitive to the issues associated with my condition, fibromialgia. The water exercise tank was was perfectly designed to do the exercises I needed to do. The water was also kept at a consistently comfortable temperature, something very important to those with fibromialigia and other conditions.

Fantastic experience: My daughter went to Rob for physical therapy on her shoulder. He was the best and definitely improved her movement and strength of her shoulder. She was also injured on her leg during the summer and he went out of his way to provide therapy for her leg last minute when we visited. We will definitely refer him to all our friends who need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement and worked with Marcia and Diane during my rehabilitation. They both were the best to work with. I was not a very good patient but they did not let slip on my therapy and exercise. They kept me in-line and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for physical therapy services.

Fantastic experience: Got the full details from Cassie. She is fantastic. Straight-forward, but personable and easy to talk to. She helped me with my bicep reattachment PT. Originally 2X's week for 4 weeks. The first meeting was in and out with some exercises, the 2nd appointment she released me. Either I heal quickly or she's a really good physical therapist! The whole experience for my first ever PT was pretty uneventful. Hope I never have to go back, but when I do - it will be at VC's Therapy Center. Ask for Cassie, she's 5 star.
