Fantastic experience: Polly is amazing! I really don’t have words to tell you what she did for me, but I will try. Although she won’t promise miracles, I would call her a miracle-worker. I came to her with complex regional pain syndrome triggered by a carpal tunnel injection, and I had pretty much lost the use of my dominant hand by then. I’m a professional artist, and I couldn’t even sign my name or turn a doorknob. I had significant muscle wasting all the way up my arm as well as scary circulatory problems and persistent inflammation. Suffice it to say, I was a tough case. Polly never gave up on me, even though it took almost six months of the scary ups and downs that are typical of CRPS. I was so scared that I would never be able to create or work again, especially as I went through the “mirroring” phase that sometimes happens with this condition and my other hand started showing the same symptoms. I was terrified, but Polly’s calm, kind, practical approach was an enormous comfort through the toughest times. She’s absolutely brilliant and was incredibly creative at finding solutions to make the best of the ability that remained as well as suggesting practical ways to modify tasks so I could still clean my teeth and take care of basic necessities. She gave me hope in my darkest times, and I don’t know what I would have done without her. I don’t believe I could have had the miraculous recovery that I did without her. I really can’t express the gratitude I feel every day as I am now recovered from all of the debilitating symptoms that were keeping me from working and living my life. I’m a sculptor, and I can now sculpt with the same dexterity that I had before. Four months ago, I thought this would be impossible. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Polly! I think of you every day with the deepest gratitude!! Everyone who works in this office is kind and compassionate, including the receptionists who greet you warmly at every visit and do everything they can to coordinate care with your doctors. No matter what kind of therapy you require, you will find yourself in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: There is a great atmosphere for healing at this center. The receptionists as well as the entire therapist staff are all so kind and make you feel right at home, like you are family. Working with Royce Schield, I never felt any pain in any of the thirty three sessions; we took to get my shoulder back to where it was before the injury and rotator cuff surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have back issues and had seen 2 other PT before my primary care provider asked me to give Royce a chance. I was reluctant and ready for surgery. Glad I listened to her. It’s been a journey , but Royce never gave up and I’m happy to say my pain is minimal to none. He is very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: I have been utilizing the PT services at this facility and from Cassie over several years, for different reasons. Cassie is the consummate professional and very knowledgeable in her field. From the initial evaluation until you are discharged from care, you receive updates on your condition and the plan of care. Cassie also encourages you to appropriately push yourself and monitors your progress. She educates you and ensures that you understand the information provided, and gives you the tools you need to continue your plan of care at home. I would recommend Ascension Via Christi Therapy and Cassie to anyone who is in need of comprehensive, caring PT services.

Fantastic experience: The group there is very professional and answers any questions you may have on the progress or expectations of your PT. They let you know that your PT is to be taken seriously, and yet they make your experience delightful, even though they are putting you through a painful, but much needed PT. I would recommend this location and go back there again if ever needed.

I ended up getting very sick and ended up in the hospital and they helped me reschedule and made it a lot less stressful for me. I'd highly recommend Melanie she's amazing! Fantastic experience: I had a car accident August 23rd 2022. I had broke my elbow and had surgery on it. I chose Carriage Parkway for my physical therapy. I was so worried about my arm never getting back to being straight, but everytime I came in for physical therapy I had a new hope restored into me. Polly is amazing and very personable. She made me excited for new goals and to go home and continue to work on my stretches and strength. Front desk and everyone there also were very kind. I started at having no range of motion to feeling like myself again. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I was having shoulder/back pain for several months that I didn't know the cause of. Working with Cassie helped me understand the cause of my issues and directly addressed them! After 12 weeks I am pain free! I had never been to PT and was a little nervous that it would be painful or I would get embarrassed about not being in the best shape. Cassie was extremely friendly and welcoming, and I always felt comfortable working with her. Melanie also made me feel at ease! I looked forward to my sessions and never once felt uncomfortable. My whole team was supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend anyone needing help to this location! My experience was simply the best!!

Fantastic experience: I received therapy for ten weeks after my middle finger was reattached which also needed a skin graft. I was so blessed to have them and am forever indebted to them. Their expertise and confidence carried me through my journey. I'm very blessed!

Fantastic experience: My son severed some tendons and muscles in his hand 3 months ago, which required surgery to repair. We have been coming to see Polly since. She has done tremendous work in getting my kids hand back to being used in its full capacity. She is very patient, explains things so that you understand them and her love for her job and patients shows through her work. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. Have been to a number of therapists over the years but Cassie Overton is tops. She provided me with exercises to improve my core and also performed astym therapy. The receptionist and all of the others at the office were also extremely professional.
