Fantastic experience: Trina and Natasha are great! Both were very patient with me and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I learned a lot, and will be continuing the exercises at home. I will definitely return when I need physical therapy again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent help. PT did an initial status evaluation, listened to my description of symptoms, and developed a therapy plan. Subsequent visits evaluated progress and adjusted old / created new exercises for me. Well pleased. I'll continue these exercises now that my therapy sessions are complete - really helped gain flexibility and strength. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Trina was awesome. She took it slow and easy with my exercises to ensure my lower back didn’t go into spasms and cause me a lot more pain. Natasha worked with me a couple times too when Trina wasn’t available. She did great. I learned a lot of ways to do my daily functions without putting my lower back into severe spasms. I had a great experience with PT at Ascension Via Christi Founders Circle. Sandy and the other girls at the check in desk/scheduling desk were great too. I don’t have any complaints regarding this facility from beginning to end of my experience there.

Fantastic experience: I had physical therapy for 2nd knee replacement surgery and Trina and Natasha were excellent and even the receptionists were real helpful. Their methods of therapy were so much better than the other therapy service that I used for my 1st surgery. I would recommend Ascension Via Chisty Therapy Center on Founders Lane if anyone needed help.

Fantastic experience: Trina Shockey was my primary therapist, she was excellent in explaining to me about the deficits I had when she completed her initial assessment and in her ongoing assessments, she was able to clearly explain the deficits anatomically and how these impacted my functional stability, she also was very insightful about how fall risks feel and affect people. The exercise program she initiated for me proved to be very beneficial and helped to restore my ability to improve and limit my fall risk hazard, she provided me with a home exercise program post therapy so I can continue to maintain and improve my overall status. Natasha was also very helpful to me in therapy on the days I did not see Trina, she helped me to see my weak areas and provided instruction and help to work on these areas. Overall, I had a very good experience in physical therapy at Founders Circle. I also want to compliment the ladies working in the reception area at the PT department, they were very friendly and assistive in scheduling and notifying for changes and times for therapy. The premises was very clean and well managed.

Fantastic experience: Sharon is wonderful! She looked at the whole picture and taught me little changes to make that improved my quality of life. I'll never be able to thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: 5 weeks out from a total knee replacement and thrilled with the results. Surgery, therapy and all follow up has been great. The entire team from Dr. Ashby and staff through Trina in therapy have literally got me back on my feet.

Fantastic experience: Polly Senseman was very good at explaining why we were doing each task and how important it was to stay on top of my physical therapy. My finger was nearly amputated at work and with her help I feel, in time, that I will be fully functional!

Fantastic experience: Great physical therapy! My mom and I both had physical therapy for the lower legs! Everyone was kind, and helpful. The therapy room was kept clean, and social distancing between patients. . Shout out to Sharon, Trina, and Natasha for the physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I was prescribed physical therapy y my primary care physician for severe pain in my lower back. I had been suffering with debilitating pain for over a year. Sharon was my physical therapist and she was amazing. First visit she pinpointed the muscles that were spasming and the root of my pain. I am now pain free and am working on strengthening and training the correct muscles so that I can remain pain free. Thank you so much for your amazing and professional help.

Fantastic experience: Following rotator cuff surgery, I decided to use the physical therapy group at Founders Circle. So glad I did! A big thanks to Sharon, my primary therapist, and Natasha, who also helped! They guided me through the exercises at a pace that I could do, always encouraging me and making sure that I was comfortable. Sharon has excellent knowledge and experience and will answer all your questions. I highly recommend both therapists. It was a good experience!

Fantastic experience: This past year I had to have two knee surgeries, which lead me to Therapy on the first one. I was scheduled with Sharon (Therapist). She is a wonderful, hard working person i have meant. She takes her time to listen and goes out of her way to help you reach your goal! My second knee surgery was a total knee replacement, this time I requested Sharon because I felt a connection with her. This surgery was not easy at all and she was by my side all the way,helping me meet my goal. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to get through Therapy. If it meant talking to my Dr. Or Nurse. The whole Dept. Is Awesome,like a little Family they all make you feel welcome,great people would not go anywhere else!!! Thanks for all you did for me again Sharon!!!

Fantastic experience: I had Physical Therapy at the Founders Circle location and really enjoyed it. They have accommodated my schedule when I needed to change it. They also have 7:30am appointments which is nice so you can get to work after that. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet. Trina, the PT made my Therapy fun. If you are looking for a Physical or Occupational Therapy Center, I would highly recommended this location.
