Fantastic experience: The nursing staff was the best I’ve ever seen. I worked in the medical field for 10 years! My Dad was always clean, nurses knew his condition in every detail before we asked they had a report. I would suggestion this place because of the nursing staff and no smells, big rooms!

Fantastic experience: My grandma is just got her and it's a very nice place. Unlike other places we have been they give plenty of food :)

Fantastic experience: My wife entered rehab today. Th room and accommodation we're very appropriate and the staff was very efficient and pleasant.

Positive experience: The staff were very cordial and polite. There is an adequate number of staff, however, they were slow to respond. They would often leave my room while I still needed help. They would often put things I needed out of my reach. And there was a lack of communication. I felt like I was in the dark and didn't know anything. They would introduced themselves but I didn't know anybody and what their roles were. The facility seemed run down and needed deep cleaning (toilet seats, showers) and equipment and supplies/accessories were not convenient and staff needed to go out of the room to get supplies. old cheap (beds and rails on beds).

Positive experience: Therapy was hit and miss messed with meds with out knowing med history food was fair if you don't mind eating on paper plates and plastic silverware there has got to be better places complained about speech therapy director called me and laughed

Fantastic experience: My father in law was a resident here after he had covid. He was in a really bad way. Very week Very malnutrition and struggling when he arrived. It was nurses like Ashley the housekeeper like Diane the cook the maintenance man Terrance and the therapist that got him back. A year later and he is 93 years old he is recovered and lives a happy health life thanks to everyone there. He talks About them often with found memories and grateful they helped him back on his feet.

Positive experience: My mother who is only 56 years old but due to her physical health she requires more care then she can get at home. When she first entered rehab she was at their sister location in Derby. Both locations have always been very clean, staff and front office personal have always been willing to listen to any concern and try to help the best they can. I'm very thankful that Family Health and Rehab excepted my mom and that the staff always talk to her with respect and help her with her daily needs. Ty RE

Fantastic experience: These guys are AMAZING!!! My mom was admitted to the LULU house for rehabilitation two weeks ago and the care had been OUTSTANDING!!! My mom can be a little bit of a spit fire because she was a nurse for 42 years an nursing has changed a lot in the last 10 years since she retired. But Ashley and Jaycee are wonderfully understanding and treat her with respect and dignity even if she’s not very respectful. They provide transportation to dialysis and even pack mom a lunch if she’ll be there over the noon hour. Even during all this covid stuff they allowed us to come carol to her through her window on Christmas Day!!! These girls go above and beyond for thier patients and treat all the rest of the family members like their own family!!!

Fantastic experience: I have a friend who is there for rehab after a fall. I visited her the other day. While I was there many staff entered the room to check on her. The housekeeper who had obviously befriended her was also checking on her. My friend could not say enough nice things about the staff and her current stay. I observed the building and her area was very clean and nice. She said the director if nursing has checked in on her more than once. She is looking forward to getting home once she has completed her therapy. But admits she will miss the care and the friends she has made with the staff. I asked is there any thing she needed. She thought for a minute and stated can't think of a thing.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful facility! My uncle was treated very well by all the staff there. The aides were so nice and were checking on us on the hour . The nurses were also very caring and overall made sure we felt like we were at home . Before we were admitted to the room, the liaison said they were going to take great care of us and they absolutely did . The therapist we’re also patient with my uncle and worked with him everyday to get him strong enough to return home. It’s always hard to be put your loved one in a facility because it’s not home but the staff there did make it feel as home like as possible . Thank you again for the care you provided to our uncle . We wouldn’t have wanted him anywhere else .

Fantastic experience: My father was here and received excellent care! I was pleased with how clean the facility was kept. Moreover, friendly workers always making sure my dad felt comfortable in his new environment and giving great cares.

Fantastic experience: My Mom has been in Family Health for almost 2 months now. We could not ask for better care and supervision. The entire staff has treated her kindly and compassionately. June 14, 2017. Almost a year has passed since my earlier post. And with saddened heart I note that my Mom recently passed after a short illness. But the staff at the Daisy house and especially the nurses Kayla and Jessica ALL took exceptional care of my mother during her stay. We have nothing but GOOD to say about the entire staff. In fact our dad is there now as well, and while he is having a difficult time coping with the loss of his wife of 54 years, the staff continues to show exceptional care and concern for his emotional and spiritual welfare! I can recommend their facility to all!

Positive experience: Overall we have been pleased. The rooms are very spacious and the private full bath is very nice. Staff is friendly and respectful. We were happy with the response to a compliant. They listened and took action.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous care of my stubborn mother. I can honestly say I felt she was safe with the care takers. The social worker was awesome in helping us get a wheelchair and home health care. Lance in transportation was a huge help and so polite! I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.
