Fantastic experience: My favorite physical therapy in Wichita! Friendly, professional and believe it or not fun. Their up attitude and camaraderie makes you relax and feel supported. Great group!

Fantastic experience: Nobody likes to do PT, but the folks at NovaCare Twin Lakes make it as enjoyable as anyone could hope. Over the past few years I've been there numerous times and have always been satisfied. They have a great staff, are highly knowledgeable and shoot straight with you. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Nova Care by my best friend, who had gone to them after severally smashing her left shoulder. I am going for therapy on my left knee after a total knee replacement. I just started; but I have already received excellent care from my therapist, Arcelia. I will need to verify my spelling of her name. She has given me sound, beneficial physical therapy and instructions!! She has given strong support when I have had issues with my program at home... I can't wait to go today and feeling better afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Coming in for physical therapy on my knee due to a fall. 2nd time coming to Nava Care, 1st time was for a shoulder injury. I like the care they give and how they generally care how your doing! Would 100% recommend Nova Care!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mario Alvarado has resolved or relieved various health issues I've encountered over the past few years - shoulders; neck; foot; etc. In several instances, this followed visits with specialists; chiropractors; etc. I initially discovered Nova Care and Dr. Alvarado when my primary care physician recommended physical therapy several years ago. Since then, I've learned to request a referral to Nova Care when appropriate health issues occur. I schedule my appointments around Dr. Alvarado's availability.

Fantastic experience: Rayanne has been an excellent PT with me. This is my first time ever going through PT and first time having surgery so a was a bit nervous. She has made me feel comfortable in the clinic and confident about my healing process. I can tell the rest of the therapist are just as great by the way they attend to their patients. I also think Faviola is just the sweetest, she always greets me with a friendly hello and is patient with me with all the questions I have. I was told I may see some of the other therapist and look forward to get some of their perspective as well!

Fantastic experience: This rehab center is the greatest. From the moment you walk in, Karina is there to welcome you. She always has a smile on her face! The physical therapists are amazing. They explain everything that they are going to have you do to get you better. They are all caring and treat each client with love, respect, and compassion. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

Fantastic experience: When I needed physical therapy several months ago, I was very fortunate to be assigned to NovaCare on North Amidon. So when it became necessary for my husband to have therapy, of course, I requested the team there again. Everyone there, from receptionist to therapists, has always made us feel welcome, valued, and as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere is full of collegiality, warmth, and good humor. I give them the highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: NovaCare at Twin Lakes has some outstanding rehab staff...They were always patient and kind but determined to help the patient make a 100% recovery. I had a total hip replacement Dec 27, 2018. Today was my last rehab session Feb 21, 2019. As a more mature person I was fearful that I would be asked to do exercise above my ability to succeed but they were very careful to adapt my program to my abilities while encouraging me to do my very best. RayAnne was my primary rehab staff contact but watching Eric and Mario I saw other patients treated with dignity and asked to push themselves to succeed....Support staff knew their jobs and were also very helpful...Thanks NovaCare for hiring the best professionals in the field!

Fantastic experience: Dear Mr. Alvarado, PT, DPT I arrived at Nova Care NW with much trepidation. I was thinking, honestly, that not much was really going to help my pain that has persisted over the last 5 years - day in and day out. I only went because my best friend who is a nurse told me she thought it would help. I did it because she is very knowledgeable, informed, and stays up to the minute on her nursing. I left feeling very good about my decision to jump into it and go for PT. I had never tried it before but I was repaid by 1000 kinds of hope for the future. Just a few minutes of following Mario's instructions had loosened up my nerves and muscles in my ankle with a lot of hardware sewn into it. My sciatica felt relief. My legs responded when it was time to get up and go home. I have leg pain that makes it extremely hard to get up in the morning. I felt a warmth that assisted my movement and I think my legs responded to the PT enough that I was able to get up without hanging on to something. My mornings are going to be welcome and I can let go of a lot of fear I've had for the last 5 years. Thanks to my physical therapist I really am in possession of HOPE. Thanks Nova Care - I'm happy that I'll be there next week and I found my instructions for my exercises you gave me to take home. I will give your staff, PT experience, and outcome 5 Stars. I have only had two appointment s with them, but they seem very knowlegebal. I plan to have a complete recovery and full use of my shoulder

Fantastic experience: My therapist, Mario Alvarado, was prompt at taking me back at my scheduled time. The receptionist always pleasant. Mario was caring, thorough, and very professional. I trusted him. He made certain that I understand every excercise and how they worked. My condition has dramatically improved because of the work Mario did with me and the exercises that I continue to do at home.

Fantastic experience: My therapist, Rayanne Bell, did a careful assessment and established a plan of therapy for work on my own at home and at our sessions at the office. She did not blindly follow a protocol, but made adjustments as needed to keep me on a continuing path to improvement. She also explained why each therapeutic measure was taken. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and are also skillful professionals. I am making real progress after just four weeks.
