Fantastic experience: When I started with Innovative I couldn’t walk or even lift myself out of my wheelchair. The therapists have been with me all the way. They are very professional as well as caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for rehabilitation. They are all saints in my book. I love this place

Positive experience: My son (2 months old) was referred here by his pediatrician. I only made it to the front desk and would like to say the employees seemed nice however, this business is not taking any precaution when it comes to this pandemic. I don’t feel it fair to rate this business at a 1 since it is up to the owner to decide what precautions to take BUT I think it is important to be aware of this before you visit. The lobby is very small and it can be difficult to distance from others. Our appointment was at 1, the staff is away for lunch from 12-1, and there was at least 6 patients waiting to check in (to include one using a O2 tank!). So if you have a appointment at that time, and again would like to exercise precaution, I recommend not showing up too early or waiting in your car. When the employees did come out to check in absolutely no one was wearing a mask (or gloves). They were walking amongst all the patients sitting in their lobby passing out their folders for patients to sign in. I have a newborn and am in no way willing to take such a risk with him. I was shocked to see zero signage or protocols in place to protect the employees or patients, especially with a patient walking around with a O2 tank. How could you possibly protect her as you interact with all these other patients without any PPE? I cancelled my appointment and left. *UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: the owner has reached out to me stating she will take legal action against me if I don’t remove this review stating defamation of character…

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always nice and helpfull. This is my 2nd time for pt here. I recommend them to everyone. Thank u to Innovative for helping me get my life back.

Fantastic experience: My infant granddaughter has PT at Innovative Physical Therapy. Great establishment, wonderful group of people, as well as a very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
