Fantastic experience: I had 4 weeks of intensifying back pain. It was preventing getting a full night's sleep, despite overdosing on both Naprosyn and Tylenol. I needed to get up and pace the hallway for 2 - 3 hours. The pain extended into my left thigh. After two sessions I was able to sleep through the night. After 4, I stopped the pills. Wonderful.

Fantastic experience: 12 December, 2023 I have been going to Armada Physical Therapy for several months now and have come to view them as a very important part of my physical healing and well-being. My initial assessment was with Fiona, who was meticulous, thorough, and patient. Since then, I’ve worked with Fiona, Kim, Liz, and Sarah, as well as Karen, Jake, Liv, and other excellent folks in this practice. I have learned a ton from every single one of them and felt a dramatic improvement both in my condition and spirits. Thank you all for your great professionalism, competence, and humanity.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here earlier this year and I’m very grateful. Madison was amazing and I deeply appreciated her wholistic approach to treatment. My back pain has significantly improved since starting treatment with Madison, and when I do have flareups, I have the tools to manage them!

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain I had no hope, and honestly no faith in physical therapy. I was so wrong. I am learning about the anatomical structures in my body and how to manipulate them to regain function with so much less pain it's like a miracle. To some extent you get out what you put in, but even on a bad day I leave feeling better than when I went in. I might not ever be the same as "before", but I have hope for the future. Thanks Armada!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Armada is very up-to-date on helping people with physical therapy. I appreciate their kind and empathetic and friendly manner. I also appreciate that they listen carefully and do not try to assume. They are highly professional and caring. They are serious about what they do. I will not go anyplace else. I am deeply grateful to the staff at Armada on Jefferson Street in Albuquerque. If it wasn't for them I honestly do not know what my condition would be. I have spinal cord nerve issues and they are always on top of it from the first visit. Thank you Liz and Sarah and every single person that works there.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the knowledge and the care that is given at the Jefferson street facility. I have experienced all the therapists on staff. They are all on the same page. I usually get Liz or Sara and always leave feeling better. I would go there every day if possible because I am not good about homework. I just had a total knee replaced and this may get me in the habit at home, I can't do anything else at this time.

I got work done by Liz and she was very inviting! I’ve never felt more welcomed in any establishment. She as very thorough with her questions as well as treatments. Fantastic experience: I went to PT at Armada. I was nervous at first cuz I had not had good experiences prior to this. I was welcomed by Karen and she was so sweet and so helpful. I got called back with Luke and he explained that he and Sarah were kind of like a team who would both be working on me. It didn't matter who worked on me I profited and improved with each one the whole team there is so pleasant and they know what they're doing. And if you'll do the work you will progress well. I was willing to do the work and this team got me back to a good place where I wasn't in a lot of pain. I recommend these folks highly and if I ever need physical therapy again this is where I will go.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at the Jefferson location is amazing. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly; they are able to achieve you feeling better in a comfortable easy going environment. I didn’t even realize that I wasn’t having knee pain at night anymore until I did my final evaluation, the change was so subtle it felt normal. The kindest thing they did was leave me with ways to make sure that I continue to keep the pain away. Fantastic experience: Honestly this Armada that I came to is by far one of the best physical therapy places to go to, Elizabeth and the team here is polite and outgoing and they take there time and focus on what’s going on with your injury. If anybody needs physical therapy done I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have been an athlete all of my life and in the last 15 years have mostly been devoted to ballet. So I have always felt that I had a good understanding of the body and how to train effectively and properly. Recently, I developed an adductor injury. I happened to take ballet class with Dr. Lonergan and she offered her help. I went to my primary care physician and easily got a referral, was contacted by Armada PT, and scheduled within a week. As a dancer, we have very specific needs that cannot always be addressed by a physician or PT that does not understand the rigor the body goes through when dancing. Not only has Dr. Lonergan educated me further about my body, it's limitations and strengths, but also how to continue to train effectively as a ballet dancer. I have already noticed a difference in my stability control and alignment while in class. Thank you so much for the time you all have put into me.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to rehab your injury. Liz and the entire staff at Aramda have been incredibly helpful with their knowledge about my knee injury and surgery recovery. Their amazing staff, facility, knowledge and kindness has been my success from the beginning part of my injury all the way through my recovery after surgery.

Fantastic experience: Liz is absolutely amazing! She is so thorough and detail- oriented in her rehab plans, and she's helped me in too many ways to list. I have never found so much relief in pain as I have with Liz! Her background in dance and as a mover is obvious - she's wonderful at dissecting uncommon aches and pains on top of the common ailments. I HIGHLY recommend her. And her bubbly personality is the cherry on top! She makes every session entertaining and upbeat, which helps with the mental block that pain creates. She's #1!

Fantastic experience: I injured my foot two days before a huge performance to the point that I couldn’t even bear weight on it. I went in to see Liz and she listened to what was going on and did a few things to reduce swelling and pain. When I saw her again she yet again helped beyond anything I had expected, based on the level of pain I had. I was able to dance in the performance with her help! I’m not saying she’s magic, but what she helped me with sure seemed like it. I recommend her to anyone from athletes to dancers to your grandmother. She pays attention to detail and for short or long fixes she is my go-to for anything that might come up.

Fantastic experience: I came to them while I was home for winter break with a post ACL and meniscus repair. I walked in with my knee bent at about a 30° angle. Today was my last session and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier with my results. They do everything from needling to stem and along the way torture you just a little but but all for amazing results. Highly recommend and will be coming back over the summer if I still need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I've been a dancer all my life and have seen many physical therapists for many different injuries. Elizabeth Lonergan is by far the best physical therapist I've seen! I see her every appointment (which is not the case at other offices), she checks in to ask my progress and ask how my body is feeling. As a fellow dancer, she understands movement & injuries specific to dance. Because Liz has taken the the time to assess my body, I have learned about imbalances in my legs that I've never been informed of by other PTs. I've learned so much about how to keep my body safe and healthy so I can keep dancing, which I'm extremely thankful for! Liz and the staff at Armada Physical Therapy are friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I've lived with injuries and pain while dancing most of my life and for the first time, I'm able to dance pain free. Thank you Liz & Armada!

My nurse Gretchen Schmidt was amazing and took exceptional care of my needs and her 8 plus years of expertise in home care shows through her work. I have never had such amazing care. Fantastic experience: The team at Armada Jefferson is skilled and friendly and has been a outstanding contributor to my recovery and rehab from rotator cuff surgery. Liz, Nica, Karen, Tracy, Sarah and Jeremy provided me with beneficial therapy, treatment and advice throughput the past six months. My shoulders range of motion consistently improved and its strength has recently greatly improved due to the exercises they had me undertake. I strongly recommend this location and the team led by Liz.
