Fantastic experience: My mother is currently here and after a few bumps, she seems to be doing better. A shout out to Martha Uribe a nurse who has been caring for my mom. She is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this facility for fast track, high functioning rehabilitation. The staff is wonderful, and gave me dedicated care and support. I received care and knowledge from the administrators and nurses, as well as physical and occupational therapy and speech/memory therapy. Also, the recreational department offers many activities which are fun. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: This is the 4th different facility like this and this one is the best. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They also have a salon on-site and I got a great haircut and beard trim. I was there for physical therapy both pre- and post-surgery and the PTs and OTs did a great job helping me work on my strength issues. Some of the other facilities had staffing issues, but this one seems adequately staffed. All in all, a great place to recouperate after surgery. I hope I never NEED to come back here, but know this is the place I'd want to go if I have to.

Fantastic experience: Shared Meaningful Bible Scriptures and Videos with a Good group of interested people. Then presented a gift of Bible based Tracts to everyone, that contains Bible Scriptures of God's Promises of Comfort and Promises Revelation 21: 3-5

Fantastic experience: On the first day my husband got there he could not walk and had not ate for nine days. By the time he left he was walking and eating. The staff was awesome especially the CNA. Highly recommend this facility

Fantastic experience: I love the way this facility operates and takes care of my dad. I work with Chris the Dementia Program Director regularly to help my dad. He does a great job with these residents and the programs he runs with them.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely one of the most caring facilities in Albuquerque. The facility is quite large and seems to be kept very clean. The staff are quite competent and seem to show much compassionate care to the residents. From time to time The Rehabilitation Center provides much needed music entertainment to the residents. They love it !! I highly recommend this facility

Fantastic experience: I was a resident at the Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque for a little over a month and my physical condition has improved a lot since my time here. The physical therapists were really helping and I recovered faster than I thought I would. While I was here, the Recreational Department had a variety of fun activities for me to participate in. They had live music performances, arts and crafts, games and movies every day. I would recommend this facility to others.

Fantastic experience: Went to see my Mom today for first time in a few months due to my spinal surgery and being paralyzed from it. It was a hard decision to make to put her in a nursing home. However I had no choice being I couldn't take care of myself and she depended apone me ! So I feel it was the right choice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and seemed to care for my Mom. Having a family member with dementia is hard enough to deal with . It helps to know she's happy and seems to be taken care of. Thanks to all the staff members.

Fantastic experience: I came to The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque after I got burned and everyone at this facility was very polite and extremely helpful! They took really good care of me. Food is not bad and if you have to go to the hospital this is the place to go. Staff is awesome I never had to wonder what was going on they always explained everything. Thanks to their social workers Danielle and Kandance for getting everything set up for my discharge.

Fantastic experience: I can here for rehab through the VA and they were amazing! Therapy team worked with me so I could get stronger so I could go home. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of me.

Fantastic experience: I came to The Rehabilitation center of Albuquerque from Lovelace for a infection on my wound and for PT and OT. I have been going through this since December when I fell for my birthday. I want to thank the entire therapy team especially Sandra and Philip and Jeanette because of them today I will get to go home. I would also like to say thankyou to my social worker Kandice for getting my medication situated she always made the effort to help with any concerts or questions i had.I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. My nurses were so caring and took great care of me!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate everything RCA has done for my husband. The nurses, respiratory and physical therapy have been amazing!!! Nurses: Nisreen, Tiffany, Cory, Alexis, Josiah and Pablo have been the most compassionate caring nurses hat has crossed our path in this difficult journey. Respiratory staff day shift and night shift have been incredibly on it and ready to help. The CNA’s have been gentle, caring and understanding . I truly appreciate RCA and the wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: My stay at The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque has been outstanding! from the therapist to the CNA’S and nursing staff to the housekeeping staff have all been so helpful and polite. I didn’t want to come here from the hospital but I am glad I did, I feel stronger and my balance and walking have improved. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: RCA is a beautiful center and has recently taken on new leadership. The new leaders in the building are fostering a culture of positivity and compassion that yields an environment where only compassionate, caring people want to stay on the team. For that reason they've had some turn over recently, but that's to be expected anywhere you go these days. My experiences with the center have been brief, but from what I've seen, the staff have always been nice and compassionate, the residents that I've interacted with seem happy and healthy! Walking through the building I've seen lots of smiles from both staff and residents. I would be honored to work here and would be happy to have my loved ones here. Keep up the great work RCA!

Fantastic experience: My mom has been here for several months now and the staff has been really good to her. They treat her with care and dignity, even with healthcare staff shortages nationwide. We appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the safety protocols that are provided by the unit. Her charge nurse has made time to address any questions or concerns regarding my mothers care during her stay and I feel like she is in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: This was a great place...all of the staff were wonderful...I am so grateful to all of them..they helped make my stay there great...I thank each and everyone of them for helping me get well enough to go home....you all are fantastic..fantastic...if I know anyone who needs rehabilitation after hospital stay to go to this facility... Fantastic experience: Came here from ollestomy surgery everone has been very helpful with medication meals and changing of my bag. Only problem I had was if I still have to take my blood clot medication. Highly recommend and thank you everyone for your service

Fantastic experience: Came here after getting Covid I was really sick I had a peg tube and couldn’t even walk. With Therapy I am now able to walk and no longer have a peg tube. The nurses and CNA here are the best. Today I’m going home after six months

Fantastic experience: We had my brothers at this other facility in Farmington for 4 months they did nothing for him once he was stable I took him out all they cared about was money! I took him to another hospital here in Albuquerque. After a few day they sent him Albuquerque rehab geniuses. We had very good experience the nurses took good care of my bother they knew what they were doing they have a good rehab that really got things Goin for my brother the social worker were so caring Daniella and her coworker worked really hard to get my brother everything he needled to go home think you so much vreat place!!

Fantastic experience: Just released today 2 weeks. This place is awesome. The PT's were wonderful. They worked with me everyday to get my strength back. The nursing staff and CNA were very kind and patient. They work very hard but there needs to be more especially on the weekends. One CNA per 14 patients is not enough. They also need to be paid much more money. The food is good. Coffee needs to be thrown out. Overall it was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Throughout the whole transition of new staff and new administration the facility has kept residents as a priority. As a outsider looking in I was pleased with how well the facility is kept and how well the residents are treated. I have see the hours of sacrifice of all the staff while still dealing with Covid Procedures and Staffing shortages. They expect the best and keep the best. I have never recommended nursing homes or facilities but I see the compassion and the care and see how they prioritize the residents first hand. Thank you RCA. Keep working hard and doing what’s best for all your patients care and safety.

Fantastic experience: Chose this place for my great auntie. Joann and Omar were awesome in the transition from the hospital. Once my auntie was in facility it was hard to get a hold of (Nursing) staff or to get a call back. So I would usually go through the business ladies to get my messages through. They were always so helpful. Therapy team was great and my auntie loved the food. Overall I would say this place is a good place for a loved one.

Fantastic experience: I had a fairly good stay & rehab there.The nurses & technicians were professional & most were good listeners & compassionate. The only negative comment I have is the food was despicable.The majority of the time it was not what was listed on your ticket. Omar & Shana are great!

Fantastic experience: My uncle lived at The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque for 6 yrs before passing and the staff was compassionate and took good care of my uncle. I would highly recommend this facility they are great!!

I was here because I have nerve damage and weakness of the limbs and no matter what I asked of them they did it without hesitation and even with COVID they still meet my needs. Fantastic experience: One of the best skilled nursing facilities in Albuquerque! Whenever I’m working with clients who have had rehab at this facility, I never hear any complaints. The staff here is compassionate and excellent!

Fantastic experience: My grandma has lived at the Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque for two years now and my family was really worried with COVID but they keep us pasted on a regular basis. The staff is amazing and on behalf of the Vigil family I would like to thank them for keeping my grandma safe and letting us visit her via zoom

Fantastic experience: My mom has to go rehab after falling and breaking her hip . Staff was very helpful and kind, therapy department was excellent and she really made a great improvement. Unfortunately she was unable to go home and staff was helpful with Medicaid application. Thank you too all staff really appreciate your kindness

Fantastic experience: My Grandmother had fallen and broke her hip so the hospital told me to look for a facility for rehab and they handed me a list. The first two facilities I toured were awful. The employees were rude and I felt like I was bothering them. BUT then I went to the Rehabilitation center of Albuquerque and I was immediately approached with a smile and friendly hospitality. I received and amazing tour. Staff was so friendly and when my grandmother went to therapy the rehab she received was outstanding. That was the cherry on the top. The nurses really care for their patients. They always encouraged her to participate.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the staff of the Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque for the great care my Uncle Earl received while he was a patient at your facility. He had been receiving rehabilitation services after a knee replacement caused from injuries received during a military deployment to the Middle East. Everytime my family and I visited him, we saw that he was always in good spirits, and we also noticed first hand how well he was cared by your professional staff. Fantastic experience: We could not feel more confident in my mother's care at this facility. It was the only one of those we visited that we would consider placing her in. It was an excellent choice. She loves the food, has church services in the facility twice a week and participates in some of the activities. She is treated very well and the nurses, especially Carlos and Marie are outstanding. They provide great feedback on her health and support and include us in medical discussions. It is a great comfort to know that she is well cared for and that she is safe. So very grateful for this facility and it's staff.
