Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing care and staff. My level of recovery and ability to return to the activites I enjoy would not have been possible without E6!

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgable physical therapy staff and extremely friendly office staff. The dry needling administered by Blaize along with the stretching and strength regimen he gave me laid the groundwork for me to go from daily arm numbness episodes to less than weekly occurance. The office manager also has a lot of intergrity. She performed an audit of the books and gave me a refund for an overpaid amount over a year after I finished treatment and I wouldn't have otherwise noticed. My only complains is sometimes the physical therapists get double booked and that can interfere with quality patient care.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best place I’ve ever been for physical therapy, and I have seen quite a few PTs for various issues. Here we were working on a knee pain problem caused by muscular imbalances and joint hypermobility issues. As a competitive adult Irish dancer this was definitely affecting my performance. A doctor I work with sent me to Jenn at E6, and she was amazing from the getgo. Her assessment was so thorough, and she immediately recognized my hypermobility and looked at my hips and rotator muscles as well as my feet. I’ve never had a therapist recognize the true underlying problems so well before. She also has done dry needling as part of my therapy and it has all as a package with my exercises helped tremendously. My program has helped relax my IT bands, and strengthen my feet, legs, glutes, hip rotators, no muscle has been neglected. My pain AND my dancing are improving a lot thanks to E6.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Ted Esparza at E6 Physical Therapy for different injuries at different times for nearly 10 years. Ted is a fantastic therapist! He understands my often offbeat explanations, explains the mechanics of movement and what we're working to achieve, offers variations on exercises to suit my circumstances, and has such a great sense of humor that I’ve teased him about using laugh therapy as part of his treatment. Ryan is a fabulous assistant, reinforcing concepts and making sure I’m positioned correctly for the exercises. Karen and Monet are so friendly, and efficient, and offer such great customer service. The facilities and equipment are always clean, too. My trust is high because everyone exhibits such competence and care. Why would I go anywhere else for my PT needs?

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I had to visit Ted, his new Assistant Kim, and the rest of the awesome team to address an issue with my leg this time. I love the atmosphere here, everyone is welcoming and I feel well cared for! I am much stronger & able to do things I couldn’t do since 2021. Thanks Ted for all you do!! You rock!! Ted, Matt, Karen, & Meghan are AWSOME!! I have chronic neck and shoulder issues that have re-surfaced 3 times over the last 5 years. I chose E6 the first time because they took my insurance. I keep coming back because Ted is a funny and compassionate guy! He always makes me laugh during sessions, but listens to me & is concerned for my health & wellbeing. Ted has helped me greatly!! Fantastic experience: Very good experience, stretched out muscles I never new I had. Sciatica has not flared up in last 3 weeks. Am able to walk 3 miles with no issues. Fantastic experience: Ted and the staff at E6 have all been very professional, attentive and understanding. I did Physical Therapy at other places prior to finding E6 and have found Ted and his team to be the best. I greatly benefited from Ted's treatment plan (exercises and dry needling). I was in quite a bit of pain with the hip and back. It has greatly improved! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe case of plantar fasciitis that lasted for almost a year. The podiatrist repeatedly recommended surgery which I wanted to avoid. Blaze was my PT. He was so patient with me and was a fantastic healer. I cannot recommend Blaze high enough. He is an excellent PT and a kind person. In addition to the outstanding care I received from Blaze, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the front office. Over the course of my treatment, I had to reschedule appointments several times. I was never given grief for having to reschedule. E6 gets an A+ from this educator!

Fantastic experience: E6 Physical Therapy is a well-managed business with lots of attributes. The professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility both stand out. But most of all, the PT services were excellent! I was particularly impressed with my PT, Blaize. He carefully and methodically used his skills to develop a treatment plan that worked! Fantastic experience: After starting a brand new job and sitting for several more hours out of the day than what I was used to, my hips and back were in pretty severe pain. I work out regularly and tried everything I knew to resolve the issues, but it had started to negatively affect my new job. From the first appointment, I could tell I was in the right hands. Ted assessed my body and found the reasons for my pain. We started treatment and exercises almost immediately and I felt marked improvement after every visit. After 8 weeks, my pain was completely gone and I'm still going the exercises I was given. was released from the program but with an open door, I can always go back for a tune-up. This place is amazing! They treat every level of ability including professional athletes to the elderly with care and attention. I ONLY recommend this place for physical therapy in NM!

Fantastic experience: After I had my knee replacement I had physical therapy with Jennifer at E6. The service was phenomenal. Jennifer knew exactly what to do to help me on my road to recovery. She was very knowledgable and caring. She took her time and was patient while I worked on my therapy. Also, the facility is clean and warming. They have all the equipment needed for any type of physical therapy needed. I highly recommend E6.

Fantastic experience: E6 has turned me into a PT Evangelist! When muscle spasms and chronic back pain get me down, I rely on Jennifer to respond with an exercise regimen and dry needling. She's taught me how to cope with chronic pain. E6 is my "Happy Place."

Fantastic experience: Lower back pain, 3-4 Vicodin a day, 2 out of 3 docs want you to do Surgery. Sound familiar? Thank God Ted and the E6 Physical Therapy staff got me focused on rehab before surgery. Their PT regiment focusing on core and muscle strength has kept me off the surgery table for the past 6 years. I played D1 football and have spent plenty of time in PT clinics around the US, E6 PT is the top recommendation to all! I highly recommend E6 PT for all your rehab needs. I will continue to see their staff for rehab and maintenance needs to keep me off the surgeon's table. JA

Fantastic experience: I have Achilles tendonitis and needed PT for close to a year. Jennifer is a great, knowledgeable therapist and was a nice partner in my healing process. I also love that she can do dry needling to release my muscles - definitely value added to my visits. Jen's PT assistant Leah was also super helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated everyone at the office (Karen and Kaylee!) - so professional, friendly, and helpful. And all their covid safe practices put me at ease during the pandemic. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of E6 Physical Therapy. I was not referred to E6 but rather sought them out on my own. I was in need of someone with expertise and experience. The facility was always clean and well sanitized. The receptionists were always polite, welcoming and professional. I never had any issues with scheduling or being reminded of appointments. Mr. Esparza is truly skilled at what he does and is very dedicated to seeing his patients improve. I came to E6 in pretty bad shape and was able to change things around, with his help. Mr. Esparza brings compassion, humor and knowledge to his work. He has created a great environment where every patient feels seen and taken care of. I highly recommend dry needling for anyone experiencing nerve pain. It was the most beneficial treatment I tried that offered me pain relief and healing. The techs are great, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It is a well run facility. They have a great system down that allows for a very efficient, productive, result based experience. I would highly recommend E6 Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to E6 therapist and front desk associates! I’ve had nothing but a positive experience from anyone there! E6 run so smoothly and is so welcoming. Before going to E6 I was being seen by another therapist at another clinic which was making the pain worse and receiving injections for any little sense of pain relief. A friend who was also being seen by Ted mentioned that I should try it out I thought what the heck why not. I cannot believe how quickly my hip discomfort and restricted mobility was relieved just after a couple of months! Today I am now not requiring any injections for relief and am able to be pain-free! Thank you to E6 PT!!

Fantastic experience: The quality of treatment E6 provides to their clients is downright impressive. The physical therapist and assistant assigned to my program provided me with tremendous comfort, perspective and determination throughout each step of the plan. The employees also have a breadth of knowledge, and they closely monitor progress so that changes can be incorporated when necessary. The tips and tricks they discuss on the side in casual conservation also served as a crucial component of the treatment. Attending physical therapy at E6 resolved so many of my daily pains and hurdles, I’m pleased that my time and health were invested here.

Fantastic experience: I have found great help with my neck issues at E6 over the years. Jennifer is great and very knowledgeable! She listened and helped to answer all my questions and concerns on current and future physical therapy treatment to try and help me with my neck issues and pain. Leigha helped me with my exercises and was very nice. The facility is clean and comfortable. I never waited long when I would arrive for my appointments. E6 is a really nice place!

Fantastic experience: E6 is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, you really feel like you're in good hands walking in here. I was seen for a hip impingement and possible labral tear - I've been dealing with this for years from dancing, and the pain finally got so bad that I couldn't even do everyday activities. I was already scheduled for hip surgery and decided to do physical therapy as a Hail Mary effort to relieve my pain, or at the very least strengthen the surrounding muscles and make surgery recovery easier. My doctor referred me to E6 specifically for dry needling as he said athletes respond to it very well. Ted spent time listening to my concerns, pain levels, and pain when doing different activities in order to understand the severity of the injury. When completing assessments to determine where we would dry needle each week, I was amazed to learn that the significant pain and tightness I felt with just a slight touch around my back, hips, and thighs was actually not normal! I had felt that way for YEARS, and figured everyone else felt the same way too! We had 5 dry needling sessions combined with physical therapy over a 12-week span, and in that time I went from not being able to walk, sit, or do other daily activities without pain to being virtually pain free. I could actually feel the improvements after each session. I now have full range of motion back in my hip, increased strength, and I was even able to cancel my hip surgery! The most exciting part for me is that I can finally dance again after 5-6 years of not being able to due to hip pain and instability. I can go on daily walks now as well - this may seem trivial to some, but for someone who couldn't walk more than 5 minutes without being in excruciating pain it's a miracle! I'm so thankful for the help and compassion that Ted and everyone at E6 showed during my treatment. At 30 years old the last thing I should be worrying about is hip surgery, and thanks to Ted and his team I'm now able to live the active lifestyle that I missed out on for so long due to my injury. My injury took a piece of my identity when I couldn't dance anymore, and it's been so emotionally and physically fulfilling to be able to do what I love again. I wouldn't go anywhere else for physical therapy or dry needling - E6 really is the best!

Fantastic experience: The E6 team is AWESOME!! They are a very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable group of people. They have explained my injury and potential auxiliary factors that I need to be mindful of. The PTs I work with, Javier and Dylan, have built out a comprehensive rehabilitation plan that has been highly effective towards my recovery. After my quad tendon tear, I wasn’t sure I’d have the opportunity to get back to my old activities, and now my strength and mobility have been coming back. It has been a process, but the team has been with me every step of the way watching every rep and paying close attention to my posture and movement. I haven’t worked with any other facility that has given me this much attention which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend this place if you want to get well and learn ways to prevent future injury.

The COVID19 protocols they follow allow patients to feel comfortable and safe. When I arrived there I couldn't sit on a chair or walk without being in a lot of pain, but after some intense therapy, I could walk again and do almost 100% of my regular activities. Fantastic experience: Just completed six therapy sessions with E6 for a long time shoulder injury. I was referred by Dr. Franco at NM Orthopedics after receiving a shoulder injection. I am so happy with the E6 program plan I followed! I am still pain free, and I received an incredible amount of education and exercises from my time there. The E6 staff is extremely professional and has been very forward-leaning with COVID-19 safety measures and precautions. The experience from first visit to last was excellent. E6 is a super clean environment and maintains efficient check in/check out procedures. My physical therapist and PT assistant (Jennifer and Leah) are A-MAZ-ING. I appreciated the interaction with them, and my time spent between the two. Jennifer’s dry needling skills and deep muscle work are dynamite (downright miraculous), and Leah was a (patient) Rockstar guiding me through the exercises each session and correcting my form (often). I was always sent home with all my questions answered and exercise sheets for reference. This was by far the best PT experience I have ever had, and I have had many. I am very attentive to customer service and this place is exceptional. And of course, the outcome of physical therapy was second to none—establishing an exercise and stability routine for my specific needs to maintain after the training wheels come off. They really teach you how to fish here. And the outcome is tenfold if you put in as much effort as a patient as they put in for you.

Fantastic experience: Once you step into E6, CDC guidelines for COVID are followed. They provide a safe environment for you while you are being treated. I’ve been to E6 for treatment before and have been very satisfied with the program that Ted set up for my recovery. Ted and Matt worked on me then as they have been for my shoulder injury. They work very well together to meet the patient’s needs. Everyone there is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. At the front desk, Karen and Megan are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: This is an excellent facility! After two years of back pain and unsuccessful treatment from PT's, acupuncturists, and other therapists, I finally landed at E6 with Xavier and Dylan. They are amazing! Xavier is the first person to finally diagnose my issue and to explain both the problem and the treatment to me in a way that made sense. With his help, I am now starting to feel less pain and more mobility and confidence! Dylan, his assistant, is so encouraging, even when the exercises are difficult, and he takes the time to work with you and explain the exercises. Both Xavier and Dylan clearly care about my recovery and have not given up on me when others have. Megan and Karen, the front office staff, are kind and helpful and very efficient. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: E6 has been amazing to me. I had to completely quit running, a huge passion of mine, due to hip pain. I was referred to Ted for dry needling. He is extremely knowledgeable and has listened to my every concern. He has also tried many different therapies beyond needling to get to the bottom of my pain. I am now able to return to running and I am confident that I will be able to return to my regular fitness level. Ted and Matt have taught me countless exercised to strengthen my hip that I will continue. The staff and environment at E6 has made these treatments very enjoyable and effective. Fantastic experience: I have gone to E6 after having ligament surgery on both ankles (2 years apart). The staff is impeccable! Matthew has been my PT for both occasions and he is a great therapist. He doesn't tell you what to do and walk away -- he stays with you and makes sure you don't injure yourself or push yourself TOO hard (although, you have to work to regain the strength). The owner and head PT - Ted - does the initial overview for the first appointment and continues to watch your progress throughout the therapy. He also checks any post-surgical scabbing to ensure it is still healing well. I love all of the machinery and other equipment that is available to help strengthen my ankles (and my balance!). The office staff is very nice, friendly, and professional. Their COVID practices are also extremely thorough and safe. I will always recommend my friends and family to go to E6 for any PT.

Fantastic experience: I loved my time at E-6 PT. From the very first phone call to the very last appointment. I went 2 times a week for 6 weeks and let me just say my first visit after my surgery to repair 2 tendons I didn’t know what to expect and was terrified. Xzavier (pronounced Javier ) was my therapist he made me feel very comfortable and in great hands. I asked 1000 questions and he patiently answered every one of them, and every appointment I had more questions and I complained some too however he never made me feel like I was a bother. D’lyn (pronounced Dylan) is a pt assistant and was just as kind and patient with me each visit. From the very first appointment I watched him become more and more confident in his skills. What a great team! Oh yea and I can’t leave Matt out , I got a smile outta him a couple times! All in all my experience there was great everyone is very professional and accommodating. Fantastic experience: I began therapy at E6 in late January 2019 for multiple ligament tears and a fracture in my knee from soccer. Xavier and Dylan have been my primary handlers and have been AMAZING! Both very knowledgeable, understanding, and personable to make the experience enjoyable as well as push me to be better than I was before. I enjoy and look forward to appointments while learning more and progressing back to 100% with this team no matter how long it takes. Front desk staff have great customer service skills and go above and beyond to accommodate in a friendly and personal way for a comfortable feel. There is also plenty of other positive interaction with the rest of the staff (Ted, Jenn, Matt and Leah) who are all great! Overall, the entire team at E6 go above and beyond and help their patients well-being in a non-hurried positive environment. i would recommend to anyone recovering from an injury, surgery or wishing to get stronger/better.
