Fantastic experience: I'm giving a 5 star review for the staff, which is arguably the most important component of a rehabilitation facility. They work hard, are attentive to questions and details, and most importantly care about their patients. They show kindness, even for guests who could be at times a tad difficult. It's evident the moment you enter they need more staff and could benefit from some modernization. The staff works at a very fast pace, but they get the job done. Don’t let first appearances throw you, we had a wonderful experience there. Overall I'm really happy with the care my mom got, and so was she.

Positive experience: The only down side was the visitor registration with their AI Surveilance set up. Very creepy to have to do that, just to visit a loved one. The rest of the visit was top notch. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: One of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen. And the security was amazing. I would feel safe to have any relative there or myself.

Positive experience: The sign in process is a bit strange but for the protection of my mom and the other elderly people there it's good. The staff is really really nice to me and my husband. As for my mom she didn't say much but when we got there today she had just been transferred from Lovelace Women's Hospital.

Positive experience: The staff is nice enough, mostly kind and genuine people. Several are typically sunny and cheery. It's hard to find a place that doesn't leave you wondering if your loved one will be okay on their own. I feel okay leaving my loved one alone in the care of the staff. She hits the bell and someone shows up. I was told when researching facilities to stop in and smell the place unannounced. It smells good and is kept clean along with the residence. The shower situation is not ideal. It would serve the more independent bather well to replace or repair the heads and add a standing hieght and sitting hieght shower head holder. An appropriate shelf to place shampoos, soap and shavers would be extremely helpful. The space is large and not kept warm enough. If you or your loved one are diabetic. .this might not be the place for you. They serve high carbs and in every meal,. Med controlled diabetes with little to no attempt by the facility to offer or prepare a diabetic diet for the diabetic. Having said all of the above, my loved one has her brains intact, she is very happy there, her rehab is consistent and the staff has been generally sweet and caring while pushing her to work hard at getting well.
