Fantastic experience: I'm James Lang I've been residing at Canyon Transitional Rehab since March 2 of 2022 ive had a few setbacks but considering my injury its expected. I can't express my appreciation for the entire staff since I have been here as I'm still here I give respect and therefore I'm respected back some say I m spoiled LoL Im the President of the Residents Council I talk to everyone I can regarding their experiences complaining or compliments I address them accordingly. Ive made so many friends from the front entrance to the exit as housekeeping laundry and kitchen staff. Unfortunately our this facility is short staffed and the key word is patience but some don't think that way or understand that but All in all I apologize for any negativity I might have written but I am very grateful for the care I have rec'd since day one and it has been a year from therapy without them I would not have come this far I'm walking on a walker which makes me happy Many of the Nurses CNAs Staff treat you as if you are their family which has made my journey more bearable as they care about the people more than just the paycheck. As for that I believe I'm done Thank you again Canyon Transitional Rehab I wouldn't ever want to go through this again but the staff made me feeled loved and cared about Thank you Sincerely James Lang

Fantastic experience: I worked at Canyon for 7 months as the Human Resource Manager and I had a great experience. If I could have stayed longer, I would have. The company culture is very positive and supportive, and my colleagues were all friendly and helpful. I learned a lot from my manager, administrator and other members of the team, and I was always challenged to grow and develop my skills. One of the things I appreciated most about Canyon was the commitment to work-life balance. The company offers flexible work arrangements, and I was always able to take time off when I needed it. Overall, I had a great experience working at Canyon. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding career in Healthcare. Those who are looking for patient services, you can rest assured that Canyon treats their staff well and employs a happy and skilled staff which correlates to a great experience for you as a patient/resident.

Fantastic experience: My aunt had a pacemaker placed, and sent to Canyon for rehabilitation. She’s enjoying her stay. Her only complaints were the long time it takes for nurses to respond and the food. Lol, they aren’t that bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our visits. Facility is beautiful and welcoming.

Positive experience: I did smell when I went in for facility urination but the cafeteria in the openness of the place plus the room sizes are nice and the staff is great but I feel cleaning could be a little bit better. Or at least possibly a spray in the air to keep it from smelling that way or filter inside blowing clean air.

Fantastic experience: I was unfamiliar with your facility and the location thereof so I called to get destructions to Canyon Rehab. Unable to put the address on my car GPS ( not having received instructions for this feature) I was feeling frustrated since I would have to stop the car and call the operator once again. Unfortunately I did not ask the correct questions when I called but low and behold I had my phone and somehow I found your facility! I was extremely impressed with the entire program from the sign in to the location of my uncle's room.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Canyon has been welcoming and helpful in getting my mother settled in. Specifically Shakel, Monica and Donna have been instrumental in making sure things worked smoothly, making insurance changes and handling other details while quickly meeting short deadlines. The nursing staff including Brian, Matthew and Marisa remained attentive to my mother’s care during my prolonged absence abroad. Marisa even called me with an update after mom’s visit to the ER. I can’t thank you all enough!

Fantastic experience: The staff are wonderful! One in particular is, Monica, who has gone out of her way to make sure that our uncle had what he needed and has gone the extra mile. My uncle is very pleased with the care that he's received!

Fantastic experience: I love going to the Canyon transitional rehab center! Staff is Always so amazing! Receptionist Donna always has a smile on her face and willing to help. The admission coordinator Jonathan, the social worker Shelley, the Nurse Carlos And Monica the billing office manager are always so friendly and willing to help. Pauletta, the Activity director is amazing as well!

Fantastic experience: Your rehab center is amazing, the staff was great! I enjoyed my visit with my sister. She is so happy and told me that everyone is so polite and helpful, she's making amazing progress. Everyone is so positive. Whatever you're doing keep doing. GOD Bless You All!!

Fantastic experience: Canyon Transitional Rehabilitation Center has the best COVID team available, very professional staff, social worker very professional, meal were very healthy and alternative as well, therapist was very positive and gave me the motivation for PT, overall experience...excellent

Fantastic experience: I was in the facility for a month and a half. I am extreamly thankful for all the staff helping me get well and be able to return home. The staff in the rehab deparment was the best. The cliniacal staff was amazing. The communication was great when changes were made to my treatment and care. Thank you Blane and Sarah from rehab. Thank you Diane, Chris and Patrick my nurses! Thank you Jessica, Anayela and Tianna my CNAs. Thank you EVERYONE who has helped me both with personal care and discharging planning, Shelly and Monica.

Fantastic experience: The facility is awesome. The social worker was amazing she showed so much compassion for the residents, I believe her name was Jodie. My aunt was in the facility for a short period but they helped her get better. Thank you all so so so much!!!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Canyon Transitional Rehabilitation Center for excellent experience for my love one. CTRC staff was very professional, amazing therapist, the center maintained a clean facility, meals were nutritious and same with the alternatives, the best COVID team in my area, social works were very professional with all concerns. Thank you CTRC.

Fantastic experience: My dad was transfered here from Lovelace. The staff here gave more attention to my dad then the other facility. From the front desk to the providers everyone was so caring and helpful. All of our questions were always answered. We felt confident we were leaving my dad in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Canyon is a beautiful facility with a friendly staff. Great customer service. I was greeted with a huge smile from receptionist who was willing to show me where I needed to go. Admissions director was very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. When I entered the therapy room staff was friendly and smiling as well, Great energy.
