Fantastic experience: Something you may not hear everyday, I actually look forward to therapy! I had a recent ankle replacement. The level of care and expertise shown by my therapist Miranda, with a call-out to Kyle whom I've also worked with, is above and beyond. The Team members, all of them, are fun, caring, personable, and make me feel important. They have helped my healing process move forward without any issues. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I have thus far been taking great care of; especially today by the gentleman Mr. Bob. I have severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and back ECT.. due to an accident I was in. I walked out of the office today; able to actually put my book bag on with out having to strenuously put the effort I had to before my accident. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at Medstar Health Merritt Blvd Physical therapy. I have been there for several therapy needs staff is very professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for professional Physical therapy this is the place.

Fantastic experience: The Physical Therapy Suite at Dundalk is awesome. The front desk staff is professional and welcoming. The PT and PTA staff are experienced and listen to their patients. The cleanliness is top drawer. All equipment is wiped down immediately after use, the area is neat and well maintained. I am very satisfied with the therapy sessions and the encouragement i receive. All equipment exercises are explained and the goal to achieve. The therapy exercises are one on one. Exercises to be done at home are explained and demonstrated before leaving the session. Everyone is compassionate and kind.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. As I walked to the therapist who was waiting for me, she was already noticing the height of my cane and how I was using it. She was pointing things out to me before I even made it to the exam room. I learned so much in the first hour that I was there. The whole staff is caring, competent, and patient. I am having a great experience!

Fantastic experience: The secretaries at the front desk are always welcoming and accommodating when scheduling or asking questions. The therapist and assistants are professional, compassionate and take the time to assure you understand how to properly perform the exercises without harming your recovery.

Haana is a very good physical therapist but also a great person and hard-working but also the assistances are very good a polite. Everyone did their part to help me get better. Fantastic experience: The physical, occupational and speech therapist were phenomenal. I graduated today and I am happy with my progress. I had two speech therapist named Amanda and Laura was my Physical and Occupational therapist. I am so great-full and I appreciate the positive feedback that I received from each of those therapist. This is one of the best rehabilitation facilities that I have attended. The whole staff was wonderful and patient especially the receptionists and the assistants in therapy in the back. This is a prime example of excellent teamwork. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: The team at Medstar Dundalk is The Best. They treat you as if you are a family member. The love they show each and every one when you are there for your therapy is out of this world. I have never been to another therapy facility that put so much care into you back to where you were before your injury. The ladies and Bob works and challenge you to get your strength back. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a couple months now and everyone has been so great and friendly..As for the therapist Kim is who I see the most, but have also seen Stacey and Starrla as well. These ladies are wonderful and continue to help me as my doctor just recently gave me another order for additional therapy. I also want to recognize Amber and Katherine for all the help they do with assisting the therapists. Also, want to point out the receptionist Devon has also been a great help with getting my medical insurance straightened out as well as providing me with papers I needed for my job. Fantastic experience: MedStar Physical Therapy at Dundalk is truly a lovely place. All of the staff are friendly and kind. I have been to multiple physical therapy places in my rounds of trying to become independent with my disability and truly the people here are on a whole other level. My therapist, Tori, was so kind but she pushed me to do my very best. It was amazing. She was absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: Hello I went in for a simple MRI and had to get emergency back surgery, having 4 disk fused I was in need of a lot of Thearpy! They were so awesome at MedStar Physical Thearpy I only had to stay for 4days and they had me up and running to the point I went home early! Thanks for the Professionalism and Attention to detail they help me get out of there quick! Thank You All!

Fantastic experience: How to you begin to thank people who have encouraged, taught and cheer me on to restore my ability again? From the moment you enter you are greeted by Donna and Devin who check you in and check on you and how I have been doing. The therapist... Bob, Karen, Stacey were all professional and skillful in making me stronger and restore my balance to walk and return to my job. The team of techs ... Amber, Kathy and Troy complement each other in running the facility and supplying the restorative ice and heat treatments after each session. I am so very thankful the gift of their service and treatments. I arrived in a wheelchair, progressed to a walker, then a cane and graduated hands free and balanced to walk and return to ADL's and job. God Bless each and every one for all that you do.

Fantastic experience: I attended Medstar for physical therapy from April to June for my neck and shoulder. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. I teach business at a university and Medstar had one of the best teams I have seen in a long time. Everyone worked together beautifully. They all made their clients feel special or at least they did this client. Their warm mannerisms yet expert care was phenomenal. Even the girls at the front desk were very welcoming to patients. Everyone worked together so well that it makes you glad you’re there. All of the therapists were extremely skilled in their practice abs knowledges about what works. I had the pleasure of working with several of them and loved them all. Starla was my primary therapist I would highly recommend her to everyone. She did an excellent job with me. I also had the pleasure of having Stacey who’s philosophy is to treat her patients like family and Karen who is an excellent therapist and good with patients. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Bob who has a beautiful sense of humor and personality and could make anyone smile. Everything they did has greatly helped me and I’m just grateful.

Fantastic experience: Im always a little skiddish about going to appts. I feel so relaxed and comfortable. From entering the office to leaving, there is such a wonderful, compassionate group of ladies. They speak to you like your family. Always a warm greeting, and by name. Fantastic experience: I went to MedStar for vertigo. I was immediately greeted upon entering from very friendly front desk staff. Torri was my therapist, she was awesome. Very friendly and upbeat and very knowledgable and professional. I felt much better after the visit. Would highly recommend this place and torri.

Fantastic experience: I recently had ACL/meniscus surgery nearly 8 weeks ago. I’ve gone to this PT location for 7 weeks and they’ve all treated me amazing. From the ladies at the desk, to the therapists working the magic. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of therapists — Stacey (instilled courage and confidence in me that I was able and ready for walking without crutches) Tori (tens machine master! Knows how to get those contractions going!) Bob (very good at stretching) and Starla (kind, professional and informative) — they’ve all shown how wonderful they are at their profession in different ways. This has been an amazing experience so far from what started off as a miserable one, thanks to surgery. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Tori my therapist for vertigo she is patient and kind to me. She allows me to take my time with different exercises and helped to set up my additional appointments. They are very conscientious about disinfecting and keeping a safe environment for our therapy sessions.

Fantastic experience: Went to MedStar PT after my shoulder replacement and wanted to complement Kimberly Morrison and Starria Donavanik for their expertise in their field of therapy. It was not a cake walk but with hard work and determination after 5 weeks I can honestly say without this excellent organization I would not have the use of my shoulder that I have today! All the employees were great, from the front desk to the exercise room. I was treated with respect from everyone and observed the compliment staff always courteous and determined to keep the room sanitized. Thank you all and keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so very nice. The entire group sincerely cares for each patient. My therapist is very knowledgeable. He makes sure that I understand each exercise. I really enjoy going. Unfortunately I pressed the one star button. I wanted to give five stars. I would like to give ten stars but it doesn’t go up that far.

Fantastic experience: After four months of PT for rotator cuff surgery, I can say this place is the best. The entire staff was very friendly. I worked with four different therapists (Karen, Starrla, Bob and Stacey) and they were all knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I’m on the road to recovery and I’m very thankful for everything they taught me to continue my PT at home. I highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: This is my third time I have visited MedSTAR physical therapy on Merritt Boulevard Dundalk. Laura and staff are excellent and once again I am on the road to recovery. Would recommend this group to anyone. The staff is extremely efficient and the physical therapists are top notch. Laura is the best physical therapist that I have ever had the pleasure of working with me.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I really enjoyed meeting Amanda Gray. She is so nice but very professional. Ms. Gray is currently helping my husband who had a stroke a couple weeks ago. He really likes working with her she challenges him.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience at medstar dundalk. I’ve work with 3 physical therapists at this location. I felt all were professional, compassionate towards my pain and cared about me as a person. In my first episode of care I worked with 2 physical therapists and liked the collaboration they brought to my care. In my 2nd episode of care I worked with the same pt throughout. I appreciated the patient information that was imparted throughout so that I can better understand what’s going on with my body and how to prevent it in the future. Talked about proper mechanics and learned which stretches were targeting different body parts. The pt I worked with in my 2nd episode of care was flexible with treatment plan and would modify based off of were I was experiencing pain. Thankful for this group of ladies

I had lots of places to choose from in Baltimore city, and my experience for hand therapy has been amazing. I am hoping for the best result and really glad I am in such a good place.

Fantastic experience: So pleased with Amanda Gray, Speech Pathologist. Husband failed a barium swallow test while in the hospital with recurring pneumonia. Amanda she taught him so many exercises to help with the swallowing problem. SInce exercises are the only help for this problem, what she did was so important to keep him from having pneumonia so often. She was emphatic that if he did not do the exercises, she could not help him. He was the only one that could help. While emphatic, she was also fun with teaching the exercises and kept us laughing at every visit. Thanks to Amanda, he passed his swallow test the other day and now doesn't have to thicken all liquids. We can't thank Amanda enough for making this journey as enjoyable as possible and helping with a major problem!

Fantastic experience: Ms. Tori and Ms. Karen were great. I lost my right triceps muscle for 2 months and had intense neck and shoulder pain after a fall. First off, they were open. During this COVID period, I called several other PT and this was the one that my surgeon recommended. I was assessed and encouraged. I was given exercises to do on my own and the results were amazing. The last two nights a swam for over an hour and a half. While there is weakness, my muscles are on their way. They also helped me with my posture, and although I might have to live with the crick in my neck, I can now walk 8 miles, or cut vegetables for 15 minutes without pain. The exercises strengthened my arm and they had this electric gizmo that helped to stimulate my arm.

Fantastic experience: Having a degenerative disease since birth, I'm all too familiar with Physical Therapy and to be honest based on my previous experiences with other MedStar facilities I was hesitant to obtain PT here. I have never been happier to be wrong. The staff at MedStar Health PT at Dundalk are well educated, professional, and take a collaborative approach to help you during you recovery process. They are also very cautious and follow all of the recommendations to keep staff and patients safe. Although I have worked with a few others there through the holidays, my primary therapist is Laura Long. She is GREAT! She demonstrates the ability to think on her feet and be amendable to her patients needs. I would highly recommend this facility.
