Fantastic experience: Elite physical therapy is awesome! Great location in the heart of Baltimore Maryland Harbor East, I received excellent treatment and care. This year I trained for the Olympic and made it as far as the Olympic Trials in Eugene Oregon! The Physical therapist at Elite Physical Therapy really listen to you and make ever effort to make you feel better! The staff there are really caring folks!

Fantastic experience: Elite PT is the best physical therapy clinic in Maryland. The expertise and demeanor of the therapists make this a truly special place. Caroline Queale has so much experience and totally transformed my life. I was in constant agony before, and now I feel like a whole new person. The dry needling technique she does is so cool. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Elite PT is AWESOME! Every single member of the staff is invested in helping to achieve your rehab goals. As an avid runner being sidelined after foot surgery was hard, made harder by lack of progress with my flexibility, the team at Elite PT had been amazing. They treat holistically and look at the whole person, their entire physical history, what brought you to them, and what you want to be able to do again when you leave. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: The team at Elite PT is amazing. During the three years that they've been at the MAC, I've been to them several times with various running injuries. Every time, they've been able to get me back to running quickly through their treatment options including deep tissue massage, dry-needling, and injury-prevention exercise programs. Every therapist has a specialty but they all work together to make sure their patients get back to normal...and even better!

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky (unlucky?) enough to need lots of physical therapy in my life from various sports and general overuse injuries. Elite PT is honestly the best practice I have been to, and I would recommend them to anyone with any type of injury. Everyone here, from the front desk staff to the therapists, are amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and consistently show that they truly care about you, your injury, and getting you back to full health. I have definitely received a noticeably higher level of care , compared to other therapists I have seen at other practices. Fantastic experience: The gold standard of physical therapy. This place is honestly a hidden gem. I have never been to such a dynamic PT. The staff are incredible and treat each patient individually instead of just seeing the injury they have. In the past I dreaded PT but now look forward to it. I feel like the Elite staff really are invested in the patient improvements and returning to "normal" activities.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Stefan! He quickly assessed what was going on with my knee and gave me some exercises to address the issue. A few weeks later, I ran my marathon pain-free. I will definitely return here if I have any more issues!

Fantastic experience: This facility has thought of every aspect of needs for their clients/patients… even the aspects outside of their location. In light of the heightened fear of crime affecting the community in downtown Baltimore, I found myself nervous to choose Elite PT as my physical therapy location… based on their location. Let me give it to you straight, SUPER SAFE. They have a parking garage connected directly to their office, out of your car, onto an enclosed elevator directly to their office, and they pay for the majority of the parking fee (you pay $2.00). It’s a direct drive, with very few turns. I am so glad that I chose Elite and did not allow my fear to get the better of me because the care provided is thoughtful, clean, and last but not least EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD OF CARE. All fears have been extinguished due to their high level of thoughtfulness towards providing care for the total health of their clients/patients. But mostly it’s the fact that because of their stellar knowledge of the body and how it works I am feeling close to 100% better/stronger. Thank you ELITE.

Fantastic experience: Elite PT is the best! Staff is always friendly and truly goes above and beyond to make sure I feel welcome and that my recovery and physical therapy needs are addressed effectively and responsibly, including keeping things COVID-19 safe. With COVID-19, I am sure I am not alone in saying I fell out of my normal routine and that was definitely impacting me physically and mentally. THANKFULLY Elite PT is ESSENTIAL and open and helps me to stay positive and motivated to keep moving! Thank you ELITE PT!

Fantastic experience: I have started physical therapy at elite physical therapy about a couple weeks ago. Stefan is my primary physical therapist and my experience with him has been nothing but delightful. He's very good at what he does and honestly my condition has been improving at a quicker rate than I expected. He's very personable as well and kind. Full disclosure, I find myself telling him things about me and I'm typically the type who is able to get people to talk to me. Lol. But do not get it twisted, he is stern and will push you if he knows you're capable of more than what you're giving. I definitely recommend this facility and staff of you're looking for some high grade physical therapy!

As a musician my body is part of my livelihood and being able to do what I love again without pain is life changing. Everyone here is incredibly kind and helpful. Fantastic experience: I am so glad I came to Elite to work on my shoulder problems!! All of the staff, from reception to the techs to the entire PT staff, are wonderful. You get a lot of quality time with the PTs and the techs are great at cuing you on your exercises and keeping good form (and keeping things positive!). They listened to my concerns carefully and made sure I was a partner in the care plan. I worked with 3 different PTs and each of them was fantastic, working on my problem form a different angle, and my ultimate discharge program includes exercises from all 3 of them. It is a very collaborative place and I looked forward to my visits there, knowing I would make progress and would be with kind people. They also challenged me and pushed me a bit harder (which is what I needed) to do well. I feel very fortunate to have landed here.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have been treated at some well respected physical therapy practices. Elite PT in Baltimore's Harbor East is by far the best. The therapists are well trained. The practice has a friendly atmosphere. And most important, each one hour session includes a full half hour of skillfully administered manual therapy. In addition to which, the therapists are good at helping the patient understand the underlying issues involved and the rationale for specific ways of dealing with those issues.

Fantastic experience: On my first inital visit I met my PT Ms. Allison and I was excited about the plans she has for me to walk due to osteoarthritis. My second visit was awesome, Ms. Mya PT worked with me with exercises then Ms. Allison PT worked balance exercises which I really need as well. I totally look forward to my other visits to regain strength, energy and possible lose weight also with this new mindset. Look out world!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Elite! At 25 years old, I was dealing with hip pain so bad I could no longer do my favorite activity running. Within 2.5 months, I went from not being able to run a mile without pain to making my way back towards a 10k! I worked mostly with Stefan, who was great and attentive towards my concerns. They also have a really friendly & knowledgeable intern crew to help with your exercises. I would highly recommend Elite PT.

Fantastic experience: Elite PT really helped me work out a work injury and sent me home more confident in my abilities/ form thanks to exercises and tips to not only undo the damage I did, but build better habits. I learned more in two months about proper form than I have my whole life, and will help me work smarter not harder in the future. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the BEST physical therapists I have ever had the pleasure to know! I had extreme pain in my back to the point where I lost sleep, work, and a lot of movement. Caroline and the rest of the team treated my issue with the personalized care I needed to make sure EVERYTHING we worked on was for my benefit. Seriously, this group of talented PTs are life savers to me. Being in pain and having lack of movement can be very scary and stressful, but I felt so comforted by the professionalism and kindness of this team. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Elite PT was wonderful when helping me recover from a shoulder injury. Due to the pandemic, all of our sessions had to occur over telemedicine, but even with just the equipment in my house we were able to create a regiment that helped me rebuild strength in a way where I noticed my recovery within a few weeks. I bet they are even better in person!

Fantastic experience: I walked into Elite PT very discouraged and in so much pain that would wake me up at night. For two years, I got no permanent relief for my tendonitis from ibuprofen, cortisone shots or the advice of previous professionals. The entire team here helped get to the root of the pain and tremendously improved my range of motion and strength. Allison has been excellent in patiently trying out different techniques and changing up my exercises as I improved. Caroline is an expert in needling and lessened my pain after each session. They always have great PT assistants who are knowledgable and trustworthy. Rhonnie is hands down is the sweetest person to greet you when you come in and is always prompt whenever I needed additional documents/receipts/parking validation. All in all, after having had a chance to work with every therapist in this group for 5 months, I can finally say I'm 100% pain free! Physical therapy is not always something that gives immediate relief. You do have to be patient and diligent with following directions, but it has been wonderful to be able to trust and see excellent results through the help of these kind and caring professionals.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, and the staff have the kindest, most down-to-earth and knowledgeable people. I originally went to another place for PT but switched because their prices were competitive. They really took the time to go over every concern I had and would track my progress with each session, also taking notes every meeting on how I was doing outside of our sessions. Their exercises were challenging and beneficial. I ended up fixing the problem I originally went in for but stayed for weeks longer because I was able to focus on so many other things that contributed to the original injury, improving strength and flexibility overall. I cannot give this place enough high praise!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Elite PT because my leg was in a great deal of pain. Caroline knew there was something more that needed to be done after working with me, and was able to get me a diagnosis of my underlying issue. After surgery they took such great care of me! They treat you like family...seriously the best around! I highly recommend Elite if you need PT!

Fantastic experience: There isn't enough words to describe how great Elite PT is! I had meniscus surgery and was looking for a really good PT place. I've had surgery on my other knee years prior and the recovery wasn't pleasant. Elite has made this experience so much better than my last one. They are so knowledgeable. They really care about getting you better. They also challenge you, which is very important! Allison is AMAZING. I've seen all of them and they are all equally great. Plus, Parking is very easy. I recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Elite PT after a car accident. They have provided outstanding care that's carefully planned for my needs and personable. As a teacher, I love their flexible hours. They even support my classroom with supplies, and have partnered with my school to provide uniforms and funds for field trips!

Fantastic experience: Allison is awesome! She is one of the 3 main physical therapists there at Elite PT, which is located conveniently inside my gym. I started seeing her about 3 months ago for a sprained ankle and associated muscle tightness and weakness on that leg. She was able to identify the problems right away and used a variety of exercises, muscle release techniques, and electrical stims to help me strengthen that leg/ankle. She has discharged/graduated me from her treatment after 3 months, and I'm very happy with the return of my strength and pain relief on that leg. It was always a pleasure to talk to her during our sessions too, she is efficient, effective, but also very personable and fun to talk to. In addition, she works with all the other staff members to help me with exercises, and everyone is super nice, helpful, and fun. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about Elite PT. They have helped me recover now from two sports injuries. I've had PT in the past for other issues and feel the therapists and assistants at Elite PT have done therapy that's been much more effective. They develop personal treatment plans and use modalities including dry needling and manual therapy that are so much more than just exercises. I feel that they're very attentive to my individual needs and goals. And they are all a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: I just "graduated" from Elite PT after working with Allison for the past 2.5 months and can't recommend both Allison and Elite PT Baltimore enough! Allison helped me rehab my running injuries while also giving me all the tools I need to get stronger, continue to run, and stay injury free. Each time I came in Allison had come up with new exercises for me to do and she was always thinking of how to progress me even further. Allison, along with the entire Elite PT staff, is very personable, which made coming to PT something I looked forward to. I will definitely return with any other injures that pop up!

Fantastic experience: I have had several experiences at Elite PT with Caroline and her staff. Whether is was after knee surgery, with back pain, or plantar fasciitis they developed a rehab plan for me that got me back to working out quickly. Caroline and Allison are true pros that and both comprehensive and thoughtful in their approach. A true pleasure to work with. Btw, they also have a good sense of humor which helps when you are working hard at rehab.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Elite PT for about a year, with varying frequency, as I worked back from an ACL reconstruction. I’ve worked with all of the therapists there and they’re all knowledgeable and attentive to me. My experience with Elite has morphed based on my needs; from post-surgical rehab and hands on therapy to a more advisory role, helping to identify my body’s weaknesses and targeting them to improve my strength and balance. I recommend giving Caroline and her staff a chance no matter what ails you.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Elite PT in Baltimore's Harbor East neighborhood has been an essential component in my recovery. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my hip and have been primarily seeing Caroline, Allison, and Alyssa at Elite to aid in my long-term recovery and to help correct the poor stabilization patterns caused from the pain in my joint. We have done dry needling, manual work, and pool therapy amongst other techniques. Everyone here truly cares and wants to give you a fantastic experience and the best results possible. The facility itself is connected to the Maryland Athletic Club, which gives Elite PT easy access to specialized equipment and resources that are not found in most gyms (such as the Matrix running machine and salt water pool therapy for low impact on the joints). I'm also grateful for their extended hours! They offer nighttime appointments and Saturday appointments as well, so this makes my PT scheduling easier to coordinate with work. Thanks to Elite PT I am well on my way to recovery, and I couldn't be more excited and grateful!

The manual therapy has been crucial to relieving the pain along the way and the one on one attention really sets them apart from other Physical Therapy clinics that I've been to in the past. Fantastic experience: Prior to seeing Caroline and her amazing team at Elite PT, I dealt with 13 years of chronic back pain. I saw several doctors and other physical therapists, but no one had an answer for me, until Caroline. In 3 minutes, Caroline had diagnosed my issue, and after three sessions, I was 100% pain free. I cannot express how nice it was to get the personal attention, and care, Elite PT offers. Highly recommend.
