Fantastic experience: I suffered a very crazy fracture and thanks to Emily and the PT assistants, I am back to walking without assistance. One of the main goals was to maneuver the stairs without the terrifying fear of falling again and now we have success. I absolutely love the therapists/Doctors here, each therapist is intune with the patients and is always concerned about the patients comfort level but is there to take you the next level when you are ready. I have been treated here twice and will return here..even though the Rehab Center is an hour away from my location. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: My therapist Christopher was so polite so gentle with me as he helped me do my physical therapy he knew I was in pain and he did everything he could to help get the spasms out of my arm. I would definitely refer this facility to anybody who needs therapy they go out of their way for you every staff member is so caring and understanding there.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is. From the time you walk in the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. When you go back for therapy the therapist's are fantastic. I work primarily with Samantha. She is very knowledgeable and works you at your pace and pushes just enough to get you moving around and doing your best. When she is with another client I get seen by other therapist's who are just as good. This team is outstanding and I'm already further along after having hip surgery than my doctor expected. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I spent 3 months in therapy. Had excellent care and also found all the staff friendly and very professional. Facility had great equipment and was clean as well. I highly recommend this group for any therapy needs that you have. Well worth the 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Billings is some kind of magician. My recurring Achilles problem has been bothering me for years (including prior rounds of PT) and in literally one appointment with lots of ankle activation, my symptoms, inflammation, and pain have dropped to negligible levels. Continuing to work through the treatment process, but early results are astounding. I'm super excited to get back to long trail runs and track workouts.

Fantastic experience: My experience was wonderful. My physical therapist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my rehabilitation. I highly recommend Med Stars South Baltimore location. Everyone one I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. This included my doctor, Dr. Simmons, and my PT Lindsay Crossing. All other staff were a pleasure to meet and interact with. If I ever need physical therapy again I know that I want to return this wonderful team of caregivers.

Fantastic experience: Wow, so impressed with Samantha King!! I had a stubborn foot injury from running and yoga and was referred to Sam by another physical therapist and sports medicine doctor who recommended Sam as a foot and running specialist. She immediately zeroed in on the underlying causes and developed a strength and flexibility plan that got me back on my feet. (And this was during covid-19, so all our appointments were virtual.) I can’t recommend Sam highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been seen at MedStar Physical Therapy (S. Baltimore) through two joint replacement surgeries. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I never feel like "a number." I always feel like the staff cares.

Fantastic experience: First time going to physical therapy and I have to say this has been such a pleasant experience. I was a bit nervous and had no idea what to expect but so glad I was able to work with physical therapist, Steve Osovsky. He was attentive, personable and really took the time to answer any questions I had. Each appointment I can say I felt better about going in and knew he was able to address any questions I had. Also, I would like to say that I appreciate the suggestions he gave in maintaining what we practiced on a daily basis. I am happy to have integrated the movements learned over the past couple of weeks. It’s helping!! Thanks again Steve for providing genuine care and support!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best PT experience I’ve had thanks to Emily and the rest of the staff I worked with. Emily couldn’t have been more patient and attentive. She listened to every issue I had with my injury, gave me exercises that addressed those specific issues and she explained any questions I had. PT has been such a positive experience not only because I’ve achieved my PT goals but because Emily made it fun and never failed to make me laugh. I’m so grateful to Emily for all the progress I’ve made. To everyone else I works with - you all have been awesome and thank you for helping me remember what exercises I was supposed to be doing. Fantastic experience: They do what most other PT facilities can not do and have different approaches and strategies for muscle/injury recovery. Just when I thought I wouldn't recover more then 80% post surgery they found ways to help me break through. I am grateful!

Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant about going to therapy after my head injury but the Physical therapist Emily Coates made me feel right at home. She is definitely a angel in disguised. Emily handled me with kid gloves at first but she dug right into me and put me on track for healing. I miss her dearly and hope she misses me as I miss her. Emily really touched my heart and made me feel welcomed. The assistant that helped Emily and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed working with the physical therapy staff. My injury wasn’t severe, but they treated it seriously from day one. Fantastic experience: The trainers at Med Star are all great , Emily who I seen for my Concussion is Very sweet person and takes the time to get to know you on a personal level . You feel like family when you are there . It’s such a great environment they have here ! Hats off to each and everyone of them .

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Medstar Physical Therapy! I worked with Emily Coates and couldn’t have been happier with our interaction and with the progress I made after my rotator cuff surgery. I started PT at the height of the pandemic scare in March but everything was handled so well, I never worried about being in the facility. Highly recommend this facility and Emily in particular!

Fantastic experience: Chadd is the best therapist ever. My wife has used his services for both of her hip replacements and was back to normal activities within 5weeks.
