Fantastic experience: My brother has been a rehab patient at North End Rehab for about 2 months. I find the facility to be very clean and the staff to be congenital and helpful. My brother has a private room that is spacious, which is nice when we visit him. The rehab specialists have gone out of their way to keep me informed. My only complaint is the limited parking available, however, that is part and parcel for the North End.

Fantastic experience: Folks have really shown my mother a lot of compassion with her care at the North End Rehab. People really seem to truly care about my moms well being. The facility is very clean and the meals she receives are hot and nourishing. I would highly recommend this facility for your love ones.

Fantastic experience: The food was so authentic and delicious! I grew up in an Italian neighborhood with parents who were Irish and English. It was a saving grace to eat at all of my friends homes. The aromas filled their kitchens and and their fabulous food filled my belly. Thank you for bring back all those wonderful memories with your delicious Italian recipes. Meredith

Fantastic experience: The staff prepared a room for a birthday party for my Uncle who has been in the facility for a couple of weeks now. The people working at North End rehab went out of their way to show my Uncle some love. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: One of my friends is staying here and had her own spacious room and nice bright sunny big window. When I checked in the man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer and explained the whole checkin process. Upstairs the staff was super friendly as well. Thank you for all you do for patients and keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I visited North End Rehab today and found the facility to be clean with plenty of space for rehab and for families to visit. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Patient care was an obvious focus and providing the medical and physiological services needed to advance and promote the best outcomes were coordinated amongst all levels of the care team and staff. Very impressive.

Ed Cormier, Director of Admissions made the admission process so easy and was responsive, helpful and just great. The services provided while my Dad was there were equally great. Fantastic experience: The North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a long-term supporter and partner of the ABCD North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center (NE/WE NSC). We can always count on them for monthly congregate meals, sweets and treats, and donations of scarves, sanitizers, masks, and more for the seniors that we serve. Staff from the North End Rehabilitation and & Healthcare Center has come out multiple times to do workshops (pre-COVID!) to explain the various services they offer to the community for both inpatient and outpatient care. They have also brightened clients' days with arts and crafts classes and other fun and engaging events during the pandemic such as take and prepare your own pizza. Staff including Sami, Ed, and Karen are familiar and friendly faces in the neighborhood and truly care for the community.

Fantastic experience: By far one of the best rehabilitation centers I've been to thus far. I have spent a good portion of this year touring many of them within the Greater Boston area. This entire facility is extremely clean and very well maintained. My grandfather has been a patient here for a little over 6 months now, and the staff has been nothing but helpful! They all go above and beyond to ensure that he is well taken care of and feels as comfortable as he would in his own home. This center goes to maximum lengths to provide immense quality of care, well beyond many homes you'd typically find. I notice every time I visit just how genuine and dedicated each and every staff member of this facility are to their patients. It can be a stressful time when trying to go through the motions of finding a facility, but they have a very knowledgeable staff who makes the entire process a breeze. There is no better feeling than having my grandfather in a facility that I know I can trust and feel confident with him being at. Thank you so much North End Rehab & Healthcare for making this stressful time so much easier! I will recommend you to everyone I know that is looking for a reliable facility for their family members!

Fantastic experience: My mother is short term patient at the North End Rehab. After having a serious fall, my family knew my mom going directly home from the hospital, was not an option. Mom is receiving excellent rehab and nursing care. She is loving her meals and the facility is exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind..simply awesome! Thank you North End for making a difficult situation much better for my mom and my entire family! I am proud to be a Marquis employee! There is no better feeling than working for a company I can trust to care for someone as important to me as my mother!

Fantastic experience: My family and I are so incredibly pleased overall with the North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center! Our mom is a patient, and she could not be more satisfied with her entire staff. She (a stereotypical fantastic Italian cook) even considers the cuisine to be excellent (which goes without saying, since the rehab center is, after all, in the North End)! Mom is a current, longtime resident of the neighborhood, but one does NOT have to be a North End resident for admission to North End Rehab. Entrusting your loved ones' health and well-being to North End Rehab will be one of the best and most important decisions you could make. Our sincerest appreciation to Ed Cormier, Mary DiMino, Karen Halloran, Nurse Tracy, Receptionist Stephanie, etc., etc., etc.!

Fantastic experience: I have to say, North End Rehab & Health has a tremendous quality of care for anyone that walks in. I heard about this facility from a friend and I decided to check it out because my grandpa needed their services. The moment I walked in I was greeted kindly by the staff and they asked if I needed some help. I told them I came in for a tour because I was looking for a skilled nursing facility for my grandpa. The staff was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer all of my hundred questions. I also noticed the facility was very well kept inside and out. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone looking for good skilled nursing facility with kind staffs and clean facility. Kudos to All staff and Management.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough how nice the staff is at this facility. I was a bit skeptical placing my aunt in a Rehab after she had a small stroke but couldn't be more pleased with the care at this facility and their amazing Rehab team. My aunt was very resistant to go to rehab after her hospitalization at Beth Israel Hospital but the nurses and PTs took such good care of her that when it was time for her to go home after her rehab, she actually wanted to stay a few more days!
