Fantastic experience: I went in for one position and offered another. I enjoyed speaking with the staff. The environment was welcoming. The residents seemed to have high spirits and enjoyed the decorations and efforts of the staff. As a person who deals primarily with community, I have confidence in saying Charlotte Rehab is extremely family oriented. Everyone apart of the healthcare field knows that it’s fast paced and random; however, I can see where they have taken the necessary steps to provide organization within the facility. Great job Charlotte Rehab and wish continued success for the business.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff and administrators at Charlotte Health and Rehabilitation have gone above and beyond to make my family member's stay both comfortable and productive. All have acted in a professional manner at all times to offer as many solutions as necessary to address our needs. The staff has offered several different modalities of therapy to assist my family member in regaining as much normal function as possible. I appreciate Charlotte Health and Rehabilitation's culture of kindness.

Positive experience: Not enough staff capable of caring for the clients. Therapy not aggressive enough to ensuring clients work towards release and going home. Many clients in need of mental health therapy and lowering doses of assigned medication to enable them to stay functional rather then sitting in their wheelchairs or beds all day nodding. Better wound care needed for bed sores. Staff was friendly and accommodating while I was there but there isn’t enough staffing.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by to see a friend. The service Ambassador was awesome. I don't know her name but if you could figure out who was working when I went just now that would be great. Give that woman a raise.

Positive experience: Charlotte health and rehabilitation is very clean. The staff are sweet, helpful and caring. All the equipment seems to be in working order. I believe they do everything they can to make the residents, the staff and the visitors safe. My sister, who was a patient there, was carefully evaluated when she arrived. The bed is very adjustable and will go down close to the floor if you're a fall risk. My only complaint would be a shared bathroom with the room next door. I don't think it's much of an issue though.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that my experience at Charlotte health and rehab was one of a great facility that’s stands by its name. They have a great nursing and CNA staff, that took great care of all my needs. Jamis went beyond and above her duty; I wish that there were more aids like her, she made me laugh when I wanted to cry, she cheered me up when I was down and depressed. I would like to say a special thank you to my newfound friend/daughterJamis, I will miss you more then word can say.

Fantastic experience: Greetings to All, I just had an interview with Ms. Telicia Baker and Brandon Gause and they were very polite and professional! The rest of the staff that I met were warm, engaging, and very caring with each other and the residents that reside there. Fantastic experience: Working at CHRC has been nothing short of amazing! Shout out to our HR Manager, Brandon Gause, for always lightening up the facility with your creativity, awesome personality, and making it a joy able career environment. The staff arr very caring and the place is clean as a whistle, along with a warm.loving environment. Fantastic experience: Everyone here that I have met is super nice. I did have an issue with my aunt’s lunch. She does not eat pork and beef and today along with another time her menu said catfish but in her tray was cube steak. There was nothing on her tray that matched her menu each time. I observed this twice but not sure if it happened any other time. She won’t be there much longer but I wanted to bring this to your attention.

Fantastic experience: Was there on a Sunday visiting my wife. We were in a community room with 4 other patients at lunch time. The amount of time and respect the aids gave the patients was impressive.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at Charlotte Health and rehab this morning about 10:55 AM, the receptionists was very nice and professional, the check in process was very easy to navigate through, the young lady name Ashley who was attending to my brother show compassion and genuine concern for his health. I was very pleased with what I experienced at Charlotte Health and rehab this morning November 27, 2021. You all are in my prayers, I think God for you! Fantastic experience: I had a good stay at Charlotte Rehab. I when there with a sore on my foot and a burn on my leg. That I was dealing with for over 6 months. The staff along with the medical team there work together to get me better with in 2 months my foot and leg was completely healed. I'm leaving here today in good spirits. I want to thank everybody there that help me with my recovery and I will recommend this Rehab to anyone that need this type of help

Fantastic experience: I needed a rehab facility to put my husband in. I researched several and prayed about it. With careful consideration I chose Charlotte Health and Rehabilitation. He was admitted to today. I was still a little skeptical about leaving him alone. From the moment I entered the doors of Charlotte Health and Rehabilitation Center I had a good feeling. The receptionist made me feel very welcome. After visiting my husband’s room I felt a sense of ease. I left feeling that he was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: My father was here at Charlotte Rehabilitation on Toddville Rd. Ramona khatone showed me and my Mother so much care and concern. She was there whenever we needed her. Ramona was able to keep my Mother calm and focused. It has been a great pleasure having her assist us through this tough journey. Ramona is compassionate, kind, loving, and very knowledgeable about questions we had. Thank you so much Ramona for all your hard work and dedication. We will never forget you.

Fantastic experience: This facility is warm and inviting. The therapy is top notch and everyone appears to really enjoy the work they do. If you haven’t had an opportunity to go tour this place you need to, you will clearly see the difference between Charlotte health and rehab and other local Charlotte nursing facilities.

Fantastic experience: Since I have been here Charlotte health and rehab has been a pretty great place to work! The Staff is very welcoming and friendly. One of the employees that stick out the most is the house keeping manger. Ashleigh is always outgoing and happy not matter what the situation is. If she can help out she will do her all to make it happen.

Fantastic experience: I came here scared and hurting and the Rehab center staff, Nurses and Nurses aids, Housekeeping all staff began helping me right away. Despite the fact I had a crabby attitude the therapy began right away The therapist are so patient and gentle. They wanted me to heal as much as I did. Even the food served is top notch. I could not give a high enough recomendation to the Charlotte Health and Rehab center. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend the place to anyone, especially therapy. I never thought I would be able to walk again. I am getting ready to discharge home with my daughter who has stairs to get into her trailer and I am able to get into her trailer now. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to express how staff here are here. The staff is wonderful here. I am very happy that I can get in and out of the bed, before I was unable to do anything on my own. Being here has made a big different in my life. I just love this place.

THIS FACILITY IS OUTSTANDING.!! I am not an employee, but have been a patient here for 2 weeks. Employees do have many positive reviews posted , but my experience here has proven to me that their reviews have merit. I would not hesitate to return here should I need these services again. Fantastic experience: I have worked for Charlotte Health and Rehab for over 5 years and I can honestly say it has been my favorite place to work!! I love getting up everyday and going to work. I not only get to work in an office setting but I also get to interact with the residents!! The best of both worlds and I can't imagine working with any other group of people! They are the BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: I work here on an as needed basis in the Therapy Department. It's one of my favorite places to work! The rehab team is awesome, and the nursing staff I work with is very helpful. The Rehab Director always makes sure the patients are receiving the best care, and he and the team keep the gym super organized and clean. I always know I'll have a good day when I'm here.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Charlotte Health and Rehab for a community even with Thomas Davis of the Carolina Panthers and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very professional, yet inviting and their interactions with the residents were heart warming and genuine. Although the facility looks older from the outside, it was very clean and well kept on the inside. It is very refreshing and reassuring to know that places like Charlotte Health and Rehab are in our community and accessible to us when our elders are ready to make the transition to a skill nursing facility for long term or a short rehab stay.
