Fantastic experience: I am so glad I chose Compleat Rehab Mt. Holly! My orthopedic doctor gave me 3 choices and I chose this one because of convenience. Also, I had done PT at another Compleat location a few years ago. Alex Young is so personable, knowledgeable and excellent in pushing you to your own comfort level without having you go beyond a safe level. I love this location because Alex, the physical therapist and Mark, the office manager, have created a welcoming environment for those recovering from injury, surgery, etc. I highly recommend this location for your physical therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: Alex has been a godsend for me! After my preferred PT left another location, I went through three more before seeing Alex. He works really well for me. Among other issues with balance, I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and there are many complications that come with that. He is patient in explaining the mechanics at work, at both a practical and intellectual level and that has been super helpful for me! All the staff are top notch and will go to bat for you however they can. Highly recommend, even (especially) in complex situations!

Fantastic experience: If you want to get well and feel better, go see Alex. He is a great physical therapist. Alex isn’t the typical physical therapist that gives you a bunch of stretches and leaves you alone. He walkthrough each exercise/modality. He is patient, attentive, informative, and caring. I’m so grateful my PCP referred me to him. Alex’s student, Josh, is great too. I’ve enjoyed working with him and allowing him the experience. Josh is caring, attentive, and patient. Mark is pleasant and patient. Overall, I’m pleased with the service I receive each visit.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend compleat Rehab Mt Holly Clinic. This was my first experience with dry needling and it has been great. I've done all sorts of neck and shoulder injections in the past. Dry needling and site specific exercises have significantly helped me with pain and inflammation. Dr. Grant is fantastic to work with. You never feel rushed! He listens to you and caters the treatment to your needs and your goals. And it is very easy to schedule appointments and get seen quickly. You won't be disappointed. A++++ experience for me and I will definitely be back if the shoulders flare up.

And Grant was awesome in explaining and demonstrating the various physical therapy exercises for my neck and shoulder pain. Fantastic experience: This place is great. I broke my right humorous bone, once I healed they worked with me to get the full mobility of my arm back. The individual attention is the best I have seen. They also worked around my schedule and handled all the insurance stuff.
