They are very knowledgeable highly trained professionals when I went in for my first visit I was in a lot of neck and shoulder pain but before my last visit all of my pain was gone thanks to the physicians their. They got me back to my normal self and all of my normal activities couldn't ask for anything better than that

After working with Allie at the clinic and doing my assigned exercises at home, my knee pain is significantly better. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous at first about going to therapy, but my experience here has been great. The atmosphere is welcoming from the time you walk in the door.If you have questions they have answers.Lauren is my therapist and she is so pleasant and attentive. I was scheduled for 6 weeks and she felt I needed more and they made the necessary calls and emails until they got in touch with the doctor to approve my extended therapy.Just a Great group of people!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I first came to this clinic as a worker comp case. I was frustrated, in a ton of pain and overall pretty hopeless. I remember thinking I would never not be in pain. It took time for sure and dedication on my part and overall listening to Allie. I can tell you as someone who has been through my fair share of physical therapy, Allie is by far my favorite. Not just because she is knowledgeable and good at her job but she treats you as a person, not just a patient on a chart. I FINALLY am mostly pain free, here and there I have off days, but we all do. She started me on dry needling and I cannot brag enough on that service. I have had both Lauren and Allie needle me and would suggest it to anyone willing to try. I have brought in my boyfriend as well and I would bring my family if they lived in the state. I have always been greeted by Idelsa at the front as well, she will make you feel right at home and like you have been friends for years. Idelsa also is super awesome with helping understand insurance, worker's comp cases and care in general. I can't tell you how many times I called her asking numerous things. She keep's you informed and also ease's all your fears. I wish all offices ran the way she run's it with Allie and Lauren. I am now a patient who comes long after my workers comp case is closed, I am a patient for life with these ladies. You could not ask for a better team than these ladies. They will make you work hard, laugh while doing so and ultimately help you get you life back.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a phenomenal physical therapy experience at Compleat Rehabilitation. I did not know what to expect on my first visit, but after the Physical Therapist worked with me, I felt good about going forward. I never wanted to give up....at times it was painful due to my level of pain, but as I began to heal from my injury, I understood why it was done in the manner in which a specialist would choose to get you feeling better and without pain. I am especially grateful to the receptionist, Danielle, who was diligent in contacting me before each session, as well as expedient in all requests made. I am elated that I had a Therapist that was knowledgeable and treated you with respect and dignity. She knows how to tap into her patients interest and converse with you to make each session great. The Uptown office is 10 mins away from my house and I came here for my initial visit and was sold. I take the commute because of how friendly and warm they were at that first visit. Fantastic experience: "Outstanding" is the best word to describe Compleat Rehab on Pineville-Matthews Rd. It describes Lauren, the Physical Therapist, Dannielle the Receptionist and scheduler, and it describes the facility. Most of all it describes the quality of care, the professional expertise and the "hands on" care in the individual plan of treatment.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever had a PT on day 1 tell you to "sell all of your sports specific equipment because you will never play again"? This was my experience with the first PT I went to and what eventually led me to find Derek Kelly at Compleat Rehab. My first day with Derek was met with optimism and confidence that we could work to meet my big goals of eliminating pain and eventually getting back to playing soccer and gaelic football. I had extensive damage and injury to my right knee that required orthopedic surgery in April 2014. I finally came to Derek in February of 2015 where I tasked him to help me with pain elimination and to get back on the right track. He immediately helped me achieve significant gains from where I was. Unfortunately, the overall condition of my knee forced me to opt for a 2nd orthopedic procedure (Dec. 2015). He guided me through the 2nd surgery from beginning to end where I was now able to run and get back to participating in most of my active lifestyle activities. In January of 2017 I elected to go the extra mile and had a stem cell procedure done. Derek was able to take on this very new rehab protocol by working closely with the stem cell doctor and myself. As of this review (June 2017) I have been discharged from needing further PT work. I have now re-joined my teammates on the soccer and gaelic football fields and I could not be happier about it. I am now stronger than I have ever been (36 years old) and I have absolute confidence with what the future will bring. I believe that this would not have been possible without the help of Derek. He utilizes an easy to understand approach that is matched with specific achievement measurements to ensure your safety and that you are on the right track. In addition to the obvious physical physical side of rehab, he has been instrumental with helping me overcome the mental and emotional hurdles that often come up. He has consistently delivered well timed "pep talks" and game plans to push me over the edge. This is often a forgotten but vital part of the rehab process. I was never more than 1 of 2 patients being seen at Compleat Rehab and most of the time my sessions were private 1 on 1. This was not the case at other places I have experienced where it is not uncommon to be 1 of 3 or 4 patients being juggled simultaneously. Compleat has been great with working around my schedule and I have never had any billing issues. If you are serious about trying to get back to where you once were, look no further than Derek Kelly at Compleat Rehab. Thank you for everything!
