Fantastic experience: Most of the bad comments arent accurate considering the fact that they dont seem to understand the difference between the physical therapy office and the upstairs offices so read carefully this is the physical therapy location on the bottom floor reading is fundamental. But I wanted to make sure I commented on the quality work these great people gave me. They were the best I ever had the first day I walked in I could barely walk across the office to the back room it was exhausting and I was trying to walk in without my crutches which was a dumb move but they were a key piece to my recovery and they always provided great customer service and great expertise in their field. And one of the other comments reffering to if they should have waited for their partner seemed self explanatory and deserved a sarcastic response either you decide to wait or you dont you are the only one that would know the answer to the question customers shouldnt ask dumb questions and get mad when you get a smart response. The physical therapist here are great and deserve a better google review that doesnt reflect the fact that people dont know the difference between the downstairs and upstairs offices. If I could give 10 stars I would definitely do that because I had to experience terrible offices before finding this one like the location in the university area and this was night and day way better. Please keep up the quality customer service because its becoming a lost art. You all made me feel welcomed and cared for and thats why you deserve 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: Ortho Carolina is great! Fast check-in. Kelli Tryon is an excellent therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She asks questions and she listens. She cared about my well-being and my progress toward feeling better. Highly recommended. A++++++++++++

Fantastic experience: I recently finished my PT after knee replacement at Ortho Carolina PT at SouthPark. My therapist was Riley Vermillion, whom I loved the minute I met her. She was soft spoken, patient, knowledgeable, very competent, great personality, and we became fast friends easily. Riley helped me strengthen my muscles, balance, and even went beyond to help with nerve pain in my leg. I cannot say enough about Riley. She is the absolute best in every way! Not only Riley, but all the people working there from the receptionists to all the therapists were friendly and always helpful. I have lived at SouthPark for 50 years and we are most fortunate to have this facility in our area. I loved going there, seeing the employees, patients, and leaving each day feeling great. This facility deserves Stars for being a shining example of what patients need in Charlotte. Thanks to all of you for your help and hard work you do every day. Fantastic experience: Dr Weeks performed my hip surgery and I had my physical therapy with the staff at OrthoCarolina. The whole staff was great. Always friendly and were able to address any questions/concerns that I had.

Fantastic experience: I can't believe that this place has ever received less than 5 stars! I had my first new replacement 5 months ago and they absolutely got me back on my feet in less than 6 weeks! Extremely professional and unbelievable encouragement from their entire staff. Getting ready to have my other knee replaced in two weeks and although, I am not looking forward to the actual procedure (!)...I am looking forward to seeing all the great people in the Physical Therapy department at OrthoCarolina Eastover!
