The exercises they have you do have a very positive impact on how you feel afterwards. They share with you information that give you a good balance on what level of normal activity you can do until your issue is under control without doing more than your should.

His calming attitude is great when you're in pain or just want some understanding as to what is going on with your body. Fantastic experience: First time doing physical therapy and was highly impressed with Physical Therapist, Jareth, and the support staff. Jareth read my doctor's notes with me and listened when I told him my aches and pains. He designed exercise plan tailored for me. Jareth taught me exercises during our session, then gave me prints so I can do at home.
