Fantastic experience: I saw Deb for about 4 weeks straight working on improving my range of motion on my shoulder (without pain) and learning how to actively engage and move muscles properly. Back story: i had a surgery on my elbow 9 years ago and over time have lost ROM, muscle activation, and muscle development on my left side. Since seeing Debra I have a significantly noticeable increase in my ROM on all workouts upper body wise. Through this, I have made improvements in my ability to contract and activate specific muscles that were once dormant and strengthen them during physical activity. I would highly recommend her & her staff to anyone looking to recover/ rehabilitate injuries, no matter how old they may be!

Fantastic experience: I have been an avid runner for over 20 years. I was referred to Deb when I presented to my GP with hip flexor tendinitis and trochanteric bursitis. Deb did an amazing job evaluating my injuries and creating a program to both treat and strengthen my areas of opportunities. With Deb's help I got stronger, but my pain didn't subside. When my GP referred me to a orthopedic surgeon, it was discovered that I had a torn labrum in my left hip and surgery was the recommended recourse. I agreed to the surgery on the condition that I be allowed to stay with Deb as my physical therapist instead of having to transfer to my surgeon's practice. I wasn't allowed to run for 12 weeks after surgery, which was the longest I'd ever gone without it. Deb was with me every step of the way. She did a fantastic job of following my surgeon's progression plan while finding ways to keep me from getting bored. She truly cares about her clients and celebrated every victory with me. Without her I wouldn't be where I am today; running pain free without limitations. I highly recommend FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers- Pineville for your physical therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: Came here for knee pain. Worked with the PT and she gave me a great strengthen regime to do at home. My knee feels a million times better already. Highly recommend for any pains you may have.
